The seller was nice but I didnt understand where all the charges came from even since Im supposedly getting that EBB lifeline.Now Im having an issue with my data and/or device and nobody is answering the store phone.... ANYWHERE!! Then customer service people you can barely understand what theyre saying.**WHY DONT YOU PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONE?!

Everytime I make a call it doesnt ring or if it does it drops the calls with two mins price is why to high I dont have service no wherewifes phone wont call outdaughter and sons phone wont call out and if it does the call drops instantlyIve had it my family plan price is way to high for what they say its supposed to beso I think. we are switching services tomorrow

There was a note posted on the door when I went that said “went to lunch be back soon”. So of course I waited. I was there for over an hour and no one came. So I left and went to the boost in Ontario and they were awesome!

Went there fallowing a add for new free sim card they dont offer it free its 20 dollars and if your using a older phone they want you to upgrade to a new device

Horrible!! Just yesterday at Walmart the phone price 150 but sold out so boost says its 250 plus tax cash no payments or anything. Whys the phones at least 100 dollars more at boost

I didnt used to like this particular Boost Mobile store, but this time changed my mind. He was so very helpful when my cell phone decided to fry on me, and he helped me get another one for less than it cost to get the previous one. You guys are great!

I had one employee help me with an upgrade for my son around Christmas time and he was extremely informative, helpful and personable. I do not recall his name but he was very upbeat and quick to handle everything. I went back to buy another phone a week later and two other male employees refused to provide me with my upgrade without charging me a $25 activation fee even after I told them Id do it online myself. They told me it was at their discretion. I cannot believe that a customer of 6 years would have to pay anything to activate a new phone on an active line so they can meet their commission. I work in customer service and would never force a customer to deter from their original deal and try to charge for things they knew were not necessary. All of this on top of the fact that they didnt look up from their phones or get off of their calls while speaking with me.

They open at 10 am its 10:38 and me and my husband have called SEVERAL times trying to figure out if we have to restart our plan because we received an email after we paid our bill that our plan was ending in two days and that we need to pay 80.00 called a different location and they said it sounded like the guy that my husband gave his 80.00 to the other day said he didnt have a printer so he couldnt give him a receipt and now they wont answer the phone ! I think its unprofessional of anyone to work for any business and just sit there next to the phone and ignore the phone calls and take peoples money and not apply it to their account !

Not sure who the guy was who helped us. But anyways, we paid 150 for new services they were suppose to be working at 630. It is now 1030 at night. My fiancee needs his phone for work, I need mine as I am pregnant, high risk, and due any day now. Customer service is saying it will take 24_48 hours to get them working. I dont know who the hell is running this store but you suck dude. Hopefully my fiancee doesnt get fired from his job, and you better pray that I dont go into labor and I can actually get sold of someone. You just ripped two honest people off.

Ive been using boost Mobile for over a year I got a Motorola 7 the newest oneits either the phone or the service from boostwhich is part of Sprint but Im very very unhappy with my new service on my Motorola

Theyre helpful with phone issues. If you need a new phone, go to Wal-Mart. So much cheaper!!!

Sold us a useless ph, and It needed replaced. The Yung lady that is working today 4-14-2019 / at 4:30 pm! Was rude and a bit snotty sead she couldnt help us ( and we would have to come back at another time....) What? And why couldnt she, there was one else in the building.

We originally went to boost mobile in bucyrus but when the lady who worked there transferred to mansfield so did we!!! The workers here ALWAYS go above and beyond for their customers.
