The store is clean, personnel was very nice and patient setting up our phone. I didnt give 5vstars because we cant get out text messaging to work at all. Not sure what to do. Have been trying for about 9 hours still wont work.

I had a fabulous experience. I ordered by phone and picked up in store. Tiffany was very helpful and helped me transfer all of my data from my old phone to new one. Also bought a pair of earbuds while I was waiting. Wonderful customer service by Tiffany. We connected over our love of music.🎵🎶🎵🎶

I went in today at about 4 in the afternoon and had to wait about 10 or so minutes for a representative as they were busy. Deval helped me today and he was so kind and patient with signing me up for cell service. He answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location as it was clean and tidy and the staff were all kind and helpful.

Dear Verizon why do you even have brick and mortar stores if the only responsibility of your employees at those stores is to push people to the website? Went into the store to purchase and upgraded phone for myself and my wife and was basically looked at like I couldnt afford either one of the phones. If you cant match the price at a store that you sell it for on your website again what is the point? also might be a good idea to actually have sales people with people skills. Just a thought

My friend and I went to the store to try and get a phone on her plan because hers was stolen. The man helping us said we couldn’t do anything until we unsuspended the phone and we had to speak to customer service. Once we spoke to them they told us we needed a sim card to restart the line, even tho the store representative told us there was nothing we could do. It’s frustrating to go to a store and waste your time with someone who doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing.

Normally I go to I-20 store but they wereclosed because of bursted pipe.They are always very helpful!!!This store however-Very rude. Wish I could give lower than one star.Gentleman wouldn’t let me speak, spoke over me.

Not sure what is going on but I followed the new Covid protocols by making an appointment online. I received a text saying that my appointment would be curbside only. I called to verify that they would still be able to handle my appointment, but couldn’t get anyone to pick up at this location. I then called customer service to verify the appointment. I received a text from Verizon (I still have it) after being disconnected saying that all I needed to do was go to this location. Upon pulling up and parking in the parking space for curbside, there were 3 men who looked at me, closed the blinds, and went to the back. I tried calling the local number again...no answer. I knocked on the door with my mask on and was ignored. Not happy at all because this was a wasted trip and this location does not answer their phone. - A Business Customer

I went to pick up a new phone they had in stock that I had purchased from another store that didnt have it in stock. When I arrived Dasha handed me the phone and told me to do the process at home with my wi-fi. I assume they didnt want to help because it was close to closing time and they didnt want to waste their time with me.

I got there to pick up my order at 6:03. The guy came out angrily and said they were already closed @6, even though they closes @7pm as written by the door. I have to cancel my order from Verizon online. Their customer service was horrible 😫
