Worst place I have ever been in. It was my first time ever in a Showplace store and it was my last. The store itself was so dirty but on top of that all of the stuff in there was dirty and broken. Some stuff had burn holes in it. Not to mention the thousonds of flys in there that was so bad I was happy to wear my mask for the first time. It was just truely the worst place of business I have ever visited. If you HAVE to shop here make sure you have gotten a Tetanus shot.

These guys definitely take care of you. I appreciate them so much. Plus they are on top of everything. Never a problem. Definitely recommend

So today I went to Showplace on Ashland Road. I have not been there in years. The last time I went the store was very bare and the staff was not memorable. Today I was overly impressed. The store and furniture looks great, and all of the employees interacted with me and my friends. It is safe to say I will be happy to go back.

I recommend know one goes here at least the one on Ashland Road and I mean I recommend no one goes here!!!! On GOD I should a listen to people that the guys down there don’t know what they’re doing so if you want your furniture rip or get lied to that’s the place to go I rather talk to the owner owner then deal was those guys again!!! Swear it’s just a waste of money very upset with those guys I should never give them a Star They don’t even deserve that!!

Nearly all the staff is unprofessional and they are very unorganized in how they handle their accounts. One person tells you one thing while another has something totally different to say. I do not recommend anyone rent from them. Save your money and just buy what you need from the store.

I just purchased a new 55 curve smart TV, Samsung! I love it

My wife and I literally just got out of there two mins ago. We had walked in and there was nobody in there to greet us, you could tell they were in the back doing whatever. We were going to rent a brand new sectional for our house and with everybody in the back, we had to use a touch screen tv/display to search what we were looking for. After choosing what we wanted, one of the worker guys came out onto the floor and walked right passed us like we werent even there, didnt say a single word to us, just walked over to a piece of furniture, appeared to be looking at the tag, and walked towards the back. After putting my information in on the tv/display screen, after my wife and I chose what we wanted, we walked up to the register only to be poorly greeted by one of the worker ladies. She didnt ask how we were doing, if we had an open account with them or anything. We just told her we added a sectional to the cart and upon clicking the checkout button the digital display had a box pop up saying to see a sales associate to finalize everything. After we told her that, she had mentioned to us that we still needed to put our credit card information in for the second step and to get some $10 back offer that we had no clue about and didnt really care to recieve. After she had told us that she turned around and went back to the back room and thats when my wife and I decided to GTFOT. What a joke!!!!! When we first walked in the store you could smell a very strong smell of isopropyl alcohol and it was shortly after that we realized it was a couch that was pretty much soaked in it. Guessing bed bugs maybe.... Didnt know and didnt care to find. Especially with the lack of service that we had recieved!! That whole crew DEFINITELY needs to watch a couple videos on customer service, period!!

Every time I walk in to pay on my products I always get wonderful service I even get to talk and joke with the workers like Ive known them for years and years they make sure everyone gets their service as quick and easy as possible and if anything is malfunctioning they help as much as they can I am very satisfied with the overall service

Top service, very friendly staff! Walked in to just look at a TV. Had $40 to my name and the friendly staff let me walk out with a brand new 49 4K smart web TV.

I would advise NOT to rent at Showplace! All locations. The are crooked and liars. If you do rent get a contract to see, read it clearly... They tell you one thing, than misrepresent the truth... I have been harassed for weeks causing me great distress... Because they lied to me... Dont trust this Company! Try Arrons. Honest and reliable. Update: I had Samsung come and look at the tv I paid hundreds of dollars for from Showplace a few months ago. Which I was overcharged.Samsung tech took apart tv trying to repair 2 weeks ago. Confirmed it was a defective tv... The tv had been in maybe a dozen times total. This company is crooked. Go else where.

My family is renting bunk bed and it was infested with bed bugs. My landlord had said that the bed bugs werent here when we moved in and he had papers proving it. Also the exterminator also said its were they came from. Only reason Im keeping the bed is because I cant afford anything else right now. I wont be coming back ever

Went in got what I needed and didnt have to deal with a bunch of crap much better experience then going to rent a center for sure this store and its staff are great
