I have nothing but praise for Battlefield Ford. I bought a Bronco and they made the process so easy. My salesperson Cody was fantastic. Ask for him. The finance manager, Simon (I can’t remember I’m terrible with names), was also fantastic. No pressure, very friendly and he was helpful. So don’t walk, run to Battlefield Ford and get these two guys to help you.
Ill give them 5 stars. Theyve made some mistakes with my vehicles but theyve always owned up to them and made it right. So I keep going back to them. And their systems are friendly and efficient.

I waited a year before trying their service again. Service oil change, tire rotation, state inspection. And they got me again! This time the famous “you have a bulb out” which if course means it doesn’t pass inspection. I have a choice. Replace in order to pass inspection or come back another day after changing bulbs myself. So. I agreed to have bulbs (2) replaced “to pass inspection”. That little agreement cost me $78.38 plus tax. Apparently I also agreed to replace 5 additional bulbs. Bulbs themselves are really cheap. Less than $5 bucks for 4. It means maybe 10 minutes of my time. I know cause I’ve replaced them before. And yes, I did check my lights before my appointment. All working and yet…
Good place to buy a car. They will work with you, they are not aggeessive like some dealerships that pressure you into purchasing. Good job!

Kayla was professional and made an effort to go the extra mile every important step of the way. I do think that more can be done to improve the presentation of expectations and details specific to the online purchasing experience. This, however, is a comment directed at Battlefield Ford more so than Kayla specifically. At the same time, I have say that the delivery driver, Mark Rodney, was a gem and made the transaction a pleasant memorable experience!

Easy and convenient to set up and I received prompt and courteous service. The concierge picked up my vehicle for service and then returned it when completed. I didn’t need a loaner vehicle but they would have provided one if I did. Can’t get much better than that.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Battlefield Ford in Manassas with Jason/ sales person, and Casey in Finance. Jason really made the sale, although we aren’t complaining about the Ford Expedition, it’s also not too shabby! I honestly have to say, it was Jason who sold us, not the vehicle. That’s at least my 5th vehicle from Battlefield Ford Manassas. The local Chevy dealer experience was terrible and we rolled right down to Battlefield and they didn’t disappoint!

I received a recall notice from Ford for my new 2021 RV. I had tried to find a dealer that worked on RVs, and they all gave me its to large for their shop. Then I called Mike at Battlefield Ford Commercial Truck Shop, he told me bring it on in well take care of it for you. A huge weight was suddenly lifted off me. Mike was great, he asked me if I could bring it in on a Friday when he knew he was getting some space freed up. He told me they needed to order the parts and I would get it back in less then 2 weeks. He kept me posted on the progress of the work, and kept his word. I had it back in less then 2 weeks. I would recommend these guys to everyone with a large Ford vehicle. Just bought a 2021 Lariat F-150 today! It’s totally loaded! We love it! Latisha was a huge help and very patient while we decided between a F-250 and the F-150. We test drove multiple trucks today. Because of the chip shortage, we didn’t have a chance to haggle the price thus the 4 star rating. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star rating. However, Simon really gave us great prices on the Premier Care, extended warranty and the Battlefield Care Program. We just keep coming back to this dealership!!
Had a great experience at the service center at Battlefield Ford. Had a problem with my headlight and it was going to cost more than expected the representative helped me get the price down by half. They were quick and extremely professional.

I usually wait a year before reviewing big purchases because at the point of sale too many emotions are going through a buyers head:I’d like to start off by saying I love my car. Although, the experience at this dealership was horrendous. The bargaining portion of the sale went well with the sales manager, but the finance people were bullish and did not listen at all to what I was asking. Because I did not take possession of the vehicle immediately, I was put in an odd predicament. The negotiation of my purchase took most of the day (which is typical), but my financing took until 10PM despite being approved for 72 mo deferred interest immediately.The original man I was assigned was relatively nice and we decided that I wanted the maintenance package add on, but nothing else. He put another package on even though I asked for to be taken off. He said “nothing is final until you drive off the lot, so we can take it off when you actually get the car” Exhausted I agreed.On the day of pick up, a white woman went over the finance paperwork with me. For the next 30 minutes she bullied me into keeping the package that I did not want. I repeated this several times and she kept bullying me. I asked for a manager and she just left the room. She came back and asked if I still wanted it and I replied no. She said I would loose the deal if I didn’t keep it. At that moment, I agreed.After a month of ownership, the car got scratched so I called the package company to get it fixed. They said they don’t do that. I called the dealership and told them that I was lied to in order to buy the package. The sales manager quickly dismissed me but called back later to say that I was overreacting.After this, a salesman reached out to see if I wanted to buy another car. I told him no thank you. He continued to reach out. I had to write him an email explaining my previous purchase experience for him to stop.The dealership never reached out to tell me about my maintenance schedule or how to work my Ford Pass or to congratulate me on the new car. They just wanted money.I cannot recommend this dealership because they have a piss poor idea of customer service. They employ bullies in their finance department and I assume they will laugh away this review. I was treated like a dumb little black girl and even if it wasn’t because of my race/gender/whatever, to treat a person like this is wrong. I do sales and have never lied to get my way out of someone, so i know its possible to do better.
Found this car on online. I went directly to Battlefield Ford website for a Salesperson contact information. Contacted Cody. Took two days to negotiate a final price without any games or foolishness via e-mail and phone. Third day, I was on a flight from Syracuse, NY to Manassas, VA (Dulles Airport) to sign papers and pick up my vehicle. Every transaction with Cody (Salesperson) and Simon (Finance Dept) was 100% hassle free. Simon even found me a lower auto loan interest rate than the one I was already approved for. I receive constant compliments on my/this Mustang everyday. I highly recommend Battlefield Ford for any car purchase.Reggie

My whole experience at Battlefield Ford was fantastic! I was very stressed out as my car would not start as I was trying to leave to pick up my son at the metro station. He had flown in from Colorado to drive with me to his daughter’s wedding at the Outer Banks and my car would not start. My Edge has a keyless ignition. At first we thought it had to be towed to the shop to be looked at. I couldn’t get the towing people to answer. My son and friend finally showed up and they thought it was the battery ; so they jumped mycar and it finally started. We drove immediately to Battlefield Ford and Ken and company agreed it was the battery and they replaced my battery. It was getting late but they were kind enough to get everything done. So we could get on the road. I greatly appreciate their assistance.

I was not very happy I went to the Quicklane as usual to get my F550 inspected. I was first in line. The main person there did not show up till right at 7 am. After he booted up his computer and asked how he could help I find out they have no inspectors there anymore or lest at this time, so I would have to go to the main shop across the street. I wound up spending 2 hrs there. Had I thought it would have taken this long I would have gone elsewhere. Usually I can have it done in about 30to45 minutes at the quicklane
They treat customers with respect and caring!Business the way it should be done! We travel everywhere with our Airstream and have had to have service done across the country! We try to always use Ford Service and we are genuinely satisfied with Ford Service! But Battlefield Ford is the benchmark for sales & service!

My husband and I are a young couple and when entering car dealerships often get treated as such, this was, however, far from the case here at Battlefield Ford. We were pleasantly surprised when greeted by a young salesmen named Cody, he was above helpful with the purchase of our Ford Explorer and literally could not have been more understanding about our wants and needs. Cody was able to work through every aspect of the buying process with us and never once treated us as if we were incapable of buying any car on the lot! It may not sound like much but I assure you, if you are worried about ever buying a car and not getting an honest salesmen Cody is who we would recommend. There was absolutely nothing he left off of this deal and for the first time, we left feeling like we knew everything possible. I visited Battlefield Ford with my parents this past weekend and had wonderful and positive experience. We had the pleasure of working with Ruben and Julio who were both very professional and courteous. They listened to exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and were very patient and not pushy at all when we were discussing and thinking through our options.We also traded in our old car and we were happy with the trade in value we received. When we had questions, they seemed very knowledgeable and were quick to address our concerns. We ended up purchasing a blue Ford Explorer which my mother is loving – it has all the features she wanted and more! We were looking to get the car right away for a trip we had coming up and they were very flexible in getting the car detailed and checked ahead of our travels. Ruben went above and beyond showing us all the car features and showing my mother how to connect her phone to the car.We were dreading doing the paperwork but surprisingly it was a smooth and stress-free process!Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend checking them out!
Make sure you check your oil before you leave the service center. I just had my oil and filter changed and I’m not sure it was done properly or at all, since the oil was still dark in color when I checked it once I got home.Update, 06 JUL: Service director reached out to me and explained that this is common to turbocharged engines. So all is good now.

I spent a lot of time researching other dealers and these gentlemen made it happen. I now drive my 2020 Mustang and am so happy. Their knowledge of the products and services were great and the follow up with me has been one of the reasons why we chose them. We felt like they had our best interest at hand. Ty at Battlefield Ford is a great service advisor. He does exactly what he says he will. He keeps me informed of the progress on my repairs and lets me know which recommendations are urgent and which can wait. I appreciate his honestly and the excellent service from Ty and the auto technicians at Battlefield Ford.
We are on a RV camping trip from home in Florida to Massachusetts to visit relatives. Now on our return home and the engine light appeared. I knew I was due for 30,000 mile check at about 750 miles over. We were in Virginia and I called this dealership, which was close by and asked if they could get me in. They asked how soon I could be there? I told them 15 minutes and they said come over. I met Mike and he was really busy but I explained my situation and he took care of my 30,500 mile check and did a brief exam of the Imissions and said I would be ok until I got home and to my regular service center. Mike and the others were very accommodating and polite. We were out of there in just over an hour. Touch running great and happy again. This group of guys were great.
