Nick and Jacob were awesome! When we first came into the Bryan store Nick was super knowledgeable and demonstrated superior customer service. He took the time to look for any promotions that we may have on our accounts and upon returning today Nick and Jacob took care of upgrading my device and we left very satisfied. This is a great Verizon store that is very helpful and they carry a nice selection of products and the employees also know there stuff. I give this store 10 stars even though it would only let me give 5 stars and will be back for all my phone and tablet needs.

Hunter is very knowledgeable and friendly. Less wait time then Ontario. If your on that side of town try this Verizon you will not be disappointed.

Robert was very helpful with explaining the differences between the latest iPhone and the Google Pixel 2 XL, which is what I went home with. He simply laid out the facts and didnt try to persuade me to either phone which is what I liked. Oh....and I love my Google Pixel 2 XL!!!

The black woman with glasses look at me and didnt say hello someone will be with you shortly. And nor did the white guy say anything. I have 2 retail business and that is not how we treat our guest when we are busy help another guess. They should be fire.

Victoria, Jaret, and Erica were amazing. There was an issue with my iphone 7 and Erica took the time to work with me on getting my device traded in and upgraded to a better phone. She took the time and patience to get me the best deals, and transfer my stuff over to droid from iphone. Victoria and Jaret also helped at times, this crew worked well together, and were always friendly to the customers and one another. My time there was way longer than expected, but because of them, it was worth it. I walked away with way more than I expected. Thank you for your time efforts. You three were fantastic, i recommend this store to everyone.
