We located a car online that we were interested in purchasing. We drove to the dealership one February weekend to do a quick test drive (which only took about 30 minutes). Car completely broke down beyond repair just a week after purchase. Oddly suspicious as they limited our test drive time and even though we took the car for a pre-purchase inspection to a third party mechanic, the computers didnt pick up any issues that should have been picked up by the check engine light system. Third party mechanic and BMW dealership both raised suspicion that check engine light was shut off and therefore didnt pick up any engine issues. There are many stories similar to mine at a rate much higher than your average used car dealership. BE VERY WARY.

Tried to make a deal today, nice car but couldn’t quite come up with all the money on the spot.(had to go to the bank and back to my house to collect). While I was taking all these steps they called me and (Alexis) and told me somebody else was looking to buy the same vehicle. (Which is totally normal for a great car) I told them to call me if they make the deal to save me a trip. When I show back up at the dealership the other guy was signing the paperwork and had purchased the vehicle. I was disappointed but fair is fair. But they could have called me and let me know. I wasted a good part of my day and will not be doing business with them ever.

I took off from work and drove over 4 hours in each direction to come and take a look at one of the trucks that Auto Trademark had on their lot. The experience started off bad when I was handed a key to the vehicle and told this is the only key and it is not programmed to the vehicle so you would have to get a second key and pay the dealership nearly $80 per key to have them programmed to the vehicle so that you can unlock and lock the doors and ativate the alarm system (which they arent even sure works). Next issue was that the description stated the vehicle had a goose neck hitch, which was a requirement for my purchase, but it in fact did not have a goose neck but a 5th wheel adapter which would have cost me hundreds of dollars to convert. Another issue, and I speak from great experience with this particular model of vehicle because I had own one previously for six years was that it had a very sloppy front end. The steering had a lot of play in it… come to find out The vehicle was reported in carmax having been in a collision with the front/back end being impacted. I wonder why the front end is sloppy?! The transmission was also a bit sloppy and hunting for gears; something that I was willing to shrug off and deal with later if necessary. The thing that really aggravated me though was that Babar attempted to lowball me on my trade in by several thousand dollars and it wasnt until I got up to walk out of the office that they were willing to pay me what I was asking for for my vehicle (even though they were still going to make about $4-5,000 on my truck).Ultimately what sent me out the door was their complete unwillingness to negotiate the price on their sale vehicle knowing that it has several issues with it and that their advertisement was incorrect and misleading - by this point I was so frustrated at the lack lustre attention to detail and lack of communication regarding the issues surrounding the truck I was looking to purchase that I just walked out and left.Very disappointed and nearly 9 hours of my life Ill never get back…

I purchased a car here a little over a week ago. Was helped by Babar and have to say that he truly went above and beyond to try to help me get the lowest rate possible. I have a very short credit history and he also helped to explain how everything works and gave tips on how I can build more credit in case I want to refinance in the future. As many others have said, there was no pressure to buy and he gave us plenty of time to make our decision. I do feel their processing fees are maybe a little higher than some other places but the effort put in to help me the best they could made up for that. The car was very, very clean inside and out with a clean history and is running smoothly, very happy with my purchase and experience here.

My husband and I needed to upgrade my civic car to an SUV, but was on a tight budget. Being from Maryland, there are more vehicles to choose in VA, so I initially went to Manassas to look at a Jeep Cherokee at another dealership. The vehicle DID NOT look like the pictures and door handle sounded weird. So I searched online to find another car and I found the Saturn 2008 outlook at Auto Trademark. I talked to Ibraham, and he was very nice and told me to come by. The car was beautiful, fit the specifications my husband and I needed.I took it for a test drive, was even more surprised it had a tow hitch and love having captain chairs in the second row. The car is an exact TWIN of the GMC Acadia.I traded in my car (they offered my $1500 more than the previous dealership) and I paid the rest of the car in cash. Drove it back to Maryland without any issues.Two weeks later I receive a call about getting my tags, but needing to get my inspection done first. So I took it to my inspection person, thinking it will pass.... WRONG. The breaks were leaking and the shocks/rooters were old. I called Auto Trademark, talked to Farhan and he told me to bring it back to the dealership. Since I was under warranty, I would have to pay 50% of the cost (which is better than nothing).So I drove it back down to Manassas, got it fixed, but then when I was leaving, another light came on. I called back Farhan (thank goodness I was not halfway home), turned around and I followed one of the dealers straight to the mechanic. I told the guy what was going on, and he fixed it (by the way, the mechanic has an EXCELLENT rating).On Monday, I took the car back to the inspection and it passed. So I should be getting my tags soon, will keep you posted.So overall, my experience was good. I got a great trade-in offer, was able to find a great SUV for much less, that is fully equipped. And the team at Auto Trademark were very professional and nice.Some of my complaints with the dealership is that if I live over an hour away, you should either let me: 1. have my mechanic fix the problem and you pay them the 50% amount. Or 2. Have me drop the car off and give me a rental to drive until it is complete. Lots of people in Maryland do not have time to go back and forth to Manassas.Lastly, for Maryland folks you have to remember this: 1. VA does inspections every year so their inspection is not as thorough as Maryland. So they probably have a few items to check off. Maryland only has one inspection and they are the STRICTEST in the country. So when you buy that car, get it inspected immediately so you can get some coverage.

This was really the best experience Ive had buying a car. After calling and making an appointment the same day I went to Auto Trademark. The van was already pulled up to their office and I was told I could go out and look it over (on my own) and to let them know when I wanted to test drive it and that I could take it out on my own. The van was very nice and so I test drove it (my self). I brought my car and title incase they were interested in it for a trade. They quickly test drove my car and made me an extremely reasonable offer. I purchased the van and drove it away less than 3 hours after I got there. The salesman, Gregg, was very calm, and the other people I saw were very friendly. All the cars they sell look to be high quality and the layout of the lot is very clean and organized. The sales office is also clean and organized and all the paperwork was straitforward. The management must clearly be good people. This is a first class establishment. Thanks!!

I contacted Greg Ortiz who confirmed the car was still available so I made my way from Maryland to Virginia to take a look at the car. Honestly, I had very low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I was greeted quickly and after simply making a copy of my drivers license, the car was pulled up to the front door ready for a test drive. Greg said to take it out on a nice, long test drive and I was sent out on a test drive without a salesman! It was great, I was able to drive the car and talk about things with my wife without having a pushy sales person interjecting. I returned to the dealership, worked out a price, completed the paperwork, and was out in less than an hour! Ive finally had a painless car buying experience, now if I could only find a painless dentist!

I had been looking for a specific type of vehicle for the past few months. I found that vehicle (2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) at Auto Trademark. I contacted them and worked with Farhan (Sales Manager) on the review, test drive and purchase.I drove up Sunday morning (2 hour drive north) and got there at 11. I was able to take it for a test drive (by myself) and really look it over inside, outside and under. After everything was said and done it was the vehicle for me. They are pretty set on the prices of their vehicles so dont expect too much haggling. I was able to get them down a little and they worked with me on my trade. I highly recommend them and look forward to future purchases from them.

Bait and switch tactics. Call and confirm pricing before traveling to this dealership. Listed price on multiple online websites was not the price at the dealership, the price at the dealership was $1,000 more than the online price. We were told the online price was a military discounted price...thats great to have a military discount but who lists the military discount as the selling price and not state it. Seems dishonest.

UPDATE 02-23-21: REPLACED Catalytic CONVERTER FOR THE THIRD TIME. ALSO FOUND OUT THE VEHICLE THE DEALERSHIP SWORE WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT, WAS IN SOME ACCIDENT. THEY PAINTED AND REPLACED AFEW OUTER PARTS. IN ADDITION, MY MECHANIC STATES THAT THEY RESET THE VEHICLES COMPUTER WHICH MAKES IT SEEM EVERYTHING IS NORMAL UNTIL THE COMPUTER DETECTS THE ISSUES AGAIN. THEY TOLD ME THE VEHICLE HAD NO ISSUE WHEN I BOUGHT IT BUT THE ISSUES WERE WELL HIDDEN. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY...I absolutely dislike writing reviews, however, I am doing it so no one else ends up in my situation. My intention is not to deter you from buying from this dealership, but be AWARE AND CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING. I bought an suv in July 20’. While I was in process to buy the vehicle, I was called often by the dealers and they answered my calls and were professionals. However, the same day I bought the vehicle, the check engine light came on. I guarantee this wasn’t the first time the light came on, but they cleared the code before I bought it. The check engine light came on and off so I brought it to a mechanic. Had multiple misfires and bad injectors. WHEN UOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU HAVE 30 DAYS OF WARRANTY WHERE THEY COVER 50% OF RHE COST..so, I called them and someone answered and transferred me to my sales persons( pamela) desks. She didn’t pick so I left a voice message. Days went by and I didn’t receive a call back. I called total of 5 times and never heard back..that tells me two things, 1, they heard my voice mail about the check engine light and didn’t want to pay 50% of the cost, 2, I already bought a vehicle so I am no longer a valued customer..so, I ended up paying $1,400 to fix the issue the dealership doctored up and knowingly sold.Two other issues I noticed about this dealership: 1, they are reluctant to give you your spare key which is odd. 2, they advertise discount prices but it is for USAA members only..this is a dishonest tactic.Again, I don’t wish to deter you from buying from this dealership. I believe they have some great selections and to a degree tends to be professional. However, there is some deception and someVehicles are being sold with issues which are doctored up and the issues show up when it’s too late. I have only had this car for 5 months. There is no way these issues just appeared. They were hidden and everything was cleared. So, in total i have spent $2,250 on this suv. IF YOUR DEALERSHIP DOES NOT OFFER WARRANTY OR ADVERTISES AS IS BUY DO NOT BUY IT. I would hate it if anyone else shares my unfortunate. UPDate: there was so much build up within the engine, the catalytic converter I replaced got clogged, mileage per gallon drastically decreased and I lost horsepower. Replaced the catalytic Converter for the second time in December 2020 and I am hoping this is the end of the nightmare. AGAIN CHECK EVERY COMPONENT BEFORE BUYING A VEHICLE. NEVER RUSH, TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC, TEST DRIVE FOR GOOD 30 MINUTES BECAUSE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS COULD BE EARSED...IF NOT, YOU ARE ONLY BUYING SOMEONE ELSE’S PROBLEM. have a greatn day!

The dealership is impressively larger than at first glance with a variety of vehicles to meet the needs of juist about anyone. I had a good experience purchasing our used vehicle from Auto Trademark. We live in Maryland and the type of car we were looking for could primarily be found in Virginia. My wife and I had been searching for a car for the past week and had checked out 5 dealerships before we finally found this dealership. All of the other locations were offering vehicles that were not prepped for selling. Some cars hadn’t been inspected while others had mechanical or servicing issues. We needed a car quickly and the cars we checked our here were clean and ready to go. Our salesman Franklin had our cars ready to check our before we arrived and was pleasant to work with. The sales manager Farhan worked with us on making the right deal for us. After so much effort and time car shopping, this place was the relief we needed. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

My experience was not good. I purchased a used Audi and the sales person acted really nice and helpful but in reality he was just trying to get rid of a car. The salesman did not mention anything that was really wrong with the car. I realize now it was up to me to look into everything but I was rushed into buying the car. Now I am stuck with a car and a car note. The car needs more work than the vehicle I traded in. I feel like the dealer should tell a customer exactly what’s wrong with the car. I was pushed towards a warranty that is basically useless. The car is an Audi A5 convertible. The top is in need of major repairs or replacement. If anyone decides to do business with this dealer take a mechanic with you to check out the car. The car I traded in had new tires. The first thing I had to do was buy tires and get an alignment. Now I find out I will probably need a new top. I am sure they knew everything about this Audi. I think They should have to tell customers all about the vehicle. I am in the process of talking to an elder abuse attorney to see if anything can be done to help me hold the dealer accountable.

Just bought a used truck at Auto Trademark. Excellent, polite, patient team. We are a military family and we just returned from overseas. My financing and bank accounts were not quite set-up from our return. The team worked with us and spent extra time helping us get everything situated. In fact, they stayed 1.5 hours after they closed to help us out. Our salesman was very patient and polite. He did not pressure us even with our continual returns and indecision and took care of some minor issues with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership for future buys especially my military brothers and sisters. They had a huge selection of quality vehicles. Vehicle was as expected. Dealership wise, relatively okay. Nothing special, but good communication and reasonable service. Trying to get vehicle registration and tags that they are supposed to do has turned to a royal pain. I reached out to them asking if they had everything needed. They said yes...no problem. Then month later...oh...we need this. A week later...oh...that was quite right...we need this. Two weeks later...oh,we need something else, and its your problem.

I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lerado.. From the time I drove off the lot Ive been having trouble. I first couldnt get hard tags for months because the truck needed a MD inspection, that I was told had already been done and wasnt needed. Drove around for 4 months on paper tags that were issued by Auto Trade every 30 days, then they send me a letter and tell me I have to register my own car. Then after paying $100 for a inspection I find out that I need to replace the rear shocks in order to pass the inspection. $300 Thats Done! Fast forward 2 month and now the 4 wheel low light is on and engaged and it will not disengage. Ive paid $600 on trying to get this issue fixed and was just told it is gonna be possibly another $1000 for a new transfer case. This is unacceptable. Auto Trademark. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THESE SCAMMERS. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
