My battery went dead over the weekend 10/3 and I brought it to Mercedes Benz of Marietta on 10/4 not knowing I needed an appointment. The service advisor Terry Castro totally saved me. He told me that even though I didnt have an appointment it was an emergency situation and got me in and out within 2hrs. Mr Castro is very professional and a great asset to Marietta Mercedes . Kudos to Terry Castro.

During a pandemic, you would think buying a car would be stressful. This was THE EASIEST most flawless process. I never stepped foot in the dealership and was provided top notch service. Someone even called me to review all the features of the car and go over my questions. Best decision ever!!

THIS IS AN AUTONATION STORE. AUTONATION A PUBLIC COMPANY THAT IS A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY HAS APPLIED FOR PPP MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THERE ARE SO MANY OF US WHO REALLY NEED THE THIS MONEY MORE THAN AUTONATION HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE PENNY BECAUSE OF GREED LIKE THIS DESPICABLE SELFISH COMPANY AND OTHERS LIKE IT. BOYCOTT AUTONATION!!!

The place is always clean but the staff is not as friendly as they use to be. The greeters in the receiving bay always seem annoyed that you are there. That part is disappointing.

I went in for a service on my air bags, but the first time I visited the service was quite mediocre. There wasn’t anyone to attend at the front desk and when I walked over to another desk, the lady didn’t bother to greet or talk warmly. The account manager who was supposed to handle our service, said to follow up in 2 weeks. They knew we were coming in for air bags change, I drove all the way to find out the parts hadn’t arrived. I followed up after 2 weeks, with no answer or follow up back. I called them back and found out only one air bag has arrived. My point being, there has been an overall poor customer experience for me, with no proper communication or follow up.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable and well stocked waiting area with WiFi. Was unsure of wait time for the shuttle, so took an Uber to work.
