This is the third car I have bought from Sheehy of Manassas and like previous two times I was not disappointed. My rep was Ash and we worked with the Hudson the manager. I highly recommend Ash! He was excellent- greeted me at the door, walked the lot with us on a 98 degree day and brought forward three different cars for us to choose from.Hudson was professional and worked to get me a good deal on the car. Both were excellent and I left feeling like I had received a good deal. Bottom line price was consistent once we got to financing and I didn’t feel pressure to buy extras that I did not need. Recently just bought my first new car, with Daisy! I absolutely love my Nissan Sentra. Daisy was very polite, nice, and courteous. After going to many different dealerships for my first car, Daisy was the only person who was honest and up front. Although I have a nissan dealer within 10 miles of home, the one I also purchased my vehicle from, I have been very unsatisfied with the service at that location. So I looked to the next location.Sherman, was extremely helpful, kind, professional, and answered all of my questions quickly and seemed happy to assist- this is hard to find these days. The service was completed earlier than expected and although I had several things done and very high bill because of it- everything was completed and done well.I am extremely happy with my experience and will definitely return for all future service needs. If I buy another Nissan, then yes, I would buy from this location.6 out of 5 stars for Sherman and the technicians who serviced my vehicle.

Whirlwind. Long story short, I needed a battery tray to pass inspection. They ordered it and I was just calling to get the status of the part because of the general time it should arrive. The parts department told me services could already have the piece, it was harder to track since it was a ford part (I bought a used ford 2016 here). I was transferred to services and before I could finish telling him what I was looking for he said of course we dont have it, go to ford so rude and hung right up on me. Ive had 3 batteries in the last 3 years for some reason. The first battery died at my first oil change 3 months after having the car, then that new battery had to be replaced because it wouldnt hold a charge. It feels as if every time I take it in for an oil change there is something else wrong that comes with it. This last time around my oil change lined up with my inspection, when I got the car back (I already wasnt going to bring it back here to get any service done), immediately there were problems, my windows wouldnt work, drivers side wont go down automatically anymore and the passenger side doesnt move sometimes, just is stuck half way. Its been driving like its winter out since I got it back, like its struggling and it very much shouldnt be. My key fob was not locking or unlocking my car (this could have been battery related but the timing was horrible and before the inspection it was perfectly fine). My car was great until the last time I was in there and now it feels like its falling apart.

UPDATE: On the 7th day of owning this car the transmission went out! This has soured the entire experience. We haven’t even received the tags yet. Called and spoke to a manager and the response was, sometimes that happens. For lack of concern, the 5 stars are now 1.Absolutely hands down the best car shopping experience ever! Michael (sales), Migel (manager), and Silvana (finance) provided top notch service. They were friendly, professional, and didn’t waste our time. I would buy from them in the future.
Ali was so great and helpful during our experience! We test drove a few different cars and not once did he ever seemed bothered by our requests, even when he had other customers to deal with. Fred, who did our financing, made the process smooth and fast. And the Sales Manager, Drew, was also great! We will definitely come back and hope to work with Ali again.
Stay away, do NOT FINANCE anything from these guys especially AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. Ive financed a car in Feb/March 2020 and the salesman convinced me to purchase the 100k extended warranty instead of the 36k standard one for a specific amount of $ per month . Ive reluctantly agreed after much assurance that it will be extremely beneficial to me given the estimated miles I told him Id put on my car annually. Fast forward July 2021 and I had to move to the west coast. Upon arrival I was immediately told by the dealership here that they dont honor Sheehys VIP extended warranty and that it is useless to me. I called Sheehy and they gave me vague replies like extended warranty are not cancellable but we will work with you... here is a form to fill to cancel your extended warranty, etc. I filled their form and included the original contract as they requested and also attached my last car service statement showing that when I left VA my car was at 36K miles. Yet, till this day (Oct. 27th), no reply to my emails, no replies to the voice mail I left with their designated person (NIAKITA)... nothing... crickets...BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM SHEEHY, just imagine paying a monthly premium for a service you can NOT use because you moved to the other side of the country and they refuse to stop the monthly premium that they know youll never get to utilize, would you trust buying anything from these guys?
You can NEVER get rid of Alex. He is absolutely the best. I took my car in for an oil change and as soon as I walked in he remembered me and asked about my family. He also remembered that the last time I was there for an oil change was because I was getting ready for a trip. We chatted for a little bit and I left. He called me a little later to let me know some of the things that were found on an inspection. He explained everything and asked me if I would like to proceed with any of the suggestions. I was never pressured and really appreciate that. I also informed him that I would be leaving on another trip and would need an oil change in the middle of this trip. I asked him for recommendations on where to go for said oil change. In the blink of an eye he sent me not only the name of the dealer but also the address. He is an absolute treasure! I always look forward to seeing him when I have to take my car for service. Alex is absolutely the best!

After buying 6 cars from them. I feel they were trying to take advantage. Went to Priority Nissan. Had moved back to area but see the difference in the service when Mark (my sales person) use to make sure I was not being taken advantage of.
This place is super user friendly. Transparent pricing and you don’t get mauled by salespeople walking in the door. Adrian Ortiz helped me pick out the perfect car for my 17-yr old, and he did such a good job I came back a few days later and bought another car from him for my younger daughter. I purchased my second vehicle with this dealership and Each person I worked with was extraordinary. I was in and out in no time because they knew I was in a time crunch. They made my buying experience wonderful again. I love working with all the individuals that I have come across...AJ (general sales manager), Ako (Finance manager).
I wanted to sell my GT350 so I received a quote from them for a certain price. I asked for $2k more and they said the tires were a concern so $65k was all they could do. They agreed on the price. When I took the car in, they said the car needed new rear tires and would need to deduct $800 from the sale, after the paperwork had been signed and a few days of my car sitting in the parking lot. The manager and supposedly GM said I would have to agree to deduct $800 from the price of the car or take the car back, after they sent the check to my bank. After the paperwork was complete and the check was at my bank. They aren’t honest and went back on their word from the used cars sales manager, the manager and GM. We are selling the car to upgrade and if we had known what we would be dealing with, would have chose a different route. I wouldn’t recommend you sell your car here in a million years. Even after the paperwork was signed, they went back on their word! It is a very poor way to conduct business
I just want give my personal experience with this dealership and with the sales associate. Fortunately I had a great experience with Estevan Stamatakis. I went in with a car I had already seen online. However once speaking with Estevan he was able to get me into something that was more aligned to my key wants in a car. He made sure to ask what I was looking for in a car and also make personal references to his personal choices if he were to purchase for his own family. The key is to ask the right questions and know what key components you want from your future vehicle (ex: luxury, reliability, sporty etc). There was even small details where we werent on the same page, however he made sure to speak with his manager to work things out. I truly am thankful and happy with my experience and my car purchase.

Decent work and prices in the service department, but dont bother making an appointment. Even with one, theyll force you to wait for hours for the simplest of services (like an oil change). Probably the least efficient dealership I have ever been to. It has been the same experience every scheduled appointment visit. I am writing this still waiting more than three hours into my most recent scheduled oil change. Jiffy lube they are not.
LISTEN!!!!! let me first talk about the AMAZING customer service. My daughter was looking to purchase a car while building new credit so her search was challenging and frustrating her. She was settle on going thru Carvana because that seemed to be her best option. Late one evening I found Sheehy Nissan and emailed them. The next morning before 8am I received an email from Carlos, then a phone call from AJ. I explained to AJ what her situation was and due to snow and icy weather we wanted to work everything out prior to coming in. In less than 1hr AJ called and said we are good to go if you can get one thing done, we agreed and was on the road by 11am to pickup her car. I dont know what kind of GPS Carlos had installed on my car LOL (obviously joking) but he was OUTSIDE in the parking lot when we arrived...WAITING. now mind you, our drive was 50 minutes. even tho the paperwork was ready, I explained to AJ and Carlos I wanted my daughter to see ALL her options available. LOL the nerve of me talking knowing her credit struggle. I think my daughter wanted to scream. BUT Carlos walked us thru the ENTIRE parking lot pointing out over 6 NEW cars that were other options. Hunnie! I was sold. I have never received this level of customer service and not pressured AT ALL. and Silvana! what a sweet heart and she had the most amazing chocolate! okay thats just my sweet tooth bragging here. Finance had a hiccup but Silvanna got on the phone and asked another bank to make my daughter a priority. Within 10 minutes paper work was signed and we were out the door. I will end with saying this team is AH-MAZING!!!!!!!!!!! GO HERE and get the amazing service you deserve!hold up WAIT! I forgot to mention how Carlos came out after we were about to pull off to make sure my daughter had her apple car play all set up correctly. thats it, thats all, JUST GO GET YOUR CAR HERE!

Buyer Beware!!! Sheehy Nissan of Manassas sold me a car that could not pass inspection. I purchased a used 2013 Veloster through this dealership in February of 2020. This car had a state inspection done by Sheehy Nissan of Manassas on the 22nd of January 2020 and passed prior to my purchase. Not even a year after I bought the car, I took it back today on 12th for a routine oil change as well as a state inspection and they failed my car due to my exhaust pipes not reaching all the way through to my rear bumper. The car also had no exhaust hangers to hold the pipes in place. The exhaust pipes have had nothing done to them while I owned the car. They were just as is prior to me purchasing the car and them originally passing the inspection of the car to be sold. The only thing I have done with the Veloster is take it in to this dealership for routine maintenance and their multipoint inspections. During these service visits NOTHING was ever said to me about the exhaust pipes. Pretty sure I was scammed and sold a car that was doomed to fail inspection. Also, after speaking with the sales and service department after the car failed inspection the only thing they said to me was We dont know what could have happened to the car in a year. Really??? I have all of the paperwork and so should they. Looks like they just tried to hide this issue and falsely pass it for the initial inspection to get it off of their hands.Oh, and one more thing about their service and technicians. Right after purchasing the Veloster they said it needed to be serviced and cleaned up prior to me picking it up. I received a phone call after they serviced it telling me their technicians overflowed the engine with oil and the head gaskets on the car needed to be replaced. I should have just backed out of this purchase and ran away when that happened. I gave them a chance as they replaced the damaged parts for free and two weeks later I was able to get the car.They are scammers and I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a used vehicle. This should have been brought to my attention prior to purchasing AND also during the course of the many service appointments I took it in to this dealership.Photos added of my exhaust that THEY sold me and then failed!

Went in for a state inspection and we all know how that can go if your car isn’t too new; Repair overload! Despite needing a few things done, my service coordinator Alexander, was absolutely amazing at breaking down what all I really needed done at that moment and what could wait. He took the time to explain what the repairs would do and what timeframe I was looking at for needing to get the others done. I knew how much exactly everything would cost and being a part of the VIP program definitely saved big bucks!

Abs camera sensor problem to my new 2021 Nissan rogue, and I had to go to the dealer 4 times to fix it.1 they have to order the part which is understandable, day 2 they said they are busy even though I went by appointment, day 3 they said the system is not working after I sat their for two and half haour, and finally after a week I call the main nissan company to make another appontmet, So disappointing . I lost my confidence on Nissan to many sensor problem . Honesty speaking when I bought the car the sales person has a nice customer service . However ......

I made an appoinment by phone the advisor told the waiting time will be less than 35 mins, after one hour waiting I asked why my car still outside the shop area, also the left both windows down, when something is missing they say they don’t take any resposability on that, I brought the atention to the manager and he was like I don’t care, poor srrvice, bad customer service.
Did an awesome job. Made it really easy to transact via distance and they brought the car to me with 3 days to drive it and make sure I liked it. I didnt have to drag my kids around and make them sit forever. It took 15 minutes and Alex was great! So thankful for them making this so easy and making sure I was happy.
6/2/2021 - Their reputation of superb customer service continues!Yesterday, my Nissan Rogue’s touch screen went black and I could not turn off the radio. I did what I thought would be what the IT tell you about computer issues. Turn off and wait for 10 seconds then turn it back on. Still black screen.I called Sheehy Nissan of Manassas around 4:30 and Brad from service answered. He was so pleasant and understanding and he said bring in the car tomorrow. What time should I bring it? The earlier the better, if you come at 7:30 and ask for Brad and I will take care of you! What? No appointment? No, we’re booked we can fit you in next week! In the morning, the next morning??? Wow!So, I arrive at 7:25 am and ask for “Brad”. He remembered who I was and told me to pull my car into the express service. Another wow! So, here’s where the above and beyond superior customer service Brad displayed. See, it’s early in the morning and I had to bring my granddaughter. She’s a very curious 9 year old. She asked Brad “what will you be doing to the car?” Brad explained it to her with such care and a way that a child could understand. He took the time to make sure this curious little girl understood what was about to happen to “her grandma’s car”.Amazing customer service! I came in and was greeted by one of the sales consultants by the name of Eric Wade . This guy was great informative, polite and did whatever he could do to help me. Then once i made my mind up on what vehicle i wanted to purchase Eric made the trade in process seem easy and always kept me informed step by step. Thanks Eric for the great customer service. I was then taken to Tony Habibi Finance Manger who worked with me on getting things i needed as for as warranty for the vehicle. He walked me over to the Sales Department and introduced me to Carlos Cabrera in the Sales Department. I explained what I was looking for and found a car that perfectly suited my needs. Carlos was very patient, explained everything fully, and was very helpful. He wasn’t a “pushy” salesperson, which I appreciated very much. Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. I walked into the service dept this afternoon asking for the price of a transmission service on my 2016 Rogue. The service rep quoted me $440.00 plus tax and mentioned I should do this ever 30k miles. I know the CVT fluid is pricey but wow, its a drain and fill. I called another nearby Nissan dealer and was quoted $379.00 plus tax. Thats a $60.00 difference! Im a little surprised Nissan doesnt make this service a little more reasonable given their CVT transmissions have not proven to be sustainable and have stopped using them as I understand things. Anyway, I need the service and its obvious it pays to call around and save your self $60.00!
I have always bought Nissans from Sheehy, but its the service and maintenance is the best. Bill Sword has been the best in the business and the reason I return everytime.
I live in Williamsburg, VA so it is unlikely that I will be able to get to Sheehy for service. Otherwise, the experience was great; helpful and honest information and support from the sales staff and the finance staff. I really appreciate it.
