We called ahead and spoke with James and once we headed to the store James knew his stuff and the process to change providers for 3 phones and purchase 2 phones went quick and smooth, we sat in our truck and communicated over the phone and when James had to deal with us in person he made several trips from inside to us in our truck in the parking lot which has to be a pain for James but he made it work and we are very pleased with our entire transaction. My wife and I went in to investigate an Apple Watch. Both young men who waited on us were professional and attentive to our needs. They found a promotional that was so good I almost didnt believe it. We ordered a watch for me and my wife and they changed my plan so we got a reduction in our bill. I am typically not a fan of cellar phone stores due to the hidden agenda, constant pressure of upgrades, and the accessory hustle of overpriced merchandise. Its easy to say that I do whatever I can to stay out of them. I have been with Verizon for almost a year I needed to add a line for the kids so I stopped by this store. Its slower than most megastores where you have to grab and number and snickers. Surprisingly every time Ive been to the store I have had zero wait time. Staff is very knowledgeable and will to exercise different options to give you the best deal. Having said all that they have an employee by the name of James who not only goes above and beyond, he took the time to text me a sale when he knew I was in the market for a certain product. From start to finish the last few times Ive been to the store I request him only. So my 5 stars goes to the Verizon store and James for exceptional customer service. Thanks.

I am very happy with my experience here. Today I got my own phone plan and got off of my Dads plan. Rob Baker helped me, he was great. I was new to Verizon switching over from Metro. I had purchased a phone from Best Buy a year ago. Somehow it was locked from T-mobile. At the time we could not figure out what was wrong with it. James Surovik the Store Manager in Mansfield Tx went above and beyond helping me to try and figure out the situation. Long story short, 2 days later and a loaner phone from the store, I’m able to use my phone. The Customer Service he has is astounding. He stayed late and took time away from his family to help. I wouldn’t go any where else.

Both times leaving without getting my problem taken care of. The best they can do is direct you too a 1-800 number or to the arlington location off of 20. They seriously need too close this place.
