We just purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max here at the Mansfield store, and John and Christopher helped us every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. We’re not great with technology but they treated us with respect and kindness - probably better than our son would have 🙂. Highly recommend!

Came in asking for more information on cricket and the lady Meghan was such a great help. Not only did she inform me about all the switch over deals but she went into depth on how reliable cricket service is. Her customer service skills were beyond great and was so sweet and didn’t rush me. Or rush me out of the store!I was even more happy because she gave me a free phone for switching over and also didn’t mind giving me a discount on protection for my phone. All in all a good store with a good employee.

Stacey was really nice and fixed us up unlike the one we fought with for 3 hrs in Burleson and Crowly the night before. We will be going back to her store for anything that we need from now on!

Got a new phone. Person at store set up my new phone. I go home and phone wont work .take it back and person who set up phone forgot to update plan and sims card. Plus additude and blaming me

I really love these guys. They helped me get into a new plan that was cheaper with more data per line. Super friendly. And Cricket network has been awesome I have traveled all over this great nation with Cricket and have had less drops then when I was with ATT even though they both work on the same network platform. And what I even love more than all of that is no hidden fees my bill is what its suppose to be every month

I tried to switch over and get a new phone, but the girl said I couldnt get the phone I want for the switch over price listed and they didnt have any deals on it. After that she stayed on the phone talking to a friend about some guy she was seeing. I sat and waited 30 mins for her to get off the phone then went online to confirm the offer. I called a different cricket store and had them take care of me. From reading the other reviews it sounds like some of the people who work here dont know how to transfer numbers. So my guess is she was just trying to get rid of me since she knew I wanted to transfer my number. Didnt feel like interrupting her call to get her name, I just know she had pink hair. In her defense I did say I wanted to look around for a bit before she got on the phone and later I didnt interrupt her call bc that seems rude and I wasnt in the mood for conflict before doing business.

Never have phone cases that fit my phone kind of frustrated because I got my phone from there and I dont want to have to order one I have now is a replacement phone because my original one quite working

They employees were rude and had no clue how to do their jobs. They had no clue how to use the phones or how to transfer anything from my old phone to the new one. would never suggest going to this store for any reason . in fact the employees at this store made me want to go back to metro pcs.
