Zero stars! Drove all the way from 2.5 hours away to a lemon! Tires were bad with wires showing, dent on the hood, scratches all along the side, glass to the back window starting to shatter, mix match mirrors, rack bar on roof was broken! NONE OF THIS WAS COMMUNICATED BEFORE ARRIVAL! They refused to replace tires, or come down on price! We went outside to look at the truck further and they acted like they could care less like our money didn’t matter! Didn’t even come back outside to see what they could do or see how we were! AND THEY OFFERED NO WARRANTY! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Found my new to me 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Insiders Auto. The staff was an absolute delight to work with. As I further inspected the vehicle on the test drive we found a few issues that were overlooked on the inspection. After completing the paperwork and the purchase, the issues were immediately taken care of with a handshake agreement..that’s right, a handshake and their word. Found my perfect my car for an AMAZING price! I had been hunting for an alien green KIA Soul for awhile and they had one that was pretty much brand new with next to no miles on it. The finance manager was amazing got me approve and stuff but the sales person who I was dealing was is the worst kept on pressuring me into going another loan to put the down payment at a pay day loan kept on and kept on I was trying to be nice about it cause I didnt want my credit run againI wouldnt go back unless I wanted a car bad but I wouldnt deal with the same person again the sales person I would tell him get lost. worst visit ever as a customer to me I would got back, but I did get and amazing customer service some were else got me in and he know what I was looking for got a car with 0 down and monthly payment with in my budge and a 2 year plan if anything happens to the car.
