I used to go here for all of my car care issues. The last time I went was about a 2 years ago. I didnt write a review, but I want to now as another friend of mine had a recent issue.When I was there, the manager, Justin, was a horrible person and I will never forget how he treated me.The credit card machine was not working. The man in front of me tried to use his card and there was an error. I tried to use my card (I had just used it at the grocery store, and there was PLENTY of funds in my account) and the machine didnt work. The gentleman behind the counter called Justin to come to the front. The FIRST thing Justin said was, Are we sure its the machine? Then he stared at me. I had never met Justin before. He did not know me. For him to initially assume that the issue is the customer and not his equipment is UNBELIEVABLY bad business.I replied, the man in front of me couldt get his card to work with your machine, I have been using this card all day with no issues, I checked my account and it is fine. So, yes, we are sure its the machine.I invited him to WALK TO THE GAS STATION WITH ME so that I could use the ATM and he could see my card worked fine. He declined, so I walked to the gas station alone and came back with cash by using my WORKING CARD.He didnt apologize. He didnt offer to cover the ATM fee. He walked back into his office and said nothing when I came in with the money. Who does that?However, I asked the the very polite employee behind the counter if the ATM fee could be covered and he took $5 off.

I contacted this facility as a referral from a close neighbor of my daughter-in-law who had positive experiences with them. I called and they said to bring it in that day to look at. I was shockingly surprised! They quickly diagnosed what was needed and ordered the part for servicing the next day. All is well now with one of my tire monitoring systems. This is such a relief as I feared driving the Atlanta highways without the security of knowing that all my tires were inflated properly. Needless to say, I will be using them again! The job was slightly under the initial quote that Tim provided and also completed in the time he said it would! It might have been a tad shorter…. Thanks Tim!!

They did a great job getting my daughter’s car up to date on routine maintenance and fixing a couple of things. Let me know what issues they saw, but weren’t pushy with additional services. Highly recommend

My experience with the guys was arguably one of the best experiences you can ever have. The atmosphere was professional, the service was quick and friendly, and the quality of work was impeccable.

I drove in for service with not more than a five minute wait while the car in front of me was finishing. The service was fast and professional I would recommend BP Service emissions testing to all my friends!

The service here is outstanding! I know it sounds crazy but I actually look forward to coming here! There is almost never a wait and youre guaranteed to be met in minutes by a friendly and competent technician. They also tell me (and my driving age children) when we do NOT need service. They are flat out not trying to rip you off and are much more interested in having you come back because you have a trusted relationship with them. What a relief!! I own a Range Rover and have found the service here to be FAR superior to the Range Rover Service facilities in pretty much every way. The service is fast even when they have to order special parts and they do not have surprise, add-on prices for random things like they do at the dealership. For example, the leash on my gas cap broke and I had been battling with Range Rover to get it replaced -- to no avail. It was so annoying that I finally gave up and decided to just deal with the fact that it was broken and Id have to hold the cap when I pumped gas. I went to BP to get my emissions checked and they noticed the broken leash and said they could order a new cap and install it the next day. The total charge was $50 and they even showed me how easy it was to replace the old cap. I was livid at Range Rovers Service when I realized how easy the install was and that Range Rover actually wanted to CHARGE me some ridiculous amount to basically screw on a gas cap! By the way, in terms of timing, the emissions test took about 10 minutes and when I returned the next day to pick up the cap, I was there for about 5 minutes. I honestly love this place!!

Great job. I brought my car in for an oil change and filter replacement. I didn’t realize my wife got the oil changed 2 months ago. The manager told me it didn’t need it. I really appreciate that. He could have done the work anyway. Honesty goes a long way. I will be back.

Theses guys are great! Took me car in and dropped it off on a busy Saturday. They set expectations and happily took my car in for service. I had to get my A/C looked at because it was blowing warm air. They called me a short while later and let me know what the fix was and that they could even fix that day. Super easy and simple process. The gentleman I worked with(sorry I can’t remember his name but I think it was Justin) was very professional and easy to talk too. Will continue to use these guys for future service.

Talk about transparency.They did a mini diagnostic too to let me know if other things needed to be replaced and sent the report via text.Price was super fair in comparison to others I’ve used in the past.

We had always had a friendly and great experience at BP Car Care. This time we visited BP Care to get a new alternator on Friday night and were hoping to have the vehicle back by Saturday afternoon to head out of town. The BP team stepped up and was able to get the vehicle fixed and ready to go by the planned time.

Had flat tire on road not far from my house. AAA towed to this company with discounted rates for AAA members. Very courteous, explained details of need to order new wheel as well as tire. Good rates including labor. Followed through on everything was told would happen.Recommend them. Hope I don’t NEED to use them again but definitely would if I had to. Justin main person I spoke to. Very kind, patient and understanding.

I was ignored for several minutes by technicians who were doing nothing at the time. When I finally had to ask for help I was approached by an annoyed tech who started barking out questions to me.When it came time to pay for my $90 oil change I was handed a receipt for a bill that wasnt mine. The person at the counter was apologetic but told me that he would have to run my card again and I would be refunded the first charge in several days.This was an unacceptable solution since his mistake caused me not to have access to my money.I will not be going back here again.

Ive used BP Lube/Tire Pros for several years and even referred others to this shop in the beginning. I feel terrible for bringing others to them, and hope to do anything I can to remedy that. On several occasions, they neglected the most basic of care in my car. They removed and forgot to reinstall my radiator shroud, then forgot to tighten the oil plug resulting in a leak that took two visits to remedy (while being told by the manager I would need an expensive repair that wasnt actually needed) and finally leaving my oil cap off, which left the engine open for several hundred miles until I caught their mistake. There is no telling how much damage their lack of training and oversight has cost me so far. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

We love the BP Auto Care. Theyre awesome-- honest, fair prices, dont push you to do a bunch of extra services. They will even give you a ride home if theyll have your vehicle at their shop a longer time. I feel they regularly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great First experience. Oil change and over all inspection of vehicle. Topped off fluids,showed me the state of my filters(air&cabin)then replaced said filters, and informed me of posible causes of a low brake fluid level . In and out in under 20mins. Definitely would patronize their business again and recommend to friends and family. But the best part was the honest pricing. It was a relief to find a place not gouging the customer on parts/materials.

They always are fabulous, and friendly! I caution you though, I didn’t ask how much wiper blade replacements were when I had my oil changed, and they were more expensive than the oil change! But, they keep excellent records, and keep my cars on the road giving peace of mind!

BP did an awesome job identifying my cylinder issue and repairing at a reasonable price. They threw in a new O2 sensor and cleaned up the AC at no charge. This was after another repair shop failed to fix the issue, and charged a crazy amount just for the diagnostics.Will definitely use BP again

I’ve been here many times before and they’ve worked on at least 4 of my family’s vehicles, all oil changes. They’re honest and have integrity and pride in their work. They’re all friendly and respectful with each other and with all customers. They vacuumed my car no charge and I witnessed them put air in a woman’s tires at no charge and they topped off all the fluids in my old Honda for no charge after they found an oil leak and suggested I go to mechanic who originally fixed it. They could have tried to hard sell me on repairs but didn’t. They made sure my car was safe to drive and gave me professional advice on how to fix or without lining their pockets. I love this place!

Needed to replace aging TPMS sensors in my 2011 Acura. Made an appointment by phone (very convenient), dropped off the car at the appointed time. Then I received a text message that it was ready for pickup in just 1 hour! Fair price and excellent customer service, too! Highly recommended!

Travelled from VA to Roswell and noticed a loud noise from the back of my truck. Called BP on Friday afternoon and they said they could look at it but not until around 12:00 Saturday. Dropped it off Friday night, got a call around 11:15 letting me know the issue. Turned out that it was something best done by the dealership. Justin was great. Got it in early and didnt charge me for diagnosis. Very honest shop, I would highly recommend anyone in the local area or if youre from out of town taking your vehicles there. If I lived local I know theyd be my first choice from now on.

10 min oil change as advertised. Professional staff, coffee and a good movie playing in the waiting room. Cant ask for much more.

Ive been taking every car Ive owned to this place for all service tasks. They are always professional and priced fairly.I particularly appreciate that when I bring a car to them that they cant fix, they tell me and they suggest who I should go to. I would imagine less scrupulous service stations may have taken my money performing nothing for it.If you are looking for a place that will treat your car as they would their own, and treat you the same as a friend or member of the family, this is your place.

This is the only place I trust with my oil changes. They always check to see if everything looks alright. If something needs to be done they’ll explain what it is and give you an estimate (prices are fair). I cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they always do a good job. My only complaint this time around is that several employees were not wearing masks inside the customer waiting area. The guy behind the check in counter was, but other employees either had their masks down around their necks or did not have one at all. I won’t feel comfortable going back here unless they get more diligent about keeping customers safe.

Great attitude! I had an after-the-service request that they look at a minor, minor shudder that I noticed when a new tire was put on, and the other tires rotated. They readily got me back into the shop, gladly made a small tweak, and I drove out of there with a car that is, given its age and make, as smooth and pleasant as could be!

Took my car to same place for 10 years. New guy running front desk told me $2500 to replace AC compressor and condenser. Paid them for their time and took car back b/c knew was trying to rip me off. Heard good things about BP, so took to them. Before determining what I really needed, they flushed the system and put proper amount of refrigerant in and tested it. Working fine and no big expensive repairs needed. I have a new shop, for sure, and highly recommend.

Brought my Acura here for an oil change on Saturday morning. They were not busy, and the technician greeted me quickly and professionally. He asked what I needed, and he took the car back quickly. He presented me the cabin filter and engine filter, and said they needed changing, and I agreed. I waited about 20 minutes for the whole oil change. A very nice experience, and was quick and easy!

Came in for 10 minute oil change. People were fast and friendly but I paid for the 6000 mile oil change and the sticker they put on my windshield showed service due in 4000 miles. I normally refer to my trucks “Info” to check oil life anyway to determine when to get my oil changed but they didn’t reset it. Final but minor complaint is that when I folded my mirrors in with the power fold button so they wouldn’t catch on the entry to the shop, they manually pulled them back out rather than just pressing the button. I appreciate the thought but manually folding them is not good for automated system

These guys performed an oil change in about 15 minutes. Unbelievable … felt like a NASCAR pit stop! I’ve been going there for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also asked about new tires. Instead of telling me I needed them now they said to wait for a few thousand more miles since tread was good. Finding someone you can trust these days is difficult but they are the rare exception! Incredibly pleased … AGAIN!

I went to this location to get my tire plugged and they did a great job plugging my tire that had a nail in it. I inspected the tire before I left and noticed my wheel had been scratched during the process so at this point I was pretty upset to say the least. The manager inspected the wheel with me and apologized for any damages to the wheel. He said he would make any repairs to the wheel to make it look brand new no questions asked. He said to take it to any wheel repair shop and he would pay all expenses. So I took it to a local wheel repair shop that had great reviews. After about 3 days later...my wheel was brand new looking again and I was a happy camper as they say once again.My experience went from a 1 to a 5 because this manager agreed damages were done and that he said he would take care of all the damages to the wheel which he did. I appreciate the fact that even though I was inconvenienced for about 3 days...they got it right and I really appreciate that! Thanks for doing what was right and I truly appreciate what you did to get it right for me!

Great work!Update: I have been to this location for oil changes, emissions, tire replacement, and today they repaired a tire with a nail. They consistently give great service. I have dogs that I take with me and they are very dog friendly here. They loved on my furbabies and another customers. I love being able to come here knowing that Im going to be taken care of honestly with regards to my car and that I dont have to feel uncomfortable having my dogs with me. Thanks BP

Emissions guy Kieran was cool. Store manager who didnt greet me and sat there for 10 minutes. Talking to a lady about Trump and politics. He left without asking if I needed help. I had to say excuse me to the gentleman who was in the office. He was glad to help me. Quick emissions.

I have been coming here for over ten years. The people who own it are really nice and other co-workers. They are seemingly honest about what needs to be done to your car versus companies that are there to make a buck. My car is old and I can rely on them to make sure it is safe to drive.
