I will have to say this is my first review and I couldn’t be more excited to share my experience with the Diamond Center in Madison. Just walking in the store I felt very welcomed, Nate personally worked very hard to help me to find exactly what engagement ring I was looking for even texting me outside of work to help, which was above and beyond. I decided to customize a ring and Tricia helped me every step of the way and was very patient with me after making two different designs. Fantastic service by Nate and all others at the store. We came in because my 8yo son found some stones which he was dying to know if they were real. I called and they were so kind on the phone and willing to indulge in my sons request.When we arrived Nate was so patient and took the time to show my son why the stones were not real and then showed him what real diamonds look like. My son left sad about his stones but so happy with the experience. They won my business with their fantastic service! Highly recommend, beautiful options and excellent prices.

I came to the Diamond Center looking to have work done on a wedding band and get an engagement ring. We worked with Trisha who was amazing. Part way through, she informed us that she was going on vacation and Nate Sims would be taking over. When Mr. Sims came to meet us he began to ask where I was from. I replied that I was from Wisconsin to which he said “oh so are you just a super tan white girl or…”.When he said this Trisha seemed as equally shocked as I was. Seeing as he made a huge mistake, he tried to cover by saying his wife was Hmong.When I called later, the manger told me Mr. Sims was “likely the most culturally responsive and aware member on their team.” If this is the case, I sincerely worry about this location. I do not urge any people of color to come here. You will not receive the respect and pleasant experience you deserve.

Nate and Chloe helped us. We had an engagement ring that was a family heirloom, so we only went in to get a wedding band. We surely were not the biggest sale they were going to make that day, but they gave us all the time, attention, and customer service we could possibly ask for. They helped us pick the right item, not necessarily the most expensive one.The place is also very clean, welcoming, and they offer free refreshments while you (or your significant other) look around. We will gladly go back next time we need anything.

Quick story of how we ended up at The Diamond Center ----- lol -----My fiancé had proposed with a different ring from a different jeweler (he did great) but I wasnt 100% in love with the ring because I wasnt a big fan of a diamond shape that was on the band. We went back to the first jeweler and they werent able to help us with the look of the ring so we took the ring with us and popped into The Diamond Center where we met Tricia and Brett. Tricia was able to help us customize a ring that would look similar to the first ring and still within our budget. Tricia is wonderful. She is so friendly and so flexible with our changes - I probably changed my mind 100 times and pretty sure my fiancé was tired of listening to me going back and forth about the ring because I didnt know what I was looking for or what I wanted the ring to look like in the end 😅 Anyways, we purchased the customized ring and returned the first ring. After shopping for a quality diamond for an engagement ring at Kesslers, Chalmers, and Grunos, I checked out the Diamond Center. The Diamond Centers customer service was as amazing as Kesslers (and much better than Chalmers and Grunos), but the Diamond Center had better prices and the same warranty/guarantees/promotions. I worked with Nate Sims who got to know my preferences and helped me to select the perfect engagement ring. He acted less like a salesman and more like an advisor/diamond expert. Weve happily come back regularly for free cleanings and purchased our wedding bands for a great deal, as well. Its now been three years since we were engaged and plan to come to the diamond center first for our future purchases!

Nate was extremely helpful while picking out my fiancées engagement ring. We looked all around the store and when nothing stuck out to me he mentioned custom making a ring. It turned out fabulous and my fiancée loves it. When we went back together to get it resized, Nate got us excited about the wedding band purchase. The Diamond Center came to the rescue by helping us design the PERFECT custom ring. At first we thought designing our own ring would be very overwhelming & expensive - we were so wrong! Sam & Tricia listened to our wants, took time with us to go over every detail, and made us feel at ease with the whole process. We ended up designing a ring that was much better quality AND more affordable than rings we saw at big box stores. They had great follow-up but were never pushy, they stayed conscious of our budget, and they take the time to really educate you about their products. We live over 2hrs away, so working online with both email and pictures/videos made it a smooth transaction for my very complex request. This is a pretty local business and the staff here are awesome!We walked in right after visiting one of the big nationwide stores and this place was so, so much more relaxed and personal. Right off the bat they offered us a Spotted Cow and we met Tricia, who helped us narrow down what we wanted. It was no problem at all that we didn’t want diamonds and we ended up designing a custom Sapphire ring together, which turned out beautiful and for much less than a traditional diamond ring!

She loves glittery and sparkly jewelry, and was interested in a very unique, art-deco sort of style. I knew a custom ring was the answer, and thats when we got in touch with the Diamond Center. We worked with Brett and Tricia, who are absolutely fantastic, and they brought my fiancees dream ring to life.The Diamond Center made the custom ring process simple and extremely rewarding. We showed them some ideas, talked through them, and together came up with a plan. It wasnt long before they were able to provide us a 3-D rendering, and physical wax model, of what the ring would look like. That. Was. Amazing! Seriously, to be able to see her future ring before it was made, in a high-resolution computer rendering, from all angles, I cant even express how cool that was. We were able to make sure the design matched our expectations (and make some minor alterations), before giving the thumbs up on making the rendering a reality.The whole process took only a couple months from start to finish. This was for a completely custom design. I dont have much experience in the jewelry world but every expectation I had was blown away. I cant recommend the Diamond Center enough. Also, the price was extremely reasonable considering the result, and you are supporting a local business. Whats not to love?We received the ring in the summer of 2018, and I still catch my fiancee admiring it under good lighting. If I ask her if she likes it, she replies the same way every time, I LOVE IT! She receives so many compliments. With our wedding coming up, this review seemed like a long overdue way to thank the Diamond Center for a job incredibly well done.

I recently received Outstanding service from The Diamond Center. My wedding ring which my wife purchased 8 years ago had a tiny little crack in it. I went into the store asking to get this fixed and they told me that I would get a brand new ring. I asked how much I would have to pay and it was covered 100% since my ring was bought there. So basically no need to shop anywhere else with this kind of service. Will definitely be going back there.

The Diamond Center was nothing but great service for finding my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Brett and his team were great to work with and helped us out whenever we came in. I brought my rings in to get cleaned before my wedding day and didnt realize the engagement ring need to be polished. The staff was able to polish my ring to make it look brand new for my big day. After our wedding day, I was able to bring my rings in to get soldered together free of charge, and could have brought my rings in any time to get soldered together. My rings were soldered and ready for pick up in less than 24 hours! It was excellent service and we will definitely be coming back for all our jewelry needs.

We originally chose our wedding rings from the diamond center 15yrs ago. I was in need of resizing of my rings. My husband chose a beautiful tension set engagement ring made by another company (which now has gone out of business). Tension set is only made by one other company. My wedding band was easily resized because this band was made by the diamond center and was not tension set. Brett, the store manager and Dani, the jewler were on a mission to figure out how we could get my beautiful tension set ring to fit my finger once again. The problem was that the diamond center doesnt have the speciality to reset tension. After several weeks and multiple times of contact we were able to get my ring resized and almost like original. I was so happy with all the effort that Brett and Dani put into making me happy and excited to wear my rings again!!

We were new customers when we popped in to just take a look at wedding bands. Ill admit that my then-fiance and I were high maintenance and needed to see a lot of bands. It took us two appointments to make our final decisions. The team was kind, didnt pressure us, and allowed us to come to a natural decision that we are ultimately really happy about. I sometimes get a sleazy feeling from jewelry shops as you almost feel like youre getting swindled, but not here. On my first trip in there, I told her this was my second store and right now Im just looking. That day, her and Samantha spent the time with me to look at all their current stock and then told me she could custom create something. It was closing time so I scheduled a time to go back. I came in the second time and she spent a lot of un-rushed and un-pressured time with me to create a design my fiance . I went to all the mall type stores as well as Jared next door, which was the absolute worst of them all. The Jared guy just kept telling me this is the perfect one for you, just give me your drivers license and social security number and you can take it home today for literally EVERY ring he pulled out! Tricia was very casual and completely the opposite. She was more interested in me getting exactly what I want and will be happy with than selling me something and pushing me out the door.While I think I could have gotten a little better price if I did a lot of digging and pressuring, I am quite happy with the price I paid and think it was very well worth it for the all together experience I had. I will definitely be back and this place will be my go to for jewelry needs.If she doesnt say yes, Ill say yes! hah :D

While I was panicked, Brett assured me that I was not stuck with the ring I received, and recommended that he reach out to the designer of my engagement ring and ask if they could make a wedding band to match it. The designer agreed and was excited to custom design a wedding band to go along with my engagement ring! The entire process was smooth thanks to Bretts fantastic service! We never felt pressured to pick a ring the same day, nor did we ever feel pressured to buy a ring outside of our budget. Kay Jewelers dropped the ball big time on me for Valentine’s Day to upgrade my husbands wedding band. I got there they said it was no longer available or in his size & said they left me a voicemail - which they didn’t. I came to TDC & they took excellent care of me! I’m so happy! After my awesome experience, when we start shopping for wedding bands I wont be going anywhere but the Diamond Center!

My fiancé and I first went to the diamond center almost two years ago when we first started considering getting engaged. We wanted to price out our options, look at styles, ask questions, but without feeling pressured. We weren’t in a financial position to commit to anything but rather wanted to get an idea of a price so we could budget. We went back several times to check our styles and promotions. Through this whole process they were awesome, giving us all the details and options, without pressuring us to commit to something we weren’t ready to. When the time came that we found THE RING Tricia was our consultant. She was amazing. She fit us in to her schedule and always took her time helping us. We talked about stone options, sizes, clarity, price, and financing. I love my ring so much. The quality is amazing and the people there really take care of you. Amazing value with amazing customer service.

My fiance and I had a great experience here. We were helped by Brett and Sam. I had not been looking forward to getting wedding bands because I hate being sold to, but we came in with a simple request and they accommodated perfectly! No awkward upselling or pressure into something more expensive/ornate, we got exactly what we wanted and left feeling great about the whole experience. Friendly professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We worked with Trisha at the Madison store and have nothing but positive things to say about her and the store! She was more than helpful to my now husband when he was looking for an engagement ring and wedding gift for me and to both of us when looking for our wedding bands! I went into engagement ring shopping knowing only the tips I had read from the internet. I overall looked at 5 different stores around Madison. No one was able to match the prices, selection, service, warranty, and variety The Diamond Center had to offer. I was helped by 2 members at the store who were both great. They worked within my budget and showed me a variety of rings that matched the style I was looking for. I wasnt forced to settle for anything and they kept bringing different ones out until I found the one that I liked. With the diamond, they helped explain all 4 Cs to me along with showing me what all of the different qualities actually looked like instead of just being descriptions on paper. In the end, I was able to find the perfect ring and the perfect diamond to go in it. My now fiance is absolutely in love with the ring and I am too. I could not be happier with the service and selection that The Diamond Center had and would give a 6 out of 5 if I could. I cant thank them enough

I entered this Diamond Center as a young man will little to know knowledge about jewelry. The staff here was extremely welcoming and patient, answering lots of questions and explaining information in a way that was easy to understand and comprehend. I never felt pressured into purchasing and item, and they often have great deals. I would certainly recommend this store for anybody that is shopping for jewelry!

My husband and I have had unbeatable experiences with the staff here. My husband came in with a design idea for an engagement ring, and he worked with Brett over several rounds of refining the design before making the ring, which is stunning. The Diamond Center produced an amazing engagement ring and the whole process went so well. Since then, my husband and I have gotten our wedding bands here, and are continually impressed with the quality of the jewelry and service. We cant recommend them highly enough!

After searching for my soon to be wifes ring I stumbled on this place and had the best experience out of all the places I went to. They were extremely laid back and were not pushy like the other jewelers. The experience was so great we ended up getting my wedding band here too and couldnt be more happy with the quality.

Incredible service from Nate. No pushy sales people. No extra charges. The best part is that the quality of their selection was top notch but that does not affect their reasonable pricing. Much better merchandise than the national chain jewelry store next door.

Incredible jewelry shopping experience. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient as my fiancé and I browsed for engagement rings to make our day. Worked with Nate and Trisha over a couple weeks trying to find the exact diamond for my fiancé. Brett and Tricia did an amazing job walking us through this entire process. We spent many hours with them, but they never made us feel like we were imposing, quite the opposite. My fiance actually even had a last minute change that was perfectly handled. She couldnt be more happy with the finished ring.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am at the service I received from Brett and staff. Customer service and quality is alive and well at the Madison location. My husband purchased my beautiful ring years ago and it needed to be resized. We had since moved out of state but that didnt stop Brett from taking care of a very complex resizing situation. All done with smiles and extensive knowledge of the product. I will purchase no where else!

The Diamond Center is the best. I got my engagement and wedding ring from them and they are so friendly and helpful. They always have chocolate chip cookies for you. Nate is so friendly and helpful and was recognizes you when you walk in and ready to help. I would highly recommend them even for just cleaning old jewelry, it will come out looking brand new!

Our experience was amazing. We were cared for by Nate, Chloe, and Samantha. We came in to upgrade the gold necklace my parents got me when I was 4 years old. We needed no receipt and quickly were told that 100% of what was paid 10 years ago would be credited towards what we picked out today. I decided on a new gold rope necklace and as we were leaving, Nate asked if my mom wanted her ring cleaned for free. He inspected it beforehand and realized the stone was loose. My mom wears the ring everyday and is special to her. Had Nate not gone the extra mile to give us the most excellent customer service she could’ve lost her stone. The service was impressive and we will absolutely be back!

My partner and I both got our wedding bands with Sam at the Diamond Center and couldnt be happier! We made several trips to look at rings because I couldnt decide what I wanted and the staff was never impatient and always willing to revisit all of my ring interests. Trisha went above and beyond in customer service when helping my fiance and I pick out wedding bands and a necklace. Nate was also very helpful in looking at our options. Their selection and prices are great and Trisha even called to let us know it was a good time to use our Santa money to get a better discount. They dont push the sale and worked with what we wanted and our budget. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market to buy quality jewelry.

My husband introduced me to the Diamond Center 11 years ago, and it has become my favorite store for many reasons. First the staff are great - All of the managers are fantastic, Brett and Tricia, you are WONDERFUL! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Brett’s customer service is the reason why I only go to The Diamond Center for anything I need. It was my first time stepping into the Madison location since moving to Madison. When I was greeted at the door by Brett he made it feel like I have been gong there for years. The employees at the Janesville location are the same way and also have excellent customer service! When you are ready for new jewelry don’t waste your time anywhere else. You NEED to go to The Diamond Center!

I’ve been satisfied every time I leave The Diamond Center! The staff has been very helpful since my fiance first got my engagement ring, and he has always had good things to say about them. I was devastated when my ring was missing, and during that time, the staff was sincere and went above and beyond with the process of getting it replaced. Brett made sure to have the ring delivered as soon as possible and I was really appreciative of that. Great employees, great company, and looking forward to getting our wedding bands from them!
