Easily accessible from the main roads West New Haven and Dairy and not far from I-95. Parking is adequate including for handicap accessible vehicles.The Dealership was clean and had quite a few vehicles to choose from. I went to get some information about the Kona and met with Angelo who was very accommodating and answered all of my questions, provided me with a brochure. He reminded me of an Old School salesman. A gentleman!

This is not the same group of people I dealt with in January 2016, when I purchased my Genesis. Since that time, my experience with service has gone seriously downhill, and it pains me to write such a bad review, but you asked! I’m not sure if it is the local management, or corporate, but I’m not happy or impressed by any part of my experience. First, I feel I’m overpaying for everything, and that I am being “punished“ for not bringing my car in for service during the pandemic. Next, it took 2 weeks for the service to be completed. My extended warranty would include a rental, but only for two days. My service advisor NEVER stayed in touch with me and NEVER offered a loaner, since I purchased the car from this location. Getting any updated information was like pulling teeth, but odd, random text messages came through as if it was an unmanned system. I had to always get a person on the line to practically drag my service advisor to the phone. Additionally, I paid $140 for a high level of detailing- but they forgot THE DETAILS! I could’ve paid the neighbor kid to vacuum out my car and wipe it down. The interior looked the same as when I sent it in except for some obvious marks. Sorry to blast you guys for this, but it’s deserved. READ: YOU WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN UNLESS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY CHANGES HERE

I had a very quick and easy time at Coastal Hyundai, I knew what vehicle I wanted to look at and luckily they had one. Connor was very accommodating and was able to answer my questions, we went for a test drive, and they gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. The entire process from driving in and then driving out with a new car was less than 2 hours! Thank you Connor!

I have bought 6 new cars from Coastal Hyundai. I have never had problem with any of the 6 cars. I will not buy a car from any other dealer. The staff at Coastal Hyundai have always been respectful to us and have always gone out of their way to sell us the best vehicle that fit our needs and budget. Our most recent purchase was on 10/18/2021. We purchased a 2022 Sonata in less then 2 hours and that was a pleasant surprise. I will always recommend Coastal Hyundai to my family and friends as the first dealer to visit when looking for a new car.

3rd review... This time I was happy with my service guy. He was very attentive and easy to deal with. The detailing of my car was done thoroughly and they fixed my headlights. It took over 3 hours, so thats why 1 star was taken off. All in all, this visit was better than the last two.

The tech that handled the recall was very nice and professional. However I am complex as to why the person that change the oil on my vehicle keeps forgetting to put a sticker on for the oil maintenance for the following one. He leaves a sticker on that’s the old one.I had went in yesterday day for a engine recall and ask if they could but a sticker on as to when is my next oil change, my adviser asked him nicely. Please help me to understand why the tech put my next integrity service excellence is 03/28/22 at 61916, and my next oil change is at 50196 so I should get my next oil change at 57196 not 61916 . The Service Tech check for a recall on the”Engine”! He did not change the oil.

Worst customer service I have received ever!!! I was inquiring about a vehicle they had priced at $15,999 on Facebook marketplace. I starting chatting with Lauren and she could not give me information on the vehicle all she wanted me to do is make a appointment to come in. I asked her because Im paying cash I would like to discuss the total price seeing that I will be bringing a cashier check to pay off the amount in full. I was not financing so once I gave her this information she stated that a Salesperson would get back to me and give me the total pricing. Eventually I was contacted by a Rishi from sales and the first thing he said to me was that the price is wrong and I would have to pay more. I specifically told him that they have the price incorrect and they should change it if it is incorrect. After this conversation he placed me on hold to see what they could do and ended up hanging up on me. A few days later I then reached out to the Managing Partner of the company and told him my concerns seeing that 2 days later the price was still there. I was willing to drive from Orlando to buy the vehicle he stated he will look into it but I never received a update on this situation. The price is still there as Im doing this review. This is exactly a prime example of a bait and switch. Since then I have purchase another vehicle elsewhere but Ive given them enough time to be able to fix this situation. Coastal Hyundai obviously doesnt care about being a upfront company with its potential customers.

My husband and I was more than impressed with the experience of buying a Palisade. We were extremely pleased with Adam! He was more than attentive and promptly responded to the multiple questions we had. He was always professional and kind. He even texted us to see if we had questions or if he could help in any way a day after we had the SUV. Can not say enough good things about all the staff we had contact with. Spike included! One local Hyundai dealer wouldn’t work with me so I gave Coastal Hyundai, in Melbourne a shot and scored big. Not only did they work with me but every employee interaction was terrific, especially Tony Perez. I have purchased four vehicles in the last three years and usually spend at least six hours waiting on people. Coastal Hyundai had me out the door with a new Hyundai Elantra Hybrid in about two hours, and when I returned four days later for window tinting I was just as pleased with the service. Great company, great employees, great vehicles, I’ll return here for all my car needs.

Then a tow package with extra lift and 65,000 on the odometer!!!

Our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe broke down and we had it towed to Coastal in Melbourne, FL. We live further south and it was at night so we had our key left in the drop box. The next morning we called service and was promptly connected to a service representative who checked the car while we were on the phone and confirmed that we had an electrical problem. About 2 hours later I received a full report on the problem plus several other recommended repairs. The service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful and we authorized everything. The work was completed promptly and we had no problem in tracking the progress during the next day. Excellent experience.

Peter was fantastic with handling my case. He was very responsive and took the time to answer my questions. I am still having issues with my car, but the service team are unable to find a computer code that tells them where the problem exists. I do not fault them for that - they can only do what is given to them from the cars computer. However, they had to take out my back seat to reach a wire that was very difficult to get to. The reason for the low score is they completely scratched up, dented and incorrectly installed the plastic panels that are in the back seat. It was obvious they were in a big hurry. The window seal was also incorrectly reinstalled and was something I had to deal with. If they had just been honest and told me about the scratches and dents, I would have been understanding. Now, I have a damages interior that I have to deal with when selling or trading in the car. Very unprofessional and Peter is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Be sure to check your entire car after service to before driving it off the lot.

Peter took excellent care of us for our routine oil change. This was our first oil change for our Hyundai. We waited approximately 20 minutes for a service member only to be told that the person who was to assist us didn’t come into work so we would need to wait. We were very disappointed with the initial treatment and the “someone will be with you soon” comments from numerous service members. Fortunately, Peter stepped up to the plate and immediately took care of business. Even had the oil change done within 40 minutes which was sooner than he promised. He was the only member to ask if we needed help and actually helped. Good job Peter but not the others.

I just picked up and brand new 2021 Hyundai Elantra Limited in White with the white leather interior and I have to say, the experience I had at Coastal Hyundai was fantastic! I have been looking for a new Hyundai for the last 6 months and finally decided I wanted to test drive the 2021 Elantra Limted after taking the Sonata N-line for a test drive at another dealership a few months ago. I was first greeted by Eric Mackey who took me to the car I wanted to test drive. He was very friendly and professional showing my the car and going over some of the features during the trip. Once we got back I decided I wanted to car and he took me inside to go over the big picture stuff since I was trading in a car. Eric came back with the paperwork and I have to say, I was very happy with the bottom line for the new car and the trade-in. Eric did a great job going over the numbers with me and made everything very clear to me. I then went and visited the finance department to finalize the numbers and sign the paperwork which was also a breeze and each step was clearly explained. There was a woman who did the paperwork and she was real nice but I cant remember her name, either way she was great. The floor manager (I believe) was Angelo and he was great at greasing all the right skids and making sure I was handed off from person to person in an efficient and timely manner too. He coordinated detailing the new car and made sure I got everything out of my old car too. He took me to the car and assisted me with pairing my phone to the cars Bluetooth which was a huge help.This is my 2nd new car and working with Coastal Hyundai was a pleasure! I definitely recommend Coastal Hyundai if you want to pick up one of Hyundais FINE vehicles!

My first visit was for a open safety recall on head cover valve, which did not get accomplished since there was no oil leak present. However, had experienced hesitancy on constant speed. So a diagnostic visit the following week produced a $2000 estimate. This included replacing 6 coils and spark plugs, induction and injector service, radiator hoses with coolant flush, brake fluid flush and 4 tires. I decline the estimate and went for a second opinion. A competitor which I have used for multiple vehicles stated the vehicle probably had moisture in the gas tank! A 3 step fuel induction system service was performed as an initial step for $197.00 None of the other items seemed needed, except tires. I will follow up and see what else could be addressed if necessary. I will always go for a second opinion! Thanks.

Service department is horrible. No customer communication, long waits, and your issue will most likely not be fixed the first or second time you bring your car into them. Definitely would not recommend. (Claims they reached out but have not received a single call from them. They are still waiting on two parts for my car that was supposed to be fixed last time I brought it in.)

Was car shopping for my son when I came across an SUV that I wanted. Despite not being a serious buyer,the sales staff treated me with respect and were very attentive. I was in a lease that I did not think I could get out of, but Ashley and TJ were able to work with the finance company and help with this without causing me any stress or worry. The sales staff helped me explore all my options and I was able to purchase my beautiful new SUV without raising my payment much from the lease. They went so far above and beyond to help me! Service and willing to make a deal that was great! The deal was good for both of us. Brandon was great and knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us. He also advised on what he thought would fit our family without trying to up sell us. He showed the characteristics of a good sales man that I will continue to buy from. My vehicle was taken into service sometime last month in July. Afterwards I made a trip out of town and my car broke down on the highway. I was towed to another Hyundai after inspection the Hyundai certified mechanic concluded that my vehicle was running with no motor oil and was inspected and there were no leaks. I had to get my car towed to coastal Hyundai and they refused to even give me a rental until “their” mechanic certified what the other Hyundai said. I was finally approved a rental and waited a couple of weeks before my new engine arrived and car was ready for pick up. Since it was there fault that they did not put the oil at time of service this was done free of charge. However when they called me to tell me my car was ready I told them that I had COVID 19 and was quarantined. After 3 days they called me again and stated if I did not pick up my vehicle that they were going to charge me daily for my rental. Despite warning that I was sick I had to go get my car AND had to pay for the rental. Now (one day later) I went to go to a follow up appointment and my car doesn’t even start. I call to inform the service department of what’s going on and of course they do not even answer. I do not recommend this dealer service center at all. I have never received such poor service in my life.

I was driving down south from Orlando when my splash guard came out because of the tire company I took my car too for an oil change forgot to put my screws back, I couldn’t drive anymore. I was looking for the closest Hyundai dealer when I found Coastal Hyundai, I don’t leave reviews often but Amanda took really good care of me, she was really nice and understood how concerned I was since I was in a city I wasn’t familiar with and had a car that couldn’t go over 45 mph. The drivers side window of my Hyundai Tucson stopped working Friday. On Saturday, without an appointment, I arrived when the Service Department opened. This is the BEST dealership service department customer service I have ever experienced. I recently relocated to Palm Bay, FL from Houston, TX and you can only imagine the stress it is to find all new services in a new area.Service Manager Cheyenne was a complete joy to deal with over the phone. I purchased a full set of Michelin tires, got an alignment, oil change, and other maintenance services, and the whole process was open, honest and clear. Worst experience of service I have ever experienced! I have a Hyundai Genesis that doesn’t even have 60k miles, and meticulously taken care of. I set an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Waited over 6 hours before I was told by the service representative that 2 ABS sensors were broken. I knew this before I brought the vehicle in. I was not offered a service vehicle or shuttle back home. I had to take a $35 Uber home. Then I was informed I was authorized to have a rental for 5 days. However, it is further away from the dealership and they do not pick you up or drop you off. Likewise, Krystal Capeles service consultant told me that it was going to take 11 days for the part to arrive. So in a nutshell I have to take an Uber to get a rental for 1/2 the time and still not have my vehicle back. Then need to Uber back to my home, and Uber back to get my car. I don’t know how anyone think this is really helping a customer. I purchased the Platinun package when I bought my Genesis. This covers all repairs and gives you a rental car while repairs are being performed with no deductible. If I only had one car in my household then I would have been more angry than I am now. Covid-19 is not a excuse in this matter either! People wearing mask and no masks. That is fine too, it’s everyone personal choice. However, to not offer a service vehicle or other solution because of COVID-19 is a poor excuse. Costal Hyundia has to be one of the most poorly ran service departments I have ever experienced.

The customer service here is terrible. They never have anyone to is capable of answering questions. My girlfriend got a brand new 2021 Elantra from here and it suddenly had computer issues. It’s been in the shop for 2 days at coastal Hyundai and have not had an answer yet as to what the problem is. On top of that they do not have any loaners for her to drive in the meantime. They also won’t agree to cover the fees of the Uber’s that shes been using. This is a brand new car we are talking about… what kinda of customer service is this?

Alfredo was my advisor and he was really good. Friendly, calm, and understanding of my situation. My trunk latch was completely messed up and the earliest appointment was more than a month away. He was thorough with his explanation and I respect that as a customer. I have purchased two vehicles from Coastal Hyundai and one vehicle from their sister company, Cocoa Hyundai. I have had good experiences with them with one exception, hence the four stars instead of five. The wait time between making the decision to purchase a vehicle and actually getting out of the building and driving that new vehicle away, takes way too long. Now maybe thats the way it is for every dealer, but if it is, it needs to be reconfigured. My time is valuable and I do not enjoy spending an entire afternoon (over four hours) at a car dealership! That being said - I LOVE MY TUCSON!

Dont bring your car to this dealer. The sales and service associates race around testing driving your vehicle. I live in the neighborhood of this dealer, and I see it on a daily basis. Used and new cars being driven through the neighborhood at high speed, for test drives. I have contacted the owner and managers regarding this issue. Very little has been done. Its a quiet neighborhood with kids, we should not have to go through this.UPDATE: This issue is still going on. I have left numerous voicemails and have had no contact with anyone from the dealer in months.

My wife and I live in the orlando area and drove an hour to purchase a car about a month ago now and this dealership has not sent our tags to us yet. They lied to us saying they called and mailed them out weeks ago but that’s a lie because we use a mail tracking service to let us know what is coming and we have no voicemails like they claimed. This dealership is in the middle of almost nowhere and we were referred due to the slight benefits as far a lower prices than the big city dealerships BUT man, I will not make this mistake again on my next vehicle. We called the salesman who sold us the car (Ian Taylor) and he no longer picks up his cell phone for my number. Called and asked to speak to management on the lackluster service and they don’t pick up. We STILL don’t have our registration. Mind you this is after making that we owe no money to dmv etc … this place drops the ball because they can.. I would not recommend. Save yourself a possible headache.

I make an appointment every time I come here, so that I won’t have to wait two or three hours, for service, and every time I come here it’s the same thing. They tell me it’s going to be an hour and a half to two hours for the service, and I am now sitting here for three hours again.

Brought our car in for service, picked up our car, the fuse cover was lying on the seat (reinstalled ourselves as the service department was closed), we started driving and it sounded strange, we lifted the hood and found the air filter box was never reinstalled. Simple fix, (if you are mechanical) but pathetic that the service department kicks the car out the door before checking to see if the work is complete! Imagine if they were doing a brake job and forget to tighten the lug nuts?!

I’m giving this review 3 stars. The customer service of the service advisor gets 5 stars but the timeliness gets 1 star.I had scheduled an appointment for a basic service of my vehicle. I was told it would take no more than two hours at the most. I waited over two hours but eventually I had to get my car back in order to make a doctors appointment for my child that was scheduled for later that day. The 5 star service came from Amanda who was very accommodating, was able to get my vehicle back, and leave my service open to be completed later the next day when I could bring it back. She was wonderful to work with and I would definitely work with her again.The negative experience though was the amount of time it takes to get an oil change. The service department should really evaluate how many services they schedule at a time. There is no reason why someone who has an appointment for a basic service should be sitting in the lobby for 3 hours or have to come by multiple days to get their basic service completed. I understand they get backed up but then they shouldn’t book more appointments then they can handle. It’s hard to take that much time off of work to sit in a lobby for 3 hours. They also no longer have a vehicle shuttle available so your only option is to sit there and wait if you don’t have a ride. I’ve had quicker experiences for an oil change/tire rotation at a Jiffy Lube or Pepboys and will most likely use another service provider in the future.

This and 2 other dealerships in Melbourne are openly scamming people, and I suggest you drive any direction North, South or West to find a normal priced car with better deals. They are charging 2-3k over MSRP plus charging for standard mud guards like its an accessory. The have the nerve to defend their actions by saying everyone is doing it. Unfortunately everyone has internet and I found not one dealership outside of Melbourne to be charging an extra market adjustment fee on top of MSRP. Lol you can look at every dealership in Florida all the way up the east coast to Maryland and see almost nobody else is adding an extra 2k market fee to their cars. DO NOT spend your money here. Please dont reply with a response because there is no excuse for a company to be this scummy. If the MSRP window tag not on the vehicle just run as far away as possible.

Rand was very knowledgeable about the technology as well. He was extremely patient with me as I became a first-time buyer of the Hyundai Kona! I was never uncomfortable and treated with great respect and service!
