The appointments are set in 30 minute increments, yet the process actually takes about 45+ minutes. You will never get that amount. They start with the value and then bare minimum, charge $99 to transfer the title and then eat away at the quote for any kind of repair they might perform before the vehicle goes to market.3. There is supposedly a maximum amount they are allowed to give. Im not sure if that is based on year, mileage, condition or a combination of each.4. That sad, the staff member was extremely courteous and professional. Were it not for his positive and respectful demeanor, I would have left soon after my appointment was missed by them.

The overall experience, even in the working conditions of COVID, was easy and worth it. The staff was courteous and easy to talk to. Note that they deduct an amount for every nick and scratch--no matter the size--from their estimate. However, they are not set in their offer, if you are honest with your expectations and you, yourself, are not trying get more than the car is worth, they will work with you towards a reasonable compromise.
