Very friendly and reliable service center. They are never pushy and I have never had any bad experiences with the services they’ve done for me in the past few years. Only 4/5 stars because appointments do tend to take longer than usual.

I had an amazing visit today everyone was super friendly. I wasnt sure where to park so I called the front desk she directed me with out any hesitation and even met me outside to make sure. The service are was amazing I met with Austin the service advisor he was very kind and talked over everything going through peice by peice. He kept me updated on everything that was going on with pricing. I was super nervous beforehand espcially as a woman going by herself that has no car knowledge at all. Everyone was awesome there was no awkwardness. The waiting room was very nice and cleanly. They offered to change the channel and brought me water.Im literally only ever going here for my cars needs.Thank you so much to Austin and the mechanic that worked on my car I really appreciate yall. ~Rahzzia

Ill start by saying that the people that work here are very courteous and helpful, and I have zero complaint about going there.My BIGGEST gripe is that they charge OVER MSRP for any parts that I need for my car. I spoke with a parts person (again, polite and helpful) looking to get parts pricing and was quoted 25% over MSRP for the same part I can get online from a Florida Mopar dealer 2 counties away at a discount which resulted in 50% off the same Mopar part!!!I want to keep my business with Gator, but they make it impossible to hand over my hard-earned money when they charge over MSRP. FIX YOUR PRICES!

Purchased my first car here today and had the best experience. My sales guy was Jim who was wonderful I recommend him to everyone. He is the sweetest older gentleman ever. He was super honest and helpful. Maryann in financing was great as well she was very helpful and caring. I had my financing already taken care of gave the information and had a deal in less then an hour. My total time at the dealership was 2 1/2 hours. I was so surprised. Great service department BUT they need to get proper loaners and not rentals that smell of cigarettes. I dont expect to drive a Chrysler if I own an Alpha. :(

Didnt buy a car but came in to test drive and get some information on the fiat Spyder. This place really had great customer service and no pressure from the salesman that helped​ me. Willing to go back when the time is right to buy a car from them for sure.

Dealer tried to lowball me on my trade in value for my current vehicle. Offered well below even the bottom kelly blue book value (for a very good condition vehicle with no mechanical issues, only one small scratch in the paint). When I told him the kbb value he stated that no one uses kbb and I need to consider the street value. However if you go to their website they have KBB plastered everywhere, including to find out the value of your trade in. The manager came over and asked what I expected (which was in the middle of the kbb value range) and when I told him the number he said in a condescending way well youve gotta realize its a 2015 Was very shady. Dont recommend to anyone.

Bait and switch, maybe.... well had our own financing, they didnt like that. Tried to tell us what were needed to do for financing but that wasnt truthful. Sales manager argued loudly with us and kept trying to change our minds. Ass.

I had a very hard time getting picked up to get my car by the shuttle called 5 different times and no one was really helpful no one called me back and I felt like I had to harass them to get to my car back after the agreed to pick me up they also gave the shuttle driver the wrong time just aggravating!
