Easy scheduling online. I’ve been to one of the other dealerships in ATL, had to wait 3 hours. At this one, no wait, In and out in an hour. I’m big on customer service and David Howard handled that. Friendly, humorous and informative. Will definitely return if I visit again. Ask for DAVID HOWARD

Salesman Javon absolutely was great. He worked hard and as fast as he could. My problem was with the dealership. I made a deposit over the phone and came with my own financing so that the transaction would go quickly. But the sales manager insisted i fill out another credit app once i arrived and the vehicle had to still be prepped. What should have taken 30 minutes took 3 hours. Love the truck, just would have liked a quicker transaction.

My experience was horrible! Terrance Sim was very unprofessional. He expressed no concern of the inconvenience that was made on his teams end towards my entire visit. I was embarrassed I was also inconvenience and also not compensated by any of this in any away. Not only did I come to you guys to make a purchase but I made a purchase and had to bring the vehicle back. I do plan to leave a review with all of my screenshots of Terence Sim and myself conversation. I was originally given a offer of $2,000 for my vehicle trade in and after having to bring the vehicle that I purchased back the value for my trade in was lessened buy $500. Do not come here .Is the worst ! Had my car for a week, all they did was change a battery. I called 4 times last week and each time they told me your vehicle is fixed someone should have called you and each time I asked for them to look more into it. And each time they said would. Well they said everything was fine and in less then 10 hours later my vehicle broke down again for the same reason. Omg they had my VEHICLE FOR A WEEK !!!

It boggles my mind how this place has over 2 stars. I scheduled an appointment for 10am, got there 5 minutes early, and was told it will be ready in about 90 min. I wait 2 hrs before checking up and Im informed that my car was next in line. 2hrs of waiting and they hadnt even looked at my car yet after making an appointment. They must be paying for their current rating.

Very poor customer service from adviser. Little or no communication of the status of my vehicle repairs. A repair that only took 3 days to fix took 4 weeks to complete. Not to mention the very next day the service engine light came back on. My 2018 Ford echo sport has had the same issue from the date of Purchase at a Ford Dealership in Chattanooga TN, and no one has been able to repair the issue. Im stuck with a car that has known issues and Ford has not offered any help. I wouldnt recommend a Ford to anyone.

I came in just before closing time & was unable to turn off my Ford Explorer due to my battery dying(again). Dave Howard could not have been more kind or been more helpful! I went into the Dealership to purchase an F250 xl Diesel 4x4 truck. They tried to cheat me on my trade in. So I said I will buy the truck straight out, without any trade in. They tried to charge me 1600 .00 additional for paint protection, floor mats, window tint etc. That was already installed at the factory. On the window sticker. When that didnt work, the tried to hook me on a 12 percent interest rate. I have excellent credit. I think its a shame that the dealership is operating this way.

Autonation Ford is the best! I have a lincoln and have been trying for the last 3 weeks to find a place to change all 4 tires and replace the lugs! Walmart, Tires Plus, and a regular corner tire shop couldnt help me. They did it and they also have some beautiful cars in their showroom that I may go back to test drive. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment to have my car appraised. I was the first appointment of the day. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I checked in at 9:10 am and did not get my car back until 10:50. They kept saying corporate was really slow that day. Apparently they input info and someone at corporate does the calculation and sends the number back. I immediately noticed that my car was not running the same as when I brought it in. It is now leaking transmission fluid and the transmission had no problems prior to auto nation keeping my car in the back for 1 hour and 40 minutes. I know this because I had a transmission service several months ago and everything was fine. They messed it up! I will never do business with auto nation. If you take your car in, stay with it or where you can see it the entire time. They cannot be trusted.

Had an appointment at 9:30am for an oil change that never happened. I showed up early for the appointment, gave my keys to an employee who asked if I’d be staying to wait on my vehicle. I told him I would be, and he said he would notify me when my vehicle was done. Two hours later, this employee comes to the waiting room and states, “I’m sorry sir, it’s going to be another hour before your vehicle is finished.” I asked if he could provide a loaner car for the day since I had other appointments that day. He said they didn’t have any loaner cars. I said whatever, what’s another hour. Well then, two more hours go by, and I decided to investigate further on why my truck had not been finished. An employee confirms that my truck has not even been started on, but “will be next”. I immediately ask for the service manager who was dealing with a line of unhappy customers. After waiting for a couple minutes for the manager who was still dealing with two unhappy customers in front of me, I decided that after 4+ hours of waiting…it was time to leave. Asked for my keys to my truck and left. Went to another service place who was able to change my truck’s oil and check multiple other things within 30 minutes. Unfortunately I will not be returning to AutoNation Ford in Marietta, GA with whom I’ve reserved TWO vehicles with to purchase in the future. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of other Ford dealerships with better service who I can purchase my new vehicles from.

This place is horrible! Worse customer service ever. Sales and management team are about politics within the dealership and refuse to deal with certain salespeople that shouldnt be a salesperson. As well as call and offer free service on purchased used vehicles only to be informed by Service there will be a charge. Needless to say Sales NEVER opens before 0900. So nothing can be verified prior to that. And then only a skeleton crew is on hand.

The General Manager was horrible to my Wife. Don’t buy a vehicle from here. GM said I supposedly moved a stationary piece of glass, which is the back part of the sunroof, which is impossible. That was the cause of my severe water leak. They basically pushed a hidden problem and expense off onto the customer. Can’t catch something like that unless it’s raining really heavy. I Don’t know that there is a lot of people that go car shopping during heavy rain. Horrible General Manager!!This is an add-on to this message. Someone just responded to this message and told me to contact their management team at AutoNation in Marietta Georgia. I don’t think they understanding or maybe even read the message I just posted. The problem I had was with the general manager. Which means I will need to contact the headquarters in Florida, which is probably what my next step will be. I will not get stuck paying for a $2500 bill when the problem was there before I even bought it.

Took my 17 GT350 there to sell it and they took the car on a full test drive and wasted 45 minutes of my time just to come back and not make an offer because it has modifications, all which are visible.You can open the door and see a cage in it. If you cant buy it because it has a cage, then whats the point of wasting the customers time?Nonsense.My sales rep was a great person but the GM way of handling this didnt make any sense to me.Took it two other dealerships around and got great offers from both.

He set aside his time to show me every little feature of my new car without ever being too sales-y. I’ve dealt with quite a few auto salesmen in the past but this is the first time I feel I’ve had a genuine experience with someone who was honest and professional the whole way through. The service department had my vehicle from 9am to 6:30pm. I made a 9:30am appointment, days before. When asked why it took so long, the response was they did not have a filter for my vehicle. I was getting a simple oil change and they had my vehicle for almost 12 hours.

3 hours is too long to wait for an oil change, especially considering that I did have an appointment! I want to come here for my basic maintenance, but it just seems as if theyre too busy for it. They were wonderful with me & my car during recall issues, but within the past 3 years, they just always seem slammed & disorganized when it comes to maintenance. There was a time when I could come & get an oil change without an appointment and be done within an hour. That was 4 or more years ago. I dont know what has happened since to change that, but now, you must have an appointment, and even with that appointment, it will take too long, really. There was another woman there, with an appointment, also waiting for an oil change, she was there when I arrived. Thank goodness someone came along and heard us lamenting that our cars still hadnt been taken back to be worked on after an hour and a half, and made sure we finally got our oil changes. Im usually not one to complain, I want the technicians to be able to do their jobs competently and at a comfortable pace. Id rather wait for a job well done then be rushed through with sloppy uncaring work. But 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment...I dont know.

My recent recall experience went well as my new Service Advisor David Howard explained. The detail of the Driver airbag would take less time than the passenger side. Passenger airbag unique design took 2 months. on my model. He promised 3 days and delivered with a phone call. Arranging a time he was going to be in for pickup.I been bring my 2010 Ford Edge to AutoNation for service and found them to be a class act when it come to customer Service. Thanks.

This is where I bought my car, second Ford I’ve owned, and when I was buying it everyone was so nice and accommodating. Well I should have listened to my family who also has cats from this dealership because i have never seen such bad customer service. I took it in last week for an oil change and 10,000 mile check, they had my car for 5 hours and when I called to see what was going on because I had to Uber everywhere all day, they said your cars been ready for a while now. Like I am supposed to read minds and I tried to call but no one would answer. So I called the sales department asking if he could check and laughed then huffed and puffed and said I guess I can walk over and tell them to call you. As if I was asking some sort of huge favor. My car is currently shaking so bad the whole back seat is like a roller coaster and they were supposed to align and rotate my tires so not sure why that would be doing that when it didn’t before I brought it in. I never received a receipt so I have no id a the work that was even done on my car. Of course I’ve tried to call multiple times but no one will call me back or answer. It’s ridiculous qnd I shouldn’t have to go to a dealership 10 miles away when this is my dealership and it’s 2 minutes from my house. Just amazing that when you buy your car they’re as nice as can be, but after that they tell you to pretty much screw off.

Should have read the reviews on this place there service dep. Is absolutely awful they keep your car for almost a week before they even look at it and top that they dont even offer any loaner cars to help accommodate you while you wait to get your car serviced on. Like they dont get that certain people only have one vehicle to get to and from work and all they can say is sorry. Beyond upset about this because I dont care how much it is to fix it i just want it done so I can go on with my life this is a complete inconvenience to everyone who is trying to get their car serviced with no issues.

Great place for service! Arrived unannounced because I was going on a trip and they were able to service my truck right away. They have also implemented a new computer system that will really maintain efficiency. They went live with it the day I got here, and the service reps were very well trained. Dave was able to run thru the process quickly. Last time I was here there were layers of paper work to print and sign. I was glad to see them improve the check in process. While I was only getting the 20K service,it was an extremely good experience. Even the coffee was good! Thanks Dave for keeping me posted, working me in and being so effient! Definitely recommend!

Went in to get a car for my husband and Joe Cross helped us, he was very personable and helpful. I decided to get my vehicle appraised and the price was so great I traded it in and ended up leaving with 2 cars. It was such a pleasure to be there. Carter was also very helpful. Left my car there for three weeks to get brakes. Still havent gotten them. Ive called multiple times to get updates on whats taking so long. Havent gotten a single call back from my service rep only customer service calls back and then they say they cant get in touch with him. I have had to physically go to the location to check whats going on. Say they are ordering parts, but it doesnt take this long to get brakes and put them on. Stay away from here unless you dont need your car for months.

I had a very difficult experience at this AutoNation Ford. The staff was courteous; however, I had to push for basic customer care when my Explorer leased here had severe transmission issues with just over 10k miles. I paid additional $ out of pocket to switch out for a working car. Also, they also could not locate the keys to the disabled vehicle after they asked me to tow it to them and wanted me to come back to give them time to locate them (after I had already spent several hours there). Good people work there but they have an old school business model where the customer waits around all day and is not given real service until they are halfway out the door. Finally I was told by the salesman that my second lease payment would be 45 days out only to find out it was due in under 30 days.

I recently set up an appointment online. When I arrived, the service manager had no record of it. He gave me his card and asked me to call him directly to schedule a service. I did call and left a message with the service manager on his phone, it is 4 days later now, no call. Even though the other ford truck dealer, Jim Tidwell Ford is not near my home, I called them and they scheduled service for 2 days later. Extremely professional team which is what I am used to with previous dealerships. They did a great job.

I made an appointment, and when we showed up, they told us we had to wait 5 days for the truck to be seen. Whats the point of making an appointment? I could easily wait and bring the truck whenever you were ready to check it out. Whoever manages the service department isnt exactly a genius.On top of that, supposedly nothing is wrong with the truck, but it becomes a rocking chair when you hit the brakes and it only has 9k miles. Try a different dealership 🤷🏽‍♂️

Shout-out to Scott for the amazing service!I had a recall on my car and after calling to schedule an appointment I was told twice that my car would probably have to stay at the dealership for at least 3 to 5 days. I was so sad because I did not how I even would go to work. However, after not being able to attend my appointment on the date I scheduled due to personal reasons - thank goodness- I called again to reschedule and spoke with this really nice gentleman named Scott, which turned out to also be the person who would take a look on car. The end of the story? He checked my car and everything was ready on the same day! I could not be happier!Thank you Scott! U r awesome :)

I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation on a Saturday morning at 9:00am. My service was completed and I left the dealership 3 hours later. The only reason I bring my car there for oil changes is that I have a pre-paid service from when I purchased my car. I still have a couple of services left on that plan and am considering not using them and going to a shop closer to my house to get my oil changed because it only takes 15 minutes. I just feel that 3 hours is an excessive amount of time for such a simple service, especially when I made an appointment.

Came in with my vehicle without scheduling an appointment (drop in) and they were able to quickly check and diagnose my battery issue. Gentleman by the name of Scott was able to take care of me without charging me anything. I was very impressed with him. I talked with another customer who was very happy with their service. Looks like I will try this Ford Service center now as my current one Im not happy with.

Dave, service manager, is excellent! We were eight hours into our trip up North when our engine light came on and the truck was losing power. We went to a dealership and were told they needed 72 hours to just diagnose the problem. Wouldnt even hook it up to a computer. Very frustrating when its an emergency and youre traveling from out of state. Didnt even seem to care. We showed up at AutoNation unannounced and asked for help. All the service techs were gone but Dave was still there. He hooked up the truck to the computer and told us the news. He looked under the hood without touching anything but couldnt see any hoses disconnected or other problems. He explained the issues and said he couldnt get us in until the middle of next week. I cant tell you how much we appreciated him doing all this when he was on his way out. We made the decision to try to limp our way to our destination but would definitely consider having the work done here if we had the time.

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I dropped my car off 18 days ago and it STILL hasnt even been looked at. I have not heard from any service tech in 18 days. I have called multiple timex only to be met with sass and I have been been hung up on. I keep being told dean will call you back but I never get a call back. One time I was transferred over to him and he hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life, to the point where I am going to pay a towing company to take my car to a different service tech so that I might possibly get my car fixed.

I had a 1:00 appointment for a simple oil change, and told them I would be waiting. I arrived on time and sat in the waiting area. At 3:00 my truck still had not moved. I went to check on it, and was told they were running severely behind. My truck was not done until a little after 4. I paid for the full service including fluids, tire rotation, etc. On my way home I realized that my washer fluid was empty... I called to ask them about it and request at least a bit of a refund, and a manager assured me he would look into it and call me back. Never heard back. Don’t set appointments if you are that backed up, and definitely don’t charge full price for a 3 hour oil change where you don’t even complete the job...

Called ahead about a car I found on the website, and an appointment was made for me to come in after work. When I arrived, the car had been sold online. 4 calls and 2 emails thoughout the day to confirm my appointment, but no one could be bothered to contact me that the car had been sold before I went to the trouble of coming into the actual location. The sales manager, also, could not have cared less. I was informed, they didnt lose a sale, we just got it from someone else.

I left my car for repair 12 days ago, and every day I try to call and dont answer me by the representative who received my car. I went to the store 4 days ago to talk to the manager and he said that the next day they would call me in the morning, and again with no return. My car is under warranty, and since then the same problem has returned 4 times after repairs. Im sure the warranty will expire and the problem will continue. What was the point of paying much more than other workshops? both care and service do not work well. I do not recommend that they go through the same unpleasant situation as me.

This was the worst business model that I’ve ever seen. You’re expected to leave your vehicle for an undisclosed timeframe BEFORE the vehicle can even be looked at! They will not allow you to bring it when they get to your car. Additionally, they don’t provide rentals & warranty company can’t cover until AFTER the vehicle has been diagnosed. They only say you can catch UBER from 2 hours away. I only came to this dealer because of the high ratings… they state COVID is the reason, but why not make your policy customer friendly??? Everyone here says it’s above their head and they hear this every day!!!! News Flash… if you hear it everyday, it’s obviously a broken process!

First there is no need for an appointment as your not going to wait hours regardless of appointment times available or whoever is pleasant when first coming in. I arrived today at 1245 it is now 515 and we are still here. First I was told I would next after three cars. First lie next the lady helping said she had to go 15 miles to get my tire 2nd lie. She never went then never mentioned it until I brought it up. Then I was told I had 10 cars in front of me at 4 which changed after an hour. At 517 they put my car back on the rack to FINALLY change my oil which could have been done mind you. Followed by finally doing my alignment and put 1 yes 1 tire on. Soo like Union city Aito Nation is full of lies!! Last visit for me dont come to this location either.

Information about the car was withheld from me as I had to find out on my own a year later that the car was a previous rental which was never disclosed at time of purchase. I purchased my car from Autonation Ford Marietta last week, and I could not be more pleased with my car buying experience. I had been dreading it because I do not like the haggling process that you experience at most dealerships. I arrived at the facility and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was and everyone was wearing masks. I was greeted by the GM, who then introduced me to Mr. Rodney Hunt, my sales associate. Rodney was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I did not feel pressured into a sale. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and what I was willing to pay. He found exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. The paperwork process was very easy, and the rest of the staff was professional as well. This is a great place to buy a vehicle.

Mohammeds work was friendly and efficient. The online offer process was quick, easy and accurate. We would post 5-stars if we didnt have to wait almost an hour for the check to arrive. Theres room for improvement if it takes over two hours to sell a car after terms are agreed.

An issue with the front wheel drive system on my 2010 F150 suddenly appeared. I called AutoNation Ford in Marietta and they scheduled me that afternoon. Within 24 hours they diagnosed the issue with the integrated wheel ends and associated vacuum system. They clearly communicated what was needed and then made the repairs the same day. It was an excellent service experience. Ruben Hernandez was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Very nice people. The service took a bit longer than I was expecting. About 3 hours for an oil change, their inspection and tire rotation. It may have taken longer since the tire rotation was not originally scheduled and I requested it upon arrival. All in all very pleasant crew.

Got the run around and slimy negotiations like dealers are known for.AutoNation totally much better transaction. I pulled into the service bay and was not greeted by anyone. I walked into the service department walking around clearly looking for someone, which I saw some people but was unsure if they worked there. I decided to go to the customer waiting area and sat waiting for someone to ask about the vehicle parked in the service bay. I waited 20 minutes and no one ever approached me. I noticed that there were vehicles that were being moved around mine so I just started talking to random people until I found someone to help that could get my vehicle in line to be worked on. Oh the people that I saw initially were employees, but greeting and helping customers was not in their job description. While I waited for my vehicle I decided to get a cup of coffee, but the carafe was empty, again customer service not a strong point. After 2 hours my vehicle was finally done. The paperwork said that the mechanic put a “jug of DEF” in my truck which I was charged for, but find that to be false as even when the tank is empty 2 “jugs” will completely fill the tank. I just added a “jug” two weeks prior which put me at 3/4 of a tank, but when I checked my DEF level after service it was 1/8 below the full mark. Needless to say I will not recommend to a friend nor will I be back.

Ive been bringing my vehicle to this dealership for routine service for a few years, but unfortunately I wont be returning. Long story short, I brought my vehicle in for maintenance related to a recall. I was initially told that my vehicle would be ready in a couple of days, but it turned into a 2 month ordeal, with almost zero communication. I was told my vehicle would be ready at a particular time on multiple occasions, only to hear nothing from the service department, and having to call/hold repeatedly for an update. At one point I was called and told my car was ready, only to arrive and be told that it actually wasnt and I was called by mistake. When I was finally called to pick up my vehicle, the contents of my center console and glove box were emptied onto the front passenger side floor, and my dash cam and cabling were missing. I immediately pointed out these issues to management, but was told that they werent responsible. I told the gentleman that this was unacceptable and Id be filing a police report. His tone changed pretty quick and a short time later I was speaking with the general manager. Big thanks to the general manager for making things right and reimbursing me for the dash cam, but, I will never be back to this dealership and will advise everyone to stay far far away.

We had bought a 2019 Ford Expedition from a used dealer up the street. As soon as we drive it off the lot, it started making a horrible grinding sound. Needless to say, we turned around the very next day and took it back. The dealership we dealt with told us to take down to autonation ford. They worked with us to get it in ASAP and fixed it while we were on vacation. However, it had a few other problems. Nick Dudley the service manager got involved and completely took over the issue helping us to diagnose this problem. Each time he was so helpful and responsive to our needs. Nick is an asset to the autonation Ford team and I am very grateful for his help! All the people working in the service department go above and beyond to help. Very impressed!! Thanks Nick and team!

BUYER BEWARE. GENERAL MANAGER walked away from me mid-conversation and refused to rectify my issue. Extremely rude staff and horrible service. My trucks check engine light came on a few days after purchase, I took it for repair, and it has now been in their shop longer than I had it in my driveway. They are failing to rectify. They told me I could trade it in and run my credit again to get another truck. Terrible service. Once they sell you the car, they do not care. I put five stars so hopefully someone planning to buy here would see this and change their mind.

Update- after waiting for 2 hours waiting and having to verify with the Salesman James who I bought the car from that he promised 2 years free maintenance IF I bought the car, the service advisor Dean who I had an appointment with said he couldn’t help me! He said that after I had already been waiting an hour for him to check me in. Frustrating process to say the least especially on Memorial Day weekend where most people have travel plans. Now I have a unserviced car (even though I had an appointment) on a holiday weekend. A dealership that “promises” maintenance plans if you buy their cars? A dealership that makes you wait 2 hours and acts like appointments don’t matter? Unprofessional, but exactly what this dealership does. I wish I never bought this car from them. Horrible experience and I want people to know they shouldn’t trust this dealership or service department with their business or time.Don’t expect fast service. I arrived for my 4 o’clock service appointment and they had “started” the paperwork over an hour later.

I made a 10:00 AM appointment well in advance for an oil change. I arrived early, my truck sat in the service lane for 30 minutes while I watched half a dozen or so service technicians standing around eating breakfast and talking. At 10:35 the service advisor came to me and shrugged and said no lifts were available. I had to leave without getting the service done. My buying experience here was great. Service experience was not.

The process was lengthy but The salesman at Ford are all awesome. This is my second car with Ford Marietta and it’s a reason why I choose to keep coming back. They make sure you are well taken care off before walking out of the door. This time I worked with James Taylor and he was great from beginning to end and made sure all of my questions were answered. There is nothing bad I have to say about anyone there, even the receptionist!

Brought my car in for a recall issue on a Friday morning. The car was not available for pick-up until Monday afternoon and was told recall issue did actually not impact my vehicle. I was also not offer a loaner car for the entire weekend. I expect better service that this.
