These guys were very understanding and helpful. My car had a few things wrong with it but they were nice and patient with me and helped find the best option. After they fixed a few things for fair prices they recommended me to the Mazda dealership when they couldn’t figure out what else was wrong instead of leaving me high and dry.

Take my GMC and Mazda to Joe. Work is always done quickly and price is fair. If there ever is an issue I believe Masters will make it right. So glad to have found a local mechanic who treats customers fairly.

My fuel pump stop working as I was traveling south on I-75. I had my truck towed to masters Automotive and they diagnosed, called me about it and replaced the water pump within 3 hours after I brought it to them. The owner or manager put two guys on my truck to complete a 5-hour job quickly, so I could get back on the road and make it to my destination without a huge delay. Thank God for Masters Automotive. They saved me a huge amount of time, even changed my oil in addition to the fuel pump for just over $700.

These guys know their stuff and Automobiles,, they are fair in pricing,, but unfortunately too busy. When youre a decent Mechanic/ shop, reasonably priced and do good work,, you get overwhelmed and start cutting corners,, not in price, but digging into issues. Dont not go here because of this post,, just make sure theyre Thorough.. They are not out to beat anyone but are extremely busy and pick the 1st diagnosis..

First and foremost I dont ever really do reviews on places but I had to on this one. Very professional, I let them know the problems I was having with my vehicle and gave me the truth on what needed to be done. They communicated with me continuously to ensure that my experience was great. Also, thank me for choosing them to service my car. Guest waiting room had a comfortable couch, TV, coffee, water and a vending machine. Only thing I will say as business get better for them there going to need a secretary to handle there volume.

The manager/owner there, Joe, is an honest guy that wants your repeated business. He will show you what you need now and tell you whats going to be coming up. I am a courier running about 7 to 9 hundred miles a week...I really need this type of guy looking out for me and not trying to gouge me. I take both of my vehicles there. This is the most shady operation I have ever been to. The business is a front for another illegal business. Be careful if you do business with them and find out they didnt treat you right. If you argue with them they have people that they will call and they will be there in minutes. Im not happy that they are in my community. Something needs to be done about it.

Horrible quality in the parts they use, they are squetchy with the prices and they have no official warranty time. And if you go to claim their not very detailed or disclosed warranty they will charge for the labor of the warranty. Horrible experience and very squetchy people. Dont get swayed by their paid reviews.

They did some quick maintenance on my daughters car without up selling on things we dont need.
