Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. From the very first phone call, to the 6th day I waited to get a simple tire replaced was awful. No one in the facility communicates with other departments, they were rude, and have no clue about warranties with your vehicle. Their “attempt” to make the situation right when I became vocal about my frustrations was lousy, disingenuous, and even combative. Sadly for you Kelly Ford, you lost an entire company of new fleet business Bc of this experience And don’t even know it.

Very unhappy with Kelly Ford’s Service Department. Took my daughter’s car for an oil change and break inspection. Claimed they couldn’t get the lug nuts off my Ford vehicle at a Ford Dealership without breaking them and didn’t even bother to call me. Said they checked the ball joints, yet that’s not possible without taking off the tires. Couldn’t even be bothered to put air in the tires or fill the fluids. I’m hoping they actually changed the oil. Do not take your vehicle to them.

Visited Palm Bay Ford ( malabar ) 2 weeks ago to have my anti theft system reset, truck sat for 12 days without any progress. If you like being greeted by a poor overly worked quick lane drive through customer assistant while the others sit on their behind watching video games on there computer come to Kelly Ford!! I feel so bad for Deric…. Quick lane was nice, you have a perfect view of your car from customer parking, my second issue came from when it came to detailing. Same situation as drive through. Young women with colorful hair and young man with tattoos were working their behinds off while two older men were sitting in there chairs with their feet kicked up on their phones. I went up and asked if they were hiring because I have a son and was talked down to in a condescending tone by a man with an accent. (Didn’t get his name) Quietly I walked away. Didn’t want to get into an argument, which he seemed insistent on. Had second thoughts about writing this review because it happened last week but figured I should let people know. Kelly Ford, do better.

My salesman, Andre, is the salesperson every customer wants: Very hard working for the customer to answer any question, to get information, to have the car ready with Car Fax history printed, everything I could think of. This guy does not sit still! Andre even offered to follow up with the original owner in search of the second key. Working with Andre and each of the Kelly Ford staff made my car purchase a pleasure!

Here is what happens when you bring your car to fix the sunroof of your car at Kellys Ford. I had brought my car 2019 Infiniti QX50 PURE  on 4/6/2021, to fix my sunroof after I got hit with a big rock while driving on the highway. I brought my car to which I believed was a trustworthy company where you get the quality and the service you deserve from a well known company who I personally support and stand by (I own two brand new trucks by ford) . I leave my car with no cosmetic defects or burns!!! I came to pick it up; mind you I didnt check my car from the inside or pay attention to check the interior of my car, they explained to me what they did to the car. I trust them and drive off the lot without being informed of the burns that were done to my car. I get home and while getting to my car the next day I see the first burn on the driver seat!!! I obviously started incepting the whole car as I knew this does not seem right. I was not informed that anything had happened to my car while it was left at Kellys to get the sunroof fixed and I found all these TORCH BRUNS!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. It looks like someone did this on purpose. It looks like a little kid was playing with a torch and burning everything. These burns are unexplainable. How does my car end up with this many burns and from being brand new to looking like this!!!! I demand that my car gets fixed and back to how I dropped it off!! with NO BURNS at ALL. I left the car with one problem and came here and paid Kellys to fix it and not give me a new issue I never thought about! how does this happen?? Was the employee trying to set my car on fire??? This is unbelievable and Im definitely not gonna be quiet about this matter as this was handled very awfully! The burns were on the car floor in the back and two big burns one in my leather passenger and one in the driver seat! Was your employee working while on something? Because how does this happen, someone needs to do something about this. I will not accept this treatment. I worked really hard to get this car and I paid for a fix not for more trouble. I trusted Kellys Ford with my money and my valuable belongings to get this? this will be handled! Claim Number 21462364301

The service manager at Kelly Ford David Skinner did an awesome job my transmission repairs were covered under warranty a bad seal on my tail light was not but he researched it under my extended warranty him discovered it was covered. He did an excellent job and I will definitely be going back there again if I have any other problems with my vehicle.

My car was recalled for a defective Takata air bag. I contacted Chuck, the sales manager, and he put me in touch with Wilson in the service department. Today I brought the car in for the air bag service and Wilson took charge, went over to the service department to get the part and then got the service man and in a half hour I was back on the road. Lastly the service man who made the repair was very helpful in explaining what he did. All in all a good outcome. thank you Kelly Ford

I unfortunately did not buy a Ford from this dealership, however it was because I was searching for the new Mustang Ecoboost which is difficult to find in any Ford dealership inventory at the moment. I had to go here yesterday to get my vehicle checked out for my trip north. Pulled into the Quick Lane Service line at 10:00 and was greeted immediately. My vehicle was taken away, service done, and I was on my way quickly. Because of Covid and not wanting to sit inside, I grabbed a chair and took it out into the sunshine. DJ was my service guy and was pleasant and professional. I’ll go back here.

I checked Kelley BB on the cost of my vehicle, and as an after thought, I checked into a Ford Fusion Hybrid that I have been researching. Ten minutes later I get a call that they had 3 in stock with one that might just suit my needs. I was heading there anyway for some service, and decided that I could do both. When I arrived the car was sitting in the delivery zone awaiting my arrival. The salesman, Andre, had been waiting for me (for I had an appointment) and after Service personnel (In all rights wonderful) acquired my car. We test drove the Fusion. It was everything I had expected (and more), falling for this piece of machinery. My car, in service, come back and the whole team was patient when I said that this was a large purchase that required some thinking on my end. And I was granted that. Didnt take long, as I already knew what I wanted, it was just the homework on my end to make it happen. The next day was the negotiation. The trade for my car matched that plus some of Kelly BB, and after all was said and done, I received a very good price for the Fusion, with even a separate meeting to make sure the auto insurance was the absolute best deal for me. My insurance beat all, and I seamlessly transferred the insurance, and my tag. Signing on the dotted line was simple, and the result given to me on a thumb drive. The enthusiasm from my purchase was overwhelming, as the team, there, congratulated me. Good feeling whthat happens. What brings this higher of the expectation, is that I needed to finish the responsibility on my end, and I was gifted with a car wash for my efforts. And then the next day after, I had not found the answers on the internet, nor in the manual about the key FOB and I was handed to the manager, and his team to resolve that issue. No one will do exactly what these great group of people has done for me, and I would recommend this dealership above all others. This includes those who use the Ford name.

I liked that the sales associates and manager didnt pressure me to buy, just listened to what I was looking for and allowed me to make a purchase based on what I was actually saying to them. There was no upsale and only benefits were discussed. This was the case with Finance, as well. Everyone was friendly and I didnt feel like I had any pressure to do anything I wasnt prepared to do.

Exceptional service. They turned a potential disaster into a minor inconvenience. Purchased a Ford Fusion Sport in July 2019 from Duval Ford in Jacksonville. Late on a Friday afternoon, I was driving from Sunrise to Jacksonville for work when an issue with what would turn out to be the fuel pump caused me to break down right in the vicinity of Kelly Ford. The car was under warranty but the Don the service manger didnt think twice about taking my car in for service. Service rep, Sean, was jut as awesome. The repair would take a few days as they had to wait for needed parts to arrive from another state. Thus, they set me up with a rental, at no cost. They kept me updated throughout the process and when I got the car back, it was as if I just purchased it. I was so pleased with their service, I decided to get four new tires which I would have to get in the near future anyway. True professionals. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable, know his job very well, listens to my concerns and never even once say anything negative or show any sign of frustrations. This was a smooth and seamless process. The staff and salesperson (Tony) were all knowledgeable and friendly. I usually hate the process of buying a car and this was one of the few times I didn’t. I would recommend anyone looking for a Ford to head here!

The Collision Center is terrible I had an issue with the paint on my Rapid Red 2020 Escape that I thought was caused by corrosion. I took it to them, and they told me it was corrosion and the hood would need to be replaced and painted to the tune of 1500.00. They sent the claim to Ford, and it was turned down. This diagnosis was done by the reception person. Not a technician, or the Collision Center manager.I wrote Ford and the Customer Care team called me . They recommended I take it to another dealer. When I took it in to the other dealer, the Collision Center manager came out and looked at it. He said it was something on the paint, not in it. He took a 3M cleaner and very lightly rubbed some of the spots, AND THEY CAME OFF!!! I had washed and waxed this vehicle countless times and could not remove the spots. He recommended a product that took the spots off in no time.Kelly Ford could not take the time to have anyone qualified to look at the issue. If they did, it would have saved me the time, worry and aggravation of thinking I had a serious paint issue that I was going to have to pay for.Just think, if they had invested 10 minutes worth of time, 20 cents of 3M product and had customer service in mind, this problem would have been solved quickly and easily.Im so glad Ford turned down the claim. I cant imagine that the quality of the work to prep and paint a new hood would have turned out very well. Thats by judging the quality of their ability to correctly diagnose paint issues.AGAIN, this review is for the Collision Center ONLY. I have had nothing but great customer care from the service and Quicklane folks.

I have worked with a lot of Dealers for service over the years and I have to say my recent work with David Skinner in the service group this past week was fabulous! David took my son’s car in on a Saturday after a small accident and he updated me daily with a “play by play” of what we needed to do to get the car fixed and back in action.. Speaking to David was the best part as he was always thorough but an absolute character that you just want to speak with due to his fun loving spirt and positive nature.. If you need some work done on your Ford, I’d give the service team a call and ask for David Skinner! #thegoldenrule

Wilson Vazquez in the service department tries his best but management and the mechanics there need to be replaced. I do not recommend Kelly Ford to anyone to have vehicle serviced or repaired. They will misdiagnose repairs as they do also charge you almost double or triple than other places will and not resolve your issue. They deserve zero but Google makes you give one star.UPDATE: Owner response is incorrect they are liars went in for fuel smell not oil leak we have all the paperwork Kelly Ford provides to prove they are lying. They misdiagnosed the vehicle i have Garcia Automotive as witnesses since they did diagnose correctly and fixed issue they are ASE Certified mechanics DO NOT TRUST KELLY FORD

Kelly Ford resolved my F-150 wheel bearing issue for less than I expected and a day sooner than projected. My service advisor was great.

Omar, Valerie and Johnie were great. Omar explained a lot of features of the car I was interested in and answered all of my questions and we had a great test drive experience. The team at Kelly Ford, with Jason Decker, an extremely empathetic and professional Sales and Leasing consultant leading the way, may literally have saved our lives today.My wife and I purchased a new 2018 Ford Fiesta from an Orlando dealership in January 2019 with a 36 month, 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. We have loved this vehicle and have had absolutely no problems or issues with this car from day 1, until today. We were both stranded on I-95, about 70 miles from home when the radiator sprung a leak and we had to pull over at 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday. We spent the next hour (most of that on hold) with our car insurance company that would only tow us 10 miles. Ford roadside allowed us a 44 mile tow, much closer to home.We received our initial text from the tow company confirming that we were scheduled for a tow but it would take 2 hours and that due to COVID they could not transport us with the car. At this point it was past 3:30 and the temperature was high 80s, low 90s.Unfortunately we are 66 and 58 years old, both diabetics with other co-morbidities and the heat was getting to us both. As a 30+ year resident I had heard of several folks from east orlando going all the way to Melborne to buy cars from Kelly Ford and called them in desperation.That was very fortunate and resulted in the best customer service experience we have ever had. EVER. ANYWHERE. We were placed in the care of the aforementioned Mr. Decker, who assured us that he was coming to pick us up and Kelly Ford already had a tow truck en route to our location. Within minutes a State Trooper arrived and shortly thereafter EMTs arrived to confirm we were ok.By the time we got to Kelly Ford, Justin had arranged for a loaner vehicle, personally supervised the delivery of our disabled car and then helped us unpack it! We were treated like VIPs the entire time. It was truly incredible.If Justin works this hard and effectively for non Kelly Ford clients I feel very confident his customers get that too. We plan to find out next year when we will happily become another East Orlando Kelly Ford client.Thanks again Justin!
