This was my third shop I went to after the other 2 couldn’t get the license plate bolts off my car. They were rusted and stripped screws. Wayne immediately helped me. Not only did they get the screws off they put the new ones on for me! I definitely recommend this location! Everyone is super friendly! Thanks again!

Never Again!!! Appointment was at 10:00 my car wasn’t finished until 12:00, I just needed a simple oil change. When I called to schedule the appointment the guy said the price would be $49.99 for synthetic oil & when I showed up he told me $79.99 so I was confused. It took 2 hours for a basic oil change!!! They just make up prices!!! The workers spend more time talking to each other than fixing the cars & helping the customers.

Ongoing inconsistent diagnosis on issues with my car. I chose to continue using Midas services here in Georgia because my previous experience with Midas outside of Georgia was pleasant and the staff members were professional and willing to address the issues without trying to make unnecessary profit out a need.The minute I started bringing my car to this facility my car just kept declining. The last repair was the AC. The same day I picked up my car I noticed the problem was not corrected and if it was, it was not reflecting. The car was still leaking fluids and there was smoke coming out of the bonnet. Finally, decided to bring the car back and spend more money on another part that needed to be replaced. Exactly within a 90 day period another leak this time inside the car. I brought the car back to the shop this time another outrageous quote in the amount of $1,600 to correct the issue. Basically big jobs to any vehicle have warranty not here. It is unfortunate that there is no option for NO stars.

Matt was phenomenal, he got me in and patched my tire within 15 minutes. Super nice and very professional. Will absolutely go here again!

Wow. Im am so thankful once again for Jimmy and his staff. Back in July 2021when I lost my dad and needed some expedited brake work to go to Bama right then and who came to the rescue? Jimmy and his crew. Well appreciated. I didnt realize I didnt complete my survey for the first visit until RIGHT NOW since once again I showed up with a emergency again. Ready to do a review for the prompt service.. Right now the guard cover under my truck is hanging down and scrubbing. I went to their shop with an unusual exhaust job. At first they werent sure if they could do it. Instead of telling me no, the mechanic got the car on the lift and found a way to make it work.Extremely courteous staff and willing to go the extra mile. They also did a great job on my car. The exhaust was very well done.

Both Matt and Wayne were professional and very helpful with my automotive experience. My needs were challenging and they met them getting my car repaired. I truly appreciate the effort they put forward to get things accomplished.

The Technician Repaired my Catalytic converter Exhaust Front Manifold On my 2014 Hyundai Accent GLS for $210 Havent Had No Issues and He was Fast I Waited 30 maybe 45 Mins They Didnt Take Advantage of me I Was Ok with their Service and Will Return

Not a bad experience at all. Took my 2014 Dodge Charger in for some brake pads. Was advised I needed brake pads and rotors. Showed me the damage done to my older rotors and pads, rotated my tires at no additional charge, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically Matt and Wayne. Offered military discount as well. I recommend them.

Good place to inflate low pressure tires ( free air ) or fix a flat - was even offered assistance to do so.

The staff at Midas as a whole were very pleasant to do business with. They took their time to explain all the details regarding my tire concern and what TRUTHFULLY needed to be done now. They did a wonderful job, in a timely manner. Thank you Midas staff!

What a wonderful vibe this place offers. Staff is always in a great mood, laughing and smiling amongst each other. The communication seems great. Wayne at the front desk is super helpful and almost, I’d say brother-like. He’s going to take care of business and make sure you understand your options when dealing with your car and make you smile a time or two to lighten or even enhance the mood. Really great guy. While the gentlemen at the counter (Jimmy Amos) is very nice - I have to say this is a dishonest location. I would recommend you NOT take your car here. Brought my 2000 Ford Excursion here for an oil leak. Jimmy stated to me they would first need to degrease my engine so they can pinpoint the exact locations of the oil leaks. That cost me $115.00. Okay I can understand that. So they did the engine degrease so they could pinpoint my oil leaks. All sounds good so far. After that Jimmy told me that I had a total of 3 locations that were leaking oil and he wrote me up a ticket for the amount of $3,525.75 to get my trucks oil leaks taken care of. See the screenshot/photo. He also tried to get me to take a loan from one of their vendors so that I could pay for this. I just didn’t feel right about what he was saying so I took my truck somewhere else to get a 2nd option. And sure enough - after taking my truck to Don Wright Motors - they stated to me that I did in fact have a leak but it was not as serious as Midas previously stated. Don Wright Motors fixed my oil leak for only $95 and NOT $3,525.75 that Midas quoted me. Don Wright fixed the leak and changed my oil and guess what, its been over a month now and I have not one drop of oil coming from my truck after taking it to Don Wright Motors.. DO not take your car to this Midas location as they will freaking try to ROB you and charge you for things that do not need to be fixed. RUN FROM THIS LOCATION.

Listen, this specific Midas location is AMAZING! I thought it was just wayne but no, its the entire team. This week I met Matt and the first 2 days he kept giving me bad news about my car (with a smile might I say lol). But once it was time to get everything done Matt took amazing care of me and my car. He got everything done for a little less than what I was thinking it was going to be. I am super stoked and this is the main reason why I live on one side of town and come all the way to the other side of town (passing like 3 other midas locations) just to get to this one. So now I have two favorite people at this location. Wayne and Matt! Amazing team members!!!!!!

Everyone is very nice and helpful but they move super super slow. Bought a dishwasher and waited in loadingzone for about an hour. Plus is that its a bigger lowes than the average and have just about everything for your home improvement needs.

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. The manager there is so rude and just a money hungry human being. I will not be returning and I do NOT recommend this location.

If you are in ATLANTA and need your car fixed this is the PLACE TO GO! I always go here to get my car fixed. They have done two major repairs on my car including a Fuel tank replacement and broken tire rod! Wayne, who runs the office is very easy to work with and honest!!! Being a woman the scariest thing about car problems is the mechanic trying to get over on you. So honest work is appreciated and they are not pushy! If you dont want it done they will not do it. I recommended a friend not to long ago who was quoted $3000 for repairs at another place then went to Midas and got it done for a little under $1000! They also offer financing that will give you 90 day same as cash if you are unable to pay the full amount right away. I would recommend anyone to go to this Midas, ask for Wayne and he will get you taken care of!

They took $2,600 from me to fix a leak (Jan 2019), and in the end, the leak was not fixed and they told me I would need to spend another $1,800 to make the leaking stop. After wasting the initial $2,600 I ended up giving up on the fix and trading in the car for the less than I had spent at Midas. The manager Wayne lied to me repeatedly, which I was able to confirm by talking to the mechanic who did the work. The manager is crooked and everyone should avoid this place!

You know that kind of person who you feel like youve known for years even though you just met, thats Wayne Amos. An unbelievably honest and genuine person. Go here if you want someone who is upfront and real with you. You wont regret it.

Likely won’t come back for anything more than an oil change. They didn’t take the used oil I had requested to be taken from my car - assumed they did but then it spilled after I left. Also was blind-sided for a headlight repair: they didn’t charge me after saying they fixed it, though it was still broken, then charged me a day later when they finally got around to trying a second time.

You know you had great service when you come days later to write a review. Mr. Wayne I will not forget tolhe amazing service I received from you. You definitely understand people and how to reach them. You were very genuine and kind. And it was extremely appreciate in the times were having now. Thank you for all you do daily. This Midas location is amazing. I have gone in there 5 different times now and each time I leave more amazed than ever at how honest and professional the team members are. I always get nervous going into a mechanic shop by myself because I dont know much about cars and they break it down for me each time and have never once tried to cheat me or scare me into doing something that I dont actually need done.

After a bad experience somewhere else, I was referred here to check pricing. I needed bulbs (previously purchased) installed on exterior lights on my Hyundai. I was quoted $100. I refused, then they lowered the price in half because I was quoted that elsewhere. I agreed to have them do the work. I didnt check store hours, so I got there after closing. No notification was given that the car was ready, after giving all of my contact information when I checked in. I took an Uber there to find my car and another one, sitting in their open lot with the driver window down and doors unlocked! (I recorded a video and took pictures). There was a third with the hood wide open. Pedestrians could be seen cutting through their lot. I had valuable items in my car, not to mention the possibility of rain in my car, or the theft of the entire car! I called and banged on the door hoping someone was working late in the back. Nope! I had to call an emergency locksmith to make a new key ($160) until the next day. I returned the next morning to unapologetic employees. I explained what happened and he just sat there, then said dont worry about paying, as if I was making everything up to save 40 bucks! Another employee walked in to see what was wrong, and was told, something about her window was down. I felt dismissed, like a nuisance trying to get something for free. I recorded everything, from the cars in the lot, to the conversation the following day. I will not try to get anything else done to my car without a male present with me. Very disappointing.

The most honest and professional people is here.i had already an estimate on the work at another place and decided to take the car to Midas which was closer to me. their estimate was half of original and very surprised when charged NOTHIG since alert due by computer glitch. NOTHING, not even labor for work was demanded to find the mistake !this guys are awesome ! i couldn’t even considering to get my cars to any other place ❗️

I took my car for an oil change and the mechanic noticed that I had a shredded serpentine belt he did show me a shredded belt so I let him take care of putting the bed on and ordering it a few weeks later I could smell smoke and felt like it was slipping a little bit which is something I didnt smell or feel before so I made an appointment to see them again to rectify the problem maybe the tensioner was to tight or maybe it was too loose I know this from Friday experiences with attention and belt but I have an appointment tomorrow 1117 2020 to see what theyre going to do so this review will be continued thank you Cheryl Parks the guy at the front desk Wayne was very friendly and very helpful I have an appointment with the Mercedes dealership afterwards to make sure everything the mechanics did what they said they did

Could not recommend this location, and specifically Wayne Amos enough. I had an issue with my car that no one could identify that was preventing me from getting my emissions done last year. Within the hour he was able to identify the problem and had me out with my emissions passed that same day. This year, there was no one else I would have gone to with their care, knowledge and expeditiousness.

All was good till i got into my truck and it stunk like a mix of a dead skunk and dead tire air. not sure who or what caused it. just know I came out of pocket an additional $85 to get truck shampoo and deoderized. service was fair. but the smell was nauseating

I came into this shop and had a great experience with Mr. Damien taking care of us. He was very professional and honest (which is hard to find). Mr. Damien clearly wanted to do right by his customers and live by the Midas motto, and other reviews show that this was not a one time occurrence from this shop. This place is the best and made sure my car would make it home to Missouri. I had a terrible experience somewhere else, got a oil change and battery replacement. The next day my check engine light turned on and my car was shaking. They refused to double check the work without me paying $100. I got to Midas, explained my situation, and they said they would get me taken care of. They looked at my car and found the oil cap was not on tight enough and that is what caused the problem. I was on the road within 45 minutes. I wish I could go here whenever I need to get work done on my car. They are friendly, understanding, and super professional. I am telling everyone that I know in the area to go here.

I had to get my vehicle serviced today, so I went to Midas on Cobb Pkwy. Marietta, GA on this beautiful Saturday. I was able to get great expedient service with no appointment, and prices that didnt kill my pockets. The manager, Wayne, takes the time to tell you about everything thats going on with your car, as well as explaining various payment options. I will definitely be going back for my tire service and then some!

Midas Marietta did a wonderful job serving my needs. My car overheated and I ended up needing a new radiator, timing belt, and water pump. It was a big job, but they worked with me and kept it affordable. I really appreciated how they were not so bogged down in doing so many other things (selling appliances, key chains, food etc.) that they could spend time with you to talk about what was going on. (Specialized service really does have its perks.) Honest and good appraisal. They really did go above and beyond for me.+ the wait times were STELLAR. When they said X amount of time to get the job done, they MEANT it. They didnt throw out times just to make you feel as if it was getting done, and under-deliver.As for the reviewer who does not share my sentiments, I want you guys to be aware that the management has changed since then. Terrence, the new manager, is great!P.S. The service was good but prices are just too HIGH! The price of 4 tires and labor was more than $1,375. This is insane pricing. I would have preferred to buy from Discount Tires but there is not one near the location where I needed assistance. Lower prices are needed.

These folks did an awesome job! Everyone involved was very helpful and informative.The repairs were done perfectly and the prices were fair. Went there today for a simple oil change and left missing two of my tire caps because the technician forgot to put them back on. Not only did he forget to put the tire caps back on, but he also didn’t put air in all my tires. I’m headed out of town so I can’t even go back up to the shop to get them. I’m glad I didn’t get any serious work done to my car. They probably would have forgotten to put the lug nuts back on. Now I have to find a new establishment that will pay attention to detail.

Update: 4/2/19I finally made it back to the shop. Wayne greeted me as I entered, Hello Mr. McKinney, how may I bless you today? At that point I knew this was going to be a different visit. Wayne and the crew at Midas went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle got the care and service it needed. As I sat and waited on my vehicle, I noticed it wasnt only me, but they treated everyone the same way. Wayne takes every experience personal as in how he would like to be treated and that definitely shows. My vehicle is fixed, and Wayne worked with me on the deal. I am changing my previous post and I must say, I would definitely recommend this shop to any and everyone. Let me also add, I live in Villa Rica, this shop is in Marietta, but the drive is worth it. You cant beat good service like this! Outstanding!Worst experience ever! I like Wayne, hes a nice guy a true salesman... My vehicle gave me no problems prior to my initial visit, but not even an hour after I left the shop all hell began to break loose. My vehicle has not been right since. Completely and totally unsatisfied with the service I received. I will never use another Midas again and will let all my friends and family know of my experience and to avoid getting any service done to their vehicles at this place.

This place is horrible I would not recommend going here for a diagnostic check. Jimmy was nice and helpful over the phone, but when arriving to the store he basically gave me the same information. I explained that I already knew over the phone. Didnt even do a test drive with my vehicle. Gave me a check list where he didnt check for ANY fluids, filter, coolant, exhaust system NOTHING AT ALL. Total waste of $75 will never return back.

By far the best experience I have had at an Auto Repair shop in the greater Atlanta area. Wayne was forthright about my options and thorough in his explanation of the work that was done upon completion of repairs. The group at this location has earned my trust and will have my business for future maintenance and upkeep.

These days customer service goes a long way. The staff at this Midas were super friendly and helpful. I called several different repair shops to get an estimate on what it would cost to change out my rotors and Midas was the only one to take their time to give an accurate quote. When they finished, it didn’t cost a penny more than what they quoted me and no one tried to sell me anything extra that I didn’t need. I used to go to a different shop for years, but this will definitely be my new one.

I would like to commend your shop for helping me with a redo on a recent expensive previous repair. Although had to wait for a mechanic to examine my car, his efforts to treat me with courtesy and fairness more than made up for the inconvenience. Wayne was extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my car. He carefully explained the testing he planned to do, the results of his tests, and what course of action he and I should take to find and correct the problem. I had come to Midas, expecting to be charged a great deal of money for the work. But Wayne discovered the problem and the solution. Because of his honesty, I saved several hundred dollars and a great deal of frustration. I have owned my Honda for several years now. I rarely have problems with it, but when I do, I dread taking it to a mechanic. It seems as though they are all so untrustworthy. But my interaction with Wayne has definitely changed that previously unhappy perception.

I just wanted to say that I was serviced by a gentleman named Damion at the Cobb pkwy location and he is definitely an asset to Midas! He has astounding customer service, knowledge, and care for the customer. He was very thorough and patient with me in explaining the problem with my car. Wayne, the Store Manager, I met with my Daughter purchasing a vehicle Saturday from a nearby dealer....after we discovered the vehicle had a critical exhaust mechanical issue just prior to delivery of purchasing the vehicle from a nearne dealer.I called Midas, on Cobb Parkway, Marietta, and when Wayne answered the phone and I shared that time was of the essence with regards to the mechanical issue at 3 p.m. on a and needed his expert advice on the issue at hand if I could bring the vehicle to him right away, and he said Bring It On.... What his assessment revealed what determine whether I was going to accept the car for delivery and purchase...based on what the mechanical findings were....Wayne is a perfect example of Integrity and superb Customer Service. Because of Wayne and his Incredible Mechanic Michael, they were able to successfully make the exhaust repair, at a reasonable fee without creating any other damage when taking the broken bolt out of the manifold that could have been a disaster with anybody else... but they were honest and experienced... and got it done for $500...and so we were able to purchase vehicle with relief that we have a great vehicle...He also added a few safety maintenance items but I was made aware of which I also had those items completed as well... and now my daughter can drive her vehicle with confidence and knowing she is safe with her family.We now have a place to go when needed vehicle service is required.. I had my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze repaired here for a throttle body & car leaking issue & they provided excellent service my car is running like new again. Very professional communication & customer service. No scamming or crazy prices like other places Ive taken my cars to. Wayne was very thorough about the repairs & helpful as well as Damian. These guys are great I will be returning for routine maintenance & definitely would recommend.

My tire went flat and I had it towed to this shop. I waited over 3 hours just for a tire change and rotation. Then, they broke a plastic piece on my car while trying to change the tire, which made the time go up even more. I missed a half day at work and spent hours waiting just for a tire change. I would never come here again. No apologies for the wait and the manager thinks his dry jokes makes up for having a customer wait hours for a simple service. Every time I asked how long would it take, the manager kept telling me they’re working on it. He never had a straight answer for me and never cared that I’ve been sitting around all morning. Honestly, never again! Horrible experience.

Usually hate going to mechanics and dealerships because I’m never 100% sure about what’s going on with my car but every time I come here Wayne & the maintenance crew always takes care of me. They are usually pretty busy on saturdays but they always work as fast as they can. Love this place!

I had my vehicle at another repair shop and was not completely satisfied with them. I called Wayne and he told me to come in, they would take care of me. When we got there Wayne listen to our issue, took the vehicle right in and showed us the problem. Wayne fixed the problem quickly and had us on our way. Will be back again!! Thanks again for your help and fast turn around.

Damian was extremely professional, with open communication from the start to finish of my car getting serviced. With great advice on how to keep up and maintain my car after service. Overall I had an amazing stress free experience at Midas.

The big country dip chewing Wayne employee is very rude and disrespectful and has no customer service skills. Dont trust anything he says. Anywhere else is better pricing and better service

I made a Friday afternoon appointment but they were full when I arrived and didnt think they could get me in before closing. Manager Wayne Amos offered several good alternatives that didnt work for me. So he stayed late and put extra work needed into my car so I could leave to go out of town the next day. I appreciate him working to accommodate on a busy Friday night! He earned my trust and I will return.

Easily the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. I came in once (with an attitude I’ll admit) and Wayne and his staff calmly and professionally fixed my brakes in no time. He even gave me a discount to restore my faith in mechanics.Now I only come here. Today they gave me an oil change, balanced & rotated my tires, and took off this rusty metal thing I’ve been dragging for weeks. All in like 20 mins. I love this place, and only this place

We were traveling through the area from Florida to Michigan. One of our cars had a nail go into the tire. All area places were telling us 3-4 hours. They were able to get is in and out in 1/2 an hour. Jesse took great care of us.

Best experience Ive had in the metro area. I came here because I had a coupon for a free oil change, but I will come back because of the service I got. Damian, Josh, and Anthony were the guys I spoke with while I was there, and they were all friendly and clearly just wanted the best for my car. Even though it was a free service, and they could have just done the bare minimum, they even tightened down my alternator belt because they heard my car squeaking. Will be back for sure.

Wayne and his staff at MIDAS Marietta is very courteous and best thing I like is transparency on what is the exact problem and recommend fix for that and not over recommending like all other shops do.

Midas Marietta was amazing! I brought a used car I was looking at buying in for an independent inspection. He was very thorough with his inspection, and actually brought me back to show me the exact things he had concerns with. As someone who doesnt know that much about cars, I was a little nervous about buying my first car and going to a new mechanic. He was incredibly helpful and honest. I would recommend Midas Marietta to anyone.

Wayne the service manager is friendly and honest. They do good work and dont give me too hard of a time when I try to fix my car myself and screw it up.

BEWARE: DONT USE MIDAS STORE #912!!!!!I have went to Midas for years, and never had issues until I used this location. Midas as a whole is not bad, just this specific location. See my full explanation below, but in short - I went for a service to my passenger window switch, they switched out a part, and now NO OTHER FUNCTIONS on my door work but the switch. When I asked about it, they simply said our fault but were not covering. Your Warranty people shouldve covered it. See Full explanation below:On 9/19/17, Midas Store #912 (1764 Cobb Parkway S.) was to repair my 2010 Buick Lucerne passenger window switch. My window rolled up in 2.5 second increments, so this process was repeated until it was all the way up. All the other door functions (rolls down, seat warmers, lock/unlock, remote lock/unlock) worked just fine. The Manager Tim called & confirmed this would be covered under my extended warranty, so I wouldnt have to pay anything. When I picked up my car, NO FUNCTIONS on my passenger door worked EXCEPT the window. He said just take it to Buick and they will program it.When I finally was able to get to Buick, they told me it would be $110 to fix. When I went back to Midas, Allen was the new manager and referred me to talk with Asst Manager Damian. Damian called a guy to see if he could come to the shop to program the car, and the guy confirmed he could. Damian then told me to check if my Warranty will cover the cost, as Midas does not do programming.I called my Warranty company who said they do not cover programming. but that the manager Tim called in the day it was fixed to ask for it, and they told him at that time that it was not covered.I went back to Damian who didnt budge on his decision, and told me to contact the District Manager Eric. Eric and I called the Warranty company on conference who confirmed that it is not covered, and also confirmed the manager was told this the day he fixed it. We disconnected from the Warranty company, and he said they would not cover it because the warranty company should cover it. I explained that has nothing to do with me, as I was very clear on my initial visit that I didnt want this fixed if would cost me anything. Furthermore, I stated the manager should have called me the minute he found out that it WOULD cost me, so I could have declined the service and kept my initial defective part. Eric said he believes there was a miscommunication between the manager and the warranty company (acknowledging Midas at fault) but refused to fix.

They always take care of me when I go there...appreciate everyone there. Same staff for some years now..speaks volumes to me.

Always bring my car and just dropped my mother car off for brakes and tune up from another shop telling her she needed brakes and tuneup, Damian looked at it the brakes wasn’t even need and we just did the tune up based off miles, he showed me the plugs which was very brown up the white part but she save a lot of money not having to do brakes to...👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Good shop and good people
