At KLM I get a detailed explanation of what my issue is and upfront fair pricing. On my last trip there, they were able to quickly diagnose an issue with my wife’s car regarding her check engine light and sputtering on start up. They fixed the car and even had it cleaned when I picked it up. A couple of days later Luis followed up to see how things were going. Just top notch professionalism and it’s why I have been coming to Luis and KLM for years.

This is the place you should go to for ALL your vehicle needs. The customer service is exemplary! I was able to see this in person during my last visit. There was a customer that was not satisfied with the price of the work that had been completed. Im not sure how because they make sure to give you all prices up front BEFORE they work on your vehicle. So basically she was just trying not to pay the quoted price, which is very sad. But Luis stepped up to the plate and spoke to her and made sure the customer was satisfied. The customer is NOT always right!! All the staff are knowledgeable and explain any issues in great detail and dont deserve to be shortchanged.

I was very impressed by the service at KLM Auto Center. I was advised of the process as well as the additional items that they would check as well. Pricing was very reasonable and I was advised on a few other things that would possibly have to be repaired but there was no pressure given as in like other repair facilities. I visited KLM Auto Center for an issue I was having with my tire. Even as a walk-in customer, the owner helped me right away, which I really appreciated. Within just an hour, they figured out what the issue was with my tire and completely fixed my car, and I am very pleased with the way that it is running now. Such a pleasant & Awesome experience at KLM I came in for a tune up on my Kia Rio I was told my car would be ready today around 3:30 it was done 1hr earlier. My car had several engine codes but no worries here they were professional knowledgeable and super friendly and eager to get me back on the road. The customer service was refreshing very polite and informative I even got a hug from one of the mechanics they were also very affordable which I appreciate because cars and maintenance can get really pricey.I NEVER leave reviews but my experience was so good that I felt the need to review here on google and Yelp. First I’ll start by saying KLM is the best auto shop I have been to. Since moving to Atlanta from Chicago I’ve been bouncing around from shop to shop. A lot of shops aren’t honest, they will try to beat & cheat you on prices & anything else they can do to get your money. Luis & the KLM team have been awesome since day one which was probably going on two years now. My recent experience was amazing. My 2005 Kia Rio needed some major work done. It took some time getting my parts, but that was on me & no fault to KLM. However, I appreciate how patient they were waiting for me to find parts.Once my car was ready to be picked up, I immediately notice the KLM team had fixed my front bumper that had been hanging on by tape, glue, thread & anything else I could possibly hold it up with. My car was fixed completely & they went over & beyond to fix my bumper. Thank you all again for your great work!

Wow!! Can I just say what a blessing these guys were!We have been looking for a used, dependable first time vehicle for our college bound daughter. I drove over an hour away to test drive a 2010 Honda Civic at a dealership in the area. I have been doing tons of research on my own and this was the first vehicle that seemed like a potential purchase. I negotiated the out the door price with the dealership and when my first choice for a PPI wasnt confirmed, I looked online for mechanics in the area with outstandingreviews. The first one was unavailable until the following week, second one was busy and had to call me back, then I called KLM.They said they could do a PPI if I came right away with the vehicle.Clean waiting area, courteous staff, and we were able to enjoy our pizza delivery lunch while we waited.It took about 2.5 hours but that was well worth it because Gus took the time to show me parts and explain normal wear and tear on this vehicle along with unfortunately the headache/nightmare that could have occurred if we had not taken it to them for a PPI. Well worth the cost of a PPI because these guys were super thorough and even printed out line by line repairs with estimates. Carly was super kind as well when it was time to check out.Bottom line- the $130 I spent for the inspection was worth avoiding the $4,300 in repairs (majority were safety concerns and needed to be performed immediately) that we might have had to pay on top of the purchase price for the vehicle from the dealership.Needless to say, we passed on the vehicle (and this dealership for any other considerations) and I drove 85 mins home thanking God for guiding me to KLM.Too bad we live south of the airport, otherwise they would be my new go to for all our vehicles.

Im new to the area and my check engine light was on. I looked for auto repair mechanics online. Looked at a lot of reviews and KLM Auto Center consistently had good reviews. I contacted KLM and they were able to diagnose the issue and get my repair done quickly. The cost of repair was more than fair for the work that was done. I checked the average cost of the repair on several sites and KLM was actually cheaper. I would definitely recommend KLM.

It is unfortunate that it took so long for me to discover KLM; I could have saved myself plenty of money and effort. I went in expecting the worse when my transmission died. Everybody I interacted with in person and over the phone were incredibly helpful and proactive. Louis especially stood out. He worked with me on the timeline to pick up my car. When I went to pay for the repairs, it ended up being lower than my quote, and they didnt even mention that they had saved me some money. I have other work that needs to be done, but they didnt pressure me into letting them do the work right now. I will however, be returning to them with my next paycheck because I cannot believe that anyone else will be able to do a cheaper, better, or more professional job than them. Go somewhere else if you like hastles or you hate money.

KLM did a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was thinking about buying. While it looked great from the outside, it had a list of problems that would’ve cost me thousands to get fixed. They were quick, courteous, & professional! Will definitely be back.

A true hidden surprise gem that you may pass along on South Cobb Drive, but was luckily recommended to me and they continue to offer the best prices, service and quality. The owner, Luis is personable, funny and about his customers. I never trusted mechanics and always took my cars to the dealerships or third party affiliates, but they are transparent and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my three cars and repairs.

KLM has been servicing my 2009 Honda Accord for over 5 yrs. I initial had my emission test done & became a customer from that srvc. I trust the exceptional mechanics will all of my repairs now. They go above & beyond! Were like family now!!!

I brought my car to Luis for a check engine light, and the car feeling like it was slipping out of gear ... Luis found my car was leaking transmission fluid. He quickly identified the problem, cleaned the engine, gave me transmission fluid as I was almost out from the leak, and then gave me a quote for repair. I did not use his service for the repair bc I had a lower quote at another auto place. However I wish I had used Luis as I felt he truly cared about his customers and their safety. He went over the top and even checked in to make sure my car had been repaired and was safe. If my car has any further problems I would gladly use his shop as I feel he is trustworthy, passionate about his job, and truly cares about his customers

When looking for a newer used car, I took it to Luis to get pre inspected. It was an incredible experience and he pointed out some things that gave me a lot of negotiating power. I highly recommend these guys. Luis was super kind and a really funny guy. They were willing to wait for me even though I was running late and it was the end of the day. I will come back here everytime for a pre-purchase inspection and will come here for repairs. Carly was super nice and efficient. She had a consistent smile on her face which is awesome!

My experience was great very friendly and helpful.

I had some issues with rattling and vibration in the engine compartment and had already had another shop check my vehicle. After performing an inspection, and a test drive, to diagnose the problem, I was told there was nothing wrong. Of course I still had the issue after paying that shop for diagnostics. Then, I found KLM!!! These guys were able to diagnose the issue in a matter of hours, give me an estimate on the repairs, and finished the work ahead of schedule!! They saved me from having to rent a car for a planned road trip and my car is running solid as the day I drove it off the lot when I bought it. THANKS KLM!!! I will definitely make you my first call whenever I need service work on my car in the future!!!

The Service: I took my car in for an alternator issue (under warranty) and they did an extension check and found an additional problem that would have cost me $2500 in the months to come. Both issues were repaired in a timely manner and I paid just one deductible. The Staff: Luis was knowledgeable and pretty cool, it felt like I was dealing with a friend. Kudos to KLM Auto Center, I will definitely recommend this place.

All I can say is WOW! Ive finally found a repair shop thats going to be MY repair shop from now on. Luis and his staff at KLM Auto Center are amazing. They are so friendly, prompt, professional, and accommodating. Not to mention very reasonable. Had my Maxima towed in on Tuesday around noon for a bad water pump that leaked coolant into the oil (dreaded milkshake sludge) and it was done early in the day Wednesday. Luis called me and let me know how everything went and also asked for permission before flushing the engine of all of that sludge and refilling coolant along with engine oil plus new filter. They even allowed me to keep the car there until I got paid on Friday at no extra charge or fuss. And... they answer the phone people. It still boggles my mind how businesses expect to be a business while not answering the phone or calling back. But anyway, you have to use KLM for all of your vehicle needs because you will not regret it. Many thanks to you again KLM!!

KLM did a great inspection on a used car we wanted to buy. Great service, very friendly.

I work long hours during the week days so I had to bring my car in on a Saturday. I met with the receptionist Carly at the shop. She was knowledgeable and customer friendly. Later I spoke with Luis on the phone and he gave me an analysis of my car issues. I appreciated that he explained the issue in a simple way even though the repair required an holistic approach. He advised me what repairs needed to be done and why. He also explained what was a priority and why. He corrected the issue that was the top priority and got me back on the road. Even though he was gone when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he left a detailed list of the repairs that needed to be done in order of priority. I appreciated his time and effort. I will continue to utilize his business.

They took great care in determining what was wrong with my vehicle and not just going by what “google search” diagnostics recommended.
