DON‘T EVER GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! Bought a 2009 mini from here that I had only needed for a couple months, so I decided to buy an older cheaper car because it wasn’t worth buying a new one due to the time I’m here. After only 150 miles the engine shut down completely so went back to this dealership and after days of arguing they took the car back and repaired it for free. Since then I had to spent hundreds of dollars to keep the car in shape but they told me it was in “perfect condition” which it obviously wasn’t. I wish I could turn back the time and never even thought about buying a car from this untrustworthy place. Wish I could give this place -82829 stars!!!!

These guys are more accommodating than any dealership you’ll ever find. I flew out from Lincoln NE to check out a car I saw online because I knew this car would be gone in hours if I didn’t jump on it. I had hoped it was what was advertised…and it was. Pourya even offered to pick me up at my hotel in the car. Nobody does that…Nonetheless, these guys knew I was driving it back to NE straight through as soon as the dotted line was signed so they made sure this car was sound, and it definitely was exactly what they advertised. We were looking for a very specific vehicle and feel fortunate that Carplex had it, since they made the whole process smooth, and were very happy with our purchase.

Called in about a vehicle on a Saturday. Drove 2 and half hours that following Monday. Website says trades accepted and apply for financing. Went and looked at a vehicle, was instantly told Im not interested in your trade theres nothing I can do with it. Then was told unless you have cash for the vehicle youre interested in theres no way to purchase it. Theres no financing for that can be done because of the year

Bought a 13 beetle from these guys, ran great for a few days.... Day 4 the check engine light came on. Got it scanned at the local auto zone it said the turbo wasn’t building proper boost so I took it to the vw dealer in Woodbridge and they said it’s possible that it may need a new turbo. Took it back to the dealership and I sat here and watched the owner and his son say that I was being ripped off by the dealership and there’s no possible way that the car would need a new turbo. Now mind you Carplex offers a 3 month 3k mile power train and transmission warranty. I also sat here and watched the owner clear the check engine light without fixing the problem. Stay far away from this place.

After talking with Pourya several times about a BMW I was interested in, he sent me many pictures and videos of the car. I flew down from NH to test drive it, and made the deal. I drove the car back to NH (a 9-hour drive) without incident. I am pleased with my purchase and the great customer service I received. Would highly recommend!

Its a little scary buying a car from a used car lot because of the negative connotations surrounding it. But Im happy to report I had a great experience buying a car from here. When I brought the car home to the neighboring state, I found out there were a few things that did not pass inspection. I was a little upset at first but hammid, the owner was quick to take action and let me bring the car back for the day, while he replaced and fixed all that was wrong. Since I live so far away and couldnt just drop the car off, he provided me with another car to go run errands in, so I wasnt stuck waiting all day. He was professional and helpful and I highly recommend buying a car from here.

I wish I didnt have to write this, but here I am. I bought a 2002 Honda S2000 and almost immediately had issues. The check engine light came on on the way home. It was for an o2 sensor. The fact that it came on after an hour indicates that they reset it right before the sale to hide it.The next day, the clutch felt funny. The seller assured me the clutch was replaced and was good, then told me I could have burned the clutch up. In 20 years of driving I have never had to replace a clutch, much less from a ride home on the interstate. Thinking it could just be something simple like a fluid change, I waited a few weeks until I had the time to do the work. It didnt help. Upon further inspection I was able to pull a piece of friction material from the window in the transmission housing. Apart from the when I was checking the brakes I discovered the wheels were improperly installed and the wrong fit for the car. They tried to use washers as hub spacers, but they werent even thick enough to be effective. The seller claimed they had told me it had Civic wheels. They hadnt said anything of the sort.Back to the clutch. I have still not had any resolution and the proper parts and labor will put me at about $1,200.I would not trust this dealer for anything. At the worst they are purposefully dishonest, at the best they do not know about the cars they sell and do poor work.

Followed up asking if it was received, and I get a response that said “I’m not interested in your trade thanks” 🤣 HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I heard from someone else Carplexa sells lemons, and I imagine whoever “I” is in that email isnt interested in my trade bc they can’t afford to payoff a trade. It’s a 2018 they’re probably only interested in other lemons. Good luck y’all! I’d just move on unless you want a fixed upper for cheap

My son and I purchased a Carplex car after a 6 month search of cars at dealerships in the Nova area. We were shopping for his first car and we had a very positive purchase experience. I would absolutely purchase another car from Pourya, Sam and Hamid at Carplex. One of my requirements was that I took the car to be assessed by my own mechanic in Sterling. I coordinated it with the Carplex team and they made sure the car had gas when I came to pick it up. My mechanic noted some minor concerns and they addressed them in their shop prior to purchase finalization. The office area is understated but functional and they were very responsive via email throughout the process. Very straightforward team. Worth the drive.

The sales man was racist. Do not waste your time here. My husband went in to test drive a BMW and was steered to a different car solely based on the color of his skin. The sales person told him he had to fill out a credit check before he would be allowed to test drive anything. The sales person did not know that my husband had the money to pay for the car right then and there in cash. Do not do business with this company. They will discriminate against you if you are a person of color.

An honest, honorable dealer for a used car -- I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2007 Hyundai Sonata. I got a very good price from Carplex, and they guaranteed that it would pass MD safety inspection. The car did not pass, and true to their word, they replaced the necessary parts at only the cost of the parts for me -- they covered all labor, and got a very good price on the parts. A dash light came on also after purchase -- an emissions problem. So, the car would still not pass the MD emissions test. Pourya promised to take care of the problem, and he DID -- so they ALSO replaced the cracked fuel pump, at no charge to me! I am very satisfied (and pleasantly surprised) that I found an honorable used car dealer! Thank you, Pourya!

I have yet to purchase a vehicle from Carplex but the service, sheer honesty and reasonable prices for vehicles speaks for itself. I was shocked at the level of openness I received when I visited to inquire about a vehicle which was later discovered to need additional service. Not only were they upfront about what needed to be done, but they are a one stop shop as well. I feel confident that I would be purchasing from an honest dealer rather than someone just trying to move cars by shopping here.

Poor customer service. Went back 4 days and keep told car wasnt ready for test drive. Sam said hed call me when it was ready. No call and I go by next day to see if was ready and Im told it was sold the day before. Sold it after I left and told me was not ready.This is the stuff that gives small dealers a bad rep.

If you like being lied to, this is your place. If it were possible to give them no stars that would be my rating. I bought a 2009 BMW Mini Cooper. I live an 1 1/2 away. Half way home the check engine light came on. No big deal so far. They tell me I have a 60 day warranty so I wait a few weeks to see if it goes off on it’s own. I always check the fluids when purchasing a used car. The dipstick indicates I’m bone dry. I add a quart until I can get the oil changed. Today I got the oil changed. Not only was the oil bone dry it also has multiple oil leaks. They ran diagnostics on the check engine light. It’s an O2 sensor and at some point “someone” put Stop Leak as a quick fix. By running diagnostic it also resets. Basically tells the car everything is A Ok. As I leave the oil express blue smoke comes bellowing out of the exhaust (which is how we found out about the stop leak)The unforgiving lie that resulted in this horrific review is the fact that THERE IS NO 60 DAY WARRANTY! Flat out lied.

I bought a car at Carplex last month and within days needed to replace the battery, shocks and the heat doesnt work. I took to a mechanic for diagnosis and to fix these issues was told it would have been more than $5000.I was in constant contact with Carplex about these issues, all of which shouldve been taken care of(or at least noted) by their dealer prior to sale, but they said everything checked out fine on their end before they sold it to me. Carplex did offer to help me fix it for cheaper, but I believe they cut corners, took advantage and were dishonest with me. I ended up with a dilapidated car.I am so disappointed, very displeased and definitely dissatisfied!I would not recommend Carplex to anyone. Stay away!Ben from McLean, VA

Needed a car for my sister. Test drove and bought one here for cash. After the test drive we smelled an anti freeze smell (like an overheat). Carfax showed a few radiator flushes, but that was the only thing out of the ordinary. Asked them about the smell and they assured us that the car was mechanically fine. That they checked it up and down. Come to find out that the head gaskets were blown, and this $4k car is basically trash.

Buyer beware!!!! I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD from them a month ago. Got it home and check engine light came on right away. Had to get an emission test done on it to register it. It failed because the evaporator gas line was rusted through. Took it to a mechanic to be fixed and found out the gas tank and other parts we all shot through with rust. After parts and labor it is going to cost me $4,000 to fix. My $11,000 truck just became a $15,000 cost. Either these guys knew about the rust when they sold it or they did a crappy job of inspecting the truck before they sold it. If you get a car/truck from them make sure you have your mechanic check it out before you buy it...I sure wish I had!!

I can say and I will repeat, this are the most honest car dealership I have ever come across and honest to the last detail. I bought a Mercedes e350 4matic 2009 and as we speak per now I have added an extra 38,000 miles on top of what I purchased and never ever have I taken it to the dealership with any issues whatsoever. Youal know how this European cars misbehave sometimes. The owner and the son told me if it gives me any issue to return back to them coz they were giving me their word and actually their word is golden upto this moment. Planning to go get my second car from them again
