A beautiful ending to a lost favorite. We had two beautiful matching diamond necklaces for our twin daughters 21st birthday. Unfortunately, one necklace was lost after 8 years. The jewelers at Juniker were able to recreate that “lost” necklace from the one we still had. The replica is perfectly beautiful and much appreciated. I knew I needed a new shank put on my engagement ring, because mine had gotten worn down and actually broken. Both my engagement ring and wedding band needed to be covered in rhodium, as the yellow in the gold was showing. I dropped them off with the promise that they’d be back to me by August 3rd. I got a text on July 30th that they were ready for pick up. They are STUNNING. They look like they’re brand new. We had the best experience with Juniker’s. My husband and I were looking for a new engagement ring for our 9 year anniversary. I am admittedly pretty persnickety and indecisive. I can not brag on JJ enough!! From the time I walked in, to the time they solved the issue with my diamond, I felt like I was the only one in the store. They fixed my ring (30 years of wear and tear) and made it look new. They were prompt and accommodating. They even dealt with my insurance company and made it a very smooth process. Ted was a perfect gentleman and ALWAYS in a good mood. I never felt like I was bothering him or was an inconvenience. BUT on top of that he knows diamonds.

I can’t tell you how happy I was with the experience I had at Juniker Jewlers in Madison, MS. I was a broke, nursing student who was saving up to buy an engagement ring. However I went to several stores before Junikers. I am younger looking for my age so the other retail stores either didn’t take me as a serious buyer or tried to sell the rings they already had made, limiting my options. I was either invisible or just some kid to pawn off a ring to. Juniker Jewelers took the time to work with me and make the perfect engagement ring that was in my budget. This is not the first time I have had experience with this place. They have done excellent work in the past for my family. But this was above and beyond, I feel. My husband had bought me a lovely bracelet for Christmas that Newtons just ruined with this terrible gold bar extension. So I, close to tears, took it to Juniker knowing if anyone could fix it it would be them. Sure enough, I am sitting here now with my lovely bracelet looking exactly like it should, thanks to Mr. Ravenstein. Buying new jewelry is fairly easy and they have some beautiful pieces in there. But trusting someone to fix or work on an item is a whole different deal. I dont think I would put my precious memories in the hands of any other jeweler ever again! Remember people: There are jewelry salespeople and then there are jewelers. These people are actual jewelers with real know how.
