My phone downloaded an up date then wouldnt let me answer calls, wouldnt let me see calls, couldnt make calls eather, my daughters did the same thing

Went there twice with my boyfriend to get his phone to work and it was the same girl. The first time she told him she couldnt do anything and told him that he had to call a number. Went today and since he couldnt remember his pin she told him that she had to email corporate before she did anything to his account. I feel if she wouldve done that a week ago we wouldve had this worked out.

The young man Adam is the greatest asset to this store. This guy is straight forward and very helpful with any questions or problem my wife and I ever have. He helped me activate my phone that the store at their headquarters told me they couldnt activate. He was very patient and humble and for now on the only person I will ever wanna deal with in this store. Metro is a great affordable service but alot of times dealing with the sales reps can be hostile, never the case with Adam, very professional and amazingly helpful and insightful.

The store was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a two new phones at a great price. The employee there gave my 2 kids a new school bags with supplies inside and everything!! Overall wonderful experience and will definitely only deal with store in the future!

Didnt go

Had nothing but problem with services thought it was the phone so I used my old phone didnt help they sent me a replacement phone and still nothing was fixed and the replacement took 5 to 7 days and that made it after the 7 days period For full money back and then I wouldnt be able to keep my number that I ported in funny how that works I was lied to at the retail store I was at and customer service didnt help they stuck me and now the phones I have for them are locked so I cant even use them to switch they stuck it to me and I hope no one else gets it like I did I rely on my phone for seeing my son and to help people that I can and for work now it hurt me in every way it could and I asked them to unlock the phone so i can get a more reliable service and they couldnt even do that

Amazing staff. Helped me set up the phone, called my old carrier to get my pin, explained policies and plans. Very recommended and thank you for great service

Great service, great family plans, faster internet, staff is helpful, and prices are very inexpensive compared to my previous carrier.

We came all the way from Galion to pay a bill and switch an iphone, the opening hrs on the door said they were open from 12-5 pm and we waited around u till 12:15pm and the doors were still locked and no ine seemed to be in there, so we frove even further to the Ashland road store and guess what?... it’s 1pm and the same thing is going on. We cannot get ahold of the corperate offices or anything. Frustrating as hell. I dont even want to give this review 1 star

There phones work well, but the phone service is horrible. I live in Mansfield and get dead spot frequently including in their Mansfield store. I never had this issue with straight talk even after going to my hometown in New York State (a small country town located in the foothills).
