I absolutely love Kesslers. I have had my wedding ring for 8 years now and somehow lost a small diamond from around the center stone. It was so easy to get my ring in for repair and it came back cleaned, inspected, polished and brand new looking- just a week later. I am amazed by the level of customer service provided by the staff at the Madison store. I no longer live in Wisconsin and try to make sure I stop by when I come to visit to get my rings checked and cleaned. Laura was amazing. My boyfriend and I had went in with a million questions and absolutely no idea what we wanted to do in terms of designing a ring with the diamonds my grandma had given me from her wedding band. We had no clue how to make it all work. We had the most amazing experience at Kesslers! They made us feel so special and there was no pressure at all. In celebration of our 20 years of marriage I got a new anniversary ring that is so beautiful I cant stop staring at it! I came home and I told my son that when the times comes to shop for an engagement ring to go directly to Kesslers and nowhere else. My only regret is that my husband didnt go there 20+ years ago when he bought my first ring. We have gone to other jewelry stores in the Madison area and NONE of them compare to Kesslers at all! Brett was great and I already have my next ring picked out!

We set up an appointment to look at engagement rings and were asked to fill out a questionnaire of details before we arrived. Unfortunately they asked all the questions over again after we arrived and made me wonder what the point was of questioning me via email was. We could have had the same service with a walk-in.On top of that the sales associate did not seem very experienced and clarity/color ratings werent mentioned at all. Granted we are new to ring shopping the other location we went to later that day was quick to point out these qualities in diamonds.A positive note is we didnt get the car salesmen treatment while we were there. It would have been nice to get a personalized experience and to have been educated a little on the engagement rings and what to look for.I may still do business with them, were still comparing jewelry stores.

I recently went to Kesslers in search of three very specoal gifts--memorial pieces for my two daughters and my daughter-in-law following the tragic death of my son. Im impressed. My wife lost her diamond center stone after damaging her engagement ring. Kesslers repaired the ring and replaced the lost diamond under warranty. They even cleaned and replated both rings so now theyre as good as new. Couldnt be happier with how this was handled by Jay and his team.

I want to start of by saying thank you for a wonderful experience in your Madsion location on July 13th. I have heard all the commercials on the radio for Kesslers and have had experience with local jewelers in our area of Rockford before and did not feel like they cared or I was worth their time because Im not spending thousands of dollars. So for our 19th wedding anniversary I planned on asking the hour and twenty minute drive to Kesslers in Madison to see if what I have heard was true, and let me tell you it absolutely is! My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Nicole Jensen and made to feel very welcome. I expressed that this was our 19th anniversary and we were here to get her a new ring and she congratulated us and walked us over to an area to view some rings. My budget wasnt very large compared to some but we were made to feel very welcome and Nicole immediately showed us some gorgeous rings that were completely in the price range I had mentioned. Nicole took her time and showed us about a dozen rings and my wife kept going back to one particular ring, bingo, that was the one! I was extremely pleased to hear the price which was well within my range and my wife was glowing so thats a win. Nicole helped us size it up and walked me through the timeline for them sizing the ring and delivering it to us. I was extremely pleased with the entire process as I was not looked down on because I didnt have thousands to spend. I went to sooo many different diamond stores when I was shopping for an engagement ring...WITH OTHER STORES: I felt rushed, or blown off and even harassed by other companies. And I found out that a lot of them are owned by the same company anyhow. I heard horror stories of diamonds coming loose and companies turning noses up after the purchase was complete. There can be a lot of regret when paying a lot for jewelry.WITH KESSLERS:I felt listened to, and I was given all the time I wanted and needed to ask questions and revisit the store before making a final decision. After the purchase, we received a gift and a thank you card. Every time my wife came back to have her ring cleaned, it was free of charge, no questions asked. There has been zero issues with the wonderful ring years later! I love the way it shines; but more importantly, so does my wife!!!Since then, I have come back to get gifts for my wife on our anniversaries. There’s something for every budget, and they cater to personal needs. Respect is always given by all of the staff, and I honestly feel appreciated, with or without making purchases.My wife had a special heirloom ring sized for me at Kesslers (an anniversary gift to me). She wasn’t exact on my size when handing the ring to Kesslers (as she was being secretive and could not just outright ask me), so I did end up having to come back in to have it adjusted again; and they didn’t even charge me for the second sizing!I am always hesitant when spending a lot of money, no matter what the item is; but I have only felt joy when thinking about our decision to shop Kesslers. I never leave bad review but this was a truly awful experience! I wish I could give less than one star it was that bad. I was excited to come to this store as I had heard such good things. I went in looking at wedding bands and was offered a cleaning which was great. They then informed me one of my baguette diamonds was a bit loose but they refused to tighten it because they said it was not a strong enough setting to work in. I thought this was odd but was thankful they let me know so I didn’t lose a diamond. We then started the discussion of resetting the ring in platinum so it would be more sturdy and you would not see the almost 100 year wear. From the moment we started talking about the setting I felt extremely uncomfortable with Brett. He pushed me to look at and purchase a wedding band now and insisted they must be solder together. I did. Not like the look of this and told him multiple times. I also was not ready to purchase a wedding band for myself as my fiancé was not with me and I did not like any wedding bands he showed me. He told me I must buy a wedding band before customs finished the ring because he said the diamond would have to be raised. I ended up buying a wedding band at Tiffany 3 times the price of anything he showed me because he was super upsetting to work with and did not listen to any of my wants. When I told him I purchased a wedding band elsewhere he was visibly irritated and made it clear the ring I chose was not as “good” as a Kessler ring ha ya okay! And then this is where things got worse! The cads came back for my custom setting and they were awful! They completely changed the setting of the ring and did not listen to me what so ever. When I told Brett I wanted to go another direction and would like to pick up my ring(that they had for two weeks before I saw any cad) he was snippy with my and told me to look up the number for myself to get it back. So I drove to Milwaukee to pick it up and then drove it 3 hours to my familiar Jewellery. All in all they lost about 15,000 of jewelry work all because of this terrible terrible employee. Have told everyone I know to stay far far away from this place.

The people here are always soo friendly and gonout of there wy to serve.. we arrived and didnt know they were only allowing customers inside by appointment.. so we called and the lady we spoke to made room for us to come in and gave us hand down amazing service

She said Yes!. What more is there to say? The ring did all the work for me! In all seriousness though, Kesslers was great for engagement ring shopping. Matt was extremely helpful getting me through the selection process and showing me all the options to get me the perfect ring that I wanted and not just something they were trying to sell or force on customers. The diamond sparkles real nice. The Kesslers 81 cut is no joke!

Nicole is amazing. She was so calming, no pressure at all and yet excited to help us. She was all over the store picking out rings that she thought I’d like and bringing them back for me to see. As this process continued she figured out my style and helped us find a gorgeous ring and wedding band to replace a smaller engagement and wedding band my husband bought me 35 years ago. I have already told so many friends about her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

If i could give less then 1 star, I would without question. Buying an engagement ring is supposed to be a special moment in someones life. Even more special is the moment someone is surprised to receive this piece of jewelry they have dreamt about for weeks, months, or even years. Kesslers completely ruined this for me. Instead of notifying me, the person who purchased it for thousands of dollars, they notified her (the one who was supposed to be surprised).No meaningless apology is going to fix that, and they were unwilling to do anything to actually help the situation. Most companies would offer something for their gigantic mistake, but not Kesslers. They instead had the nerve to say everyone is treated equal at Kesslers so we cant do anything special for you. This after they ruined everything. Glad that is the same for everyone apparently. Avoid at all costs, not worth the potential of having the big moment ruined because of their inability to do the basics of their job properly.I hope that someone above Jay at Kesslers takes notice of this and actually attempts to rectify the situation instead of just telling me to return the ring and then its problem solved. I hope to hear from someone higher then Jay in the coming days, but I will keep my expectations low based on what i have dealt with thus far.

Great jeweler! Their trade in program is great, I have diamond studs that I’ve traded in every so often to upgrade. They have great customer service, I lost the back to one of my earrings and they replaced both backs and cleaned the earrings for me! They have also done a great job keeping staff and customers safe during COVID-19 doing curbside service.

Beautiful store and wonderful and helpful staff. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring here and we came in to get a wedding band to go with it. They were able to expedite the order since they said it normally takes 42 days to order it and get it in. Since we were getting married in Appleton on Oct 1, 2016 they were able to have it shipped to the Kesslers in Appleton. It came a couple weeks before the wedding and I was able to have the ring and wedding band soldered together and ready in time for the wedding.

We tried a few other diamond places before finding our perfect engagement ring at Kesslers. Everyone else was welcoming enough, but Nicole at the West Side Kesslers made us feel confident that the ring we were going with was just right for us. She was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to find us several stones to chose from. Their warranty and upgrade policy also helped us be confident in our choice. Engagement ring process made easy at Kesslers.Ill admit I was a bit nervous and intimidated going in to a diamond store looking for the perfect ring. However, as soon as I sat down with Nicole I was put at ease with her knowledge and explanation of Kesslers amazing warranty.Not knowing much about diamonds she helpfully provided valuable information about the different cuts, ratings, and clarity. Every time I go in to get my ring cleaned or repairs done everyone is so friendly and assist you right away! I have never had to wait for service! They are on top of things when inspecting your ring!!! My prongs were loose on my wedding ring and were able to repair it in less than a week! Always excellent service!!

Over the winter I came home from work and realized my wedding ring was missing. I went back to the places I stopped after work and found it in a parking lot and it had been run over by a car. When I took it to my jeweler that I bought it from they told me that there was nothing that they could do for me and the insurance did not cover the damage or missing stones. I stopped at other jewelry stores and was told I would need to by a whole new ring at a much higher price. My husband talked me into stopping at Kesslers while we were in Madison. I went in and Terry was an enormous help. She showed me rings in the store that I was interested in not just anyone. She also told me that there was a chance that they could remake my ring. After a couple of trips there she knew that I really loved my wedding ring and wanted it back. A couple of months went by and I finally got a call from Terry to come in and look at the drawing for approval for replacing my ring. When I walked into Kesslers Terry was waiting and she brought out a ring box. I thought it was weird that my drawings were in a ring box. She hands it to me to open it and it was my ring redone. The whole 2 months she had been emailing with my husband to replace my ring back to new. I was so shocked. There service that I got from Terry was impeccable and I would tell anyone to go and work with her.

From the day I went to look at rings to now having the finished product, working with Kesslers has been a 5 star experience. Terry G was extremely helpful and generous with her time letting me try on many styles. After the proposal, they gave us a generous gift and even quickly worked with me to tweak the final product until it was absolutely perfect. I cant recommend Kesslers enough!

After growing up and hearing the owners voice on the radio all the time, I was skeptical. If the store is that great I cant believe they have to have radio commercials so, there for, it must be cheap/tacky. I couldnt have been more wrong.I started with recreating my Grandmothers old right and the woman I worked with spent about 2 hours with me, showed me EVERYTHING! I swear, the whole store was at my workstation. Different mounts, different bands, gold vs white gold vs titanium, different styles, etc. Since I had no idea what I was doing/wanted she helped me figure it out and gave me so many examples to choose from.I have been in sales for about 10 years, so after she did all that work and I walked away without making a decision, I was pleasantly surprised when there was no push back to finish the sale. I ended up getting my ring remastered there and its GORGEOUS!They have also been fantastic with my fiance regarding my engagement ring. He had gone in a week before and started the process and never let it slip to me that he was working on that. My engagement ring was custom as well and turned out beautiful. I would recommend them for everything!

Weve had nothing but outstanding service every time we go to Kesslers for our rings. We recently upgraded my center stone and it was a swift process and no pressure to buy the diamond they wanted to sell. I chose what I thought was the most full of sparkles but it wasnt the most expensive. I think it is absolutely stunning and cant wait to show it off.
