Its good. The only issue I have is that most of the things I wanted have to be bought in store. I do most of my shopping online.

Rude and dont want to match the prices they have listed online

Good selection, clean store, well lit and the customer service is always friendly. If they do not have what you are looking for in store, they will gladly order for you.

There is this really awesome girl who works there...I love shopping when she is there.. she really makes me feel as if its okay to be a girl and like video games...I can always find makes down games I buy everything from there😁😁🤩 when I first got my PlayStation I got a discount on quite a few games so these awesome games were alot cheaper lol😉

Went here for a controller and ended up with a free Xbox one game. Then comes to find out the controller I purchased had some buttons that didn’t work.

Very low on stock or they didnt have anything you was looking for Literally was in the store for 10 seconds and walked back out absolutely nothing for my game system.

Gamestop has always been my preorder place. While yes things may be getting digital or going by mail. Nothing beats getting the game in your hands.(plus you never know when a gem is on sale)

Call answered by a automated message press 1 to talk with employee. Press 1 then it says all employees are busy call back in a couple minutes and then hangs up. How is this ok? What happen to hold? What happen to customer service? Way to much of this going on :(

Still the best location for games and gaming accessories

Too small. Not a lot of systems and headphones to choose from. They do have all kinds of games and cards for purchasing game items from your Xbox or Playstation. Needs to be bigger with more than just games. More controller and headset options, please! Lots of stuff you have to order because this location doesnt have it! Frustrating.

Nice little GameStop. Usually has the games I want that are preowned. I live in Marion and the GameStop there hardly ever has the used games I want. Staff here are friendly and helpful. This is one of my preferred Gamestops to go to.

I went in to buy an Ultimate Edition copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 on launch day. I am from South Carolina and couldnt get home for the launch, staff was extremely helpful and even held a copy for me until I got there. Thank you.

Stop whoring out all additional stuff when checking out. Buying something shouldnt take an additional 5 mins because your employees are forced to tell the customer about every possible service and product you offer

Bigger than the one in the mall so this one has a bigger selection. Everyone says GameStop sucks but I got some pretty good deals when I went.

Game Stop is the best place to go to get your games and getting pokemon cards.

I go here to get controllers for my xbox one and they have good warranties and cheap prices.

With technology changing rapidly, this place will help you to keep in pace..

I believe a sales person gave me bad information. He told me the Playstation pro with destiny 2 was the base game and not the limited edition game. Other game stop stor said he was wrong
