This may seem oddBut ironically I bought a car from a person with the same exact name and I felt a 5 star experience for real. He set an appointment with me to see the car, had it clean before hand with an Insurance quote ready. After we agreed on number he handed my tags and I left with the car.

I live in the Florida Panhandle and located a very rare Mercedes Benz C-63S AMG coup at Kargar Motors via the internet. Not one dealer in the United States I dealt with on this particular car would discount the list price on this particular Mercedes. After a day and a half on the phone with the Kargar Crew battling on a price I thought I would be happy with, we were able to meet in the middle. Kargar Motors didnt have to discount this type Mercedes, BUT DID. After we settled on the price and financing, I drove all night to Manassas in a rental and arrived to close on the Benz. I had spoken to Virginia a few times on the phone to get some basic info on the car. She was off the day I was battling the Kargar Crew on pricing. I met with her the day I arrived and couldnt have had a more enjoyable experience. It was obvious Virginia absolutely loves doing what shes doing. Very motivated, up-beat girl. Beware of this company. I have been hung up on, refused the ability to speak with a owner concerning money owed to me after insurance paid off vehicle. Salemen are nice to get you in but but con artist immediately after, told fraudulent things during sell that werent accounted for once issue arrived! CON ARTIST AT ITS FINEST. even after a problem appears their is no one to help then your forced to file a lawsuit because I worked hard for my money and I refuse to let someone take it from me and tell me to my face that they took it and theirs nothin I can do about it!!!!!. *UPDATE*WELL well well Scammers at theyre worst I read reviews on here and they respond that people get a 30 day warranty for every vehicle, funny because we didnt get offered any warranties as required by a used car dealership. Avoid buying the lemons here we bought a truck 2006 Ford ranger and literally the next day from paying a $1500 down payment it would not start we tried getting help from our salesman Devante and the dude Quit so we were left with a truck that didnt start and no warranty. We were also told to tell the finance company that the truck had power windows which it didnt, and a bunch of other things it didnt have so we were told to lie to the finance company which is illegal on your guys part. So you guys now need to find a way to get my money back or into a car that works because Im not letting go of $1500 dollars for nothing in return you guys are messing with the wrong one. So get me my money back, or a car that works because this is ridiculous I will go back there myself in person and tell your arrogant manager the same thing this review isnt the last youll hear from me if I dont get the assistance I deserve as a customer or Family like you guys say.

My husband and I drove six hours to this dealer because they had the best price on the vehicle we wanted. However, my husband asked over the phone if it had any bodywork and paint jobs (nothing on CARFAX) and they said no but when when we got there you could plainly see where the vehicle had been taped off and repainted on the entire side of the vehicle and the paint was chipping pretty badly. We asked Jose if it had been repainted and he says he’s not sure so he walks away to ask someone else and is gone for a few minutes before coming back to say that they did repaint to cover up some scratches. We were definitely uneasy about being lied to on the phone. But we go back to discuss price and he says out the door is almost $4000 more than the price of the vehicle. I understand taxes and fees but that is outrageous. We were told almost $1000 of that was for a pre inspection fee that they went ahead and added to the price of the vehicle at the top of the sheet. However there was a itemized line on the paper for that and it said zero. This means had we bought he vehicle we would have been paying unnecessary taxes on this “pre-inspection” fee. We leave to have lunch and talk it over and realize my husband was never given his license back (claimed they needed it to give us a price). So we go back and they go to get another vehicle with a higher trim level for us to see from another one of their lots that we are told is 3 minutes from this one. We ask Jose if he has the license and he said yes he will get it when he gets back with the other vehicle. We didn’t like that response so we ask someone else and he acts odd and goes to find it. Comes back out and says that it was locked in Jose’s office to keep it safe so we needed to wait for him to get back. We didn’t like that either so we go inside and that guy notices and runs in behind us. My husbands asks who we assume is the manager here and he comes out to get it for us and at that same time the guy whole told us it was locked up just grabs it from a desk drawer in the main lobby and hands it over. The manager was nice and we didn’t have any issues with him, but there was so many things that we were told in the span of an hour that contradicted other things. There’s so much more to our experience here. Like how Jose took 20 minutes to get the other vehicle that was supposed to be 3 minutes down the road, Jose and the other guy fist bump when we were looking at the vehicle, employees whispering to each other. We actually also asked around other dealer lots and all we asked have said they’ve never heard of a pre inspection fee. But thank goodness we had this experience because we left there and bought exactly what we were looking for from another dealer and the vehicle has no issues and all fees and taxes made the cost only $2000 more than the price Of the vehicle. So we hate we wasted our time that day but our thankful we came out on top regardless.

They are amazing customer service Shah and Nour. However once you buy a used car that’s it. No warranty. Don’t count on business integrity either. I bought the car and it had mechanical issues. They were willing to help at first and split the cost of the repair since the car is two week old and initially had a break issue. I shouldn’t pay for any repairs for a car that’s two weeks old only, but I thought I purchased it from a trusted dealer. They offered to split the repair cost by paying half of maintenance fee only if I went to their personal mechanic. I spent lots of money, time, and energy to repair this car with their mechanic. I retuned 4 times about an hour drive from where I live, ( HASSLE) I Kept on returning back for the same issue and it wasn’t resolved. They basically told me to screw my self at the dealership and they can’t help. I ended up repairing the car at my own cost again with my personal mechanic for the exact same issue and spent more money. I Would advise to have the car checked out before purchasing from this dealership.

Thanks to Virginia, my excellent sales rep, the support staff for helping solve some minor issues with the car, and the owner for stepping up and getting me a dealer tag until my temps are ready. They were having an issue with the software of the temporary tag provider. Bit of a wait, but patience and calm demeanor can pave the way to resolution sometimes. People (customers) have good or bad experiences for any number of reasons, but I am pleased with the result in this case.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! They try to sell cars with salvaged tittle and when you can’t get full coverage insurance because of that, it’s gone be too late because they won’t give the down payment back !

I bought a Ford F350 with 72000 miles from here about a month ago and yesterday the engine blew out. I have to get it replaced and when I called them all I was told was to check the paperwork if i have a warranty and when i asked for the salesperson they were unavailable. Very bad experience and I recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from here to turn around and dont even think about coming here. These people sell destroyed cars and only fix them enough so that they last two weeks before they break down.

This place is a joke! The one car I was set on 2018 Elantra, I got in and it was filthy, there was a puddle of water on the passenger side floor! So I decided to keep looking, a lot of those cars look to have major problems, a bunch of them seemed to have been in accidents because they were either painted a color that was off from the original or the bumper didn’t aligned right. They do go off of your credit, even though we had our bank info and an income verification letter they required $3000 down and almost a $400 car payment each month!!!! I’m sorry but if I’m paying that then I for sure am not getting a car with water damage

After purchasing the car there, I noticed a few minor things such as car key alarm not working, window not being able to go up and down, passenger door swear unloosed and let dealership aware of it they got me in scheduled to get it fixed and took car of all the issues with no complains. Absolutely ridiculous place. Don’t trust them. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you on their lot. I had to give them my info multiple times along with filling out an app online. Every time I talked to someone they had no clue what was going on. Then tell you that you have a deal to get you in even after you make sure they will do the deal because it’s a far drive. Show up and the deal is different. Thought it was suspicious before I went up there but they had the car I wanted on their lot. Would never suggest them to anyone a total waste of time. They are the type of place that gave used car dealers a bad rep in the 80’s. Yes they have nice cars but they won’t shoot you straight on them.
