I called to schedule recall service on a 2015 Ford F-150 a few months back after receiving MULTIPLE notices from Ford that my vehicle was involved in the recall. I was told by the person answering the phone that my vehicle was not part of the recall (after providing my VIN) and that they could not or would not schedule the work. After receiving yet another notice from Ford, I was going to contact them again, but then read the reviews so I contacted Jim Ellis Ford. I just picked up my vehicle from Jim Ellis and the two recall items have been completed and they were completed correctly and quickly. I dont recommend even contacting AutoNation Ford about any service and completely recommend Jim Ellis. This is not only unprofessional but it is dangerous to make me think that my vehicle didnt need the work since one of them was the replacement of the Brake Master Cylinder.

Where do I even start... There are too many issues to even begin wasting another minute of my time on... Just wanted to come on here to warn others. Do not spend one red cent at this service center.

Worst experience ever!! Lost my car two weeks for 1 hour diagnostic. It took days to get service people on the phone. Never coming back.

Great service at a fair price

Worse service center I have ever been to in 20 years of over the road driving. Brought my truck in for front end issues after replacing the whole front end ball joints tire rods gear box everything truck needed the front end alignment done and oil change service guy tried telling me my front end is shot and was never replaced and is all factor parts. Lmao. The front end was just replaced less then two months ago nice try on selling a job that was not needed will never return here again avoid this place at all cost unless u wanna be sold work that is not needed.

The negative, bad, emotional experience I had here wasted my time, money, and stress when it took 5 days to tell me my cars transmission would need replacing, then I still had to work too hard and wait too long just get my own car out of there so they could make money off a recall. I detailed in a review on the AutoNation ford page what happened. They just tried to tell me what I wanted to hear and didnt follow through with what they said. They dont answer the phone most the time which only adds to the big issue.

This place sucks. Brought a vehicle in here for service. No one really helped when I got here. Then after parking to give keys. They all disappeared. Not a single person in sight that works here

Awesome and helpful experience with my f-150 everytime i take it up there.

They do not respect appointments.
