I am very impressed with BR Diamond Suite. Wendy and Sarah helped me with appraising a ring, and they were incredibly professional and informative. I have not gone to many jewelry stores, so I had a few questions naturally. These were all answered wonderfully. Additionally, the place looks incredible! I tried showing pictures to a friend afterwards, but couldnt see any here on Google. So, when I came back to pick up my ring I made sure to take some to share.

SO BEYOND disappointed in the outcome of my great grandmothers ring I sent in to have the shank fixed. They completely altered the ring, taking away all the beautiful hand etched work he had done on the ring and only left the diamonds behind even though I had specifically asked for it all to be untouched. While they offered to take attempt to add those sections back in after seeing how upset I was, I was not about to leave my ring behind again as theyd lost my trust on such a valuable piece to me. I will never go back.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from BR Diamond Suite and we could not be more happy with them. The ring is exactly what I wanted and the staff was very helpful. Wendy helped design the ring and she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She was not only very receptive to what we wanted, but also made sure that we got the best deal possible. The staff’s job is also not done when the band is received. They do a great job making sure that the maintenance of the ring is done, providing a ring cleaning kit I use weekly and ring cleanings for free. We are so pleased with the service at BR Diamond Suite, that we are getting our wedding bands from them. I could not recommend this place enough. Excellent!

BR Diamond Suite exceeded my every expectation in getting an engagement ring, and my fiance is over the moon with it!I shopped around for rings, but nothing had the character I wanted (let alone at the price I wanted). My sisters engagement and wedding rings came from BR and she was very pleased with them, so BR came highly recommended.I visited them and worked with Kristin--she was extremely helpful and forthright with me. I had a rough idea of my budget, but I didnt know what to expect. I told her what my ideas were, and she sketched them out, giving me insight into how costs are broken down, the ring-making process, and the options I had in front of me. She was very explanatory, communicative, and up-front with me every step of the way.In the end, I was able to design--and they hand-crafted--a beautiful engagement ring (the center stone I bought elsewhere from an opal cutter). My fiance and I are unbelievably happy with the quality and design (and I was happy with the cost and customer service as well). Were definitely going back there for all our jewelry needs in the future.

Got a watch for Christmas that required me to get the band shortened. I was recommended by a friend to get it done at BR Diamond Suite. I was very nervous prior to going in because its a jewelry store and Im still going to school, so my income isnt enough to be balling out as I would like to. The point is, I was afraid this was going to cost me an arm and a leg.I arrive a few minutes before my scheduled time and was greeted immediately by the receptionist, Wendy. It was then that I knew I was in good hands. All of my apprehension washed away as she asked me if I needed anything to drink. I ordered a bourbon neat to calm what nerves I had left and I walked around the sales floor as my watch was being worked on. If you havent been in BR Diamond Suite, prepared to be blown away. The inside is phenomenal and the service is even better.The staff were very accommodating to my specific needs (Disclaimer: I have small wrists), as it took a few tries to get the band length just right. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience of BR Diamond Suite. Although I didnt buy anything this time, when the time comes to get my special someone a ring, I know exactly where I will be heading. Thanks BR Diamond Suite!

I simply cannot recommend BR Diamond Suite enough. They were phenomenal when designing my wedding ring 15+ years ago and they certainly did not disappoint this time around. I came to Wendy with a box containing my parents wedding rings and a drawing on a post it note. With that, she and the team created the most beautiful pendant for my mother for Christmas that will be a cherished heirloom for years to come. The personal attention to detail combined with the enthusiasm Wendy brought to the design process was outstanding. I surely cant forget to mention the beyond talented goldsmith that made my idea a reality. I am beyond amazed. My wedding/engagement ring was lost and I needed to get it replaced. I didnt have very good pictures of it, but BR Diamond came through above and beyond what I hoped for. I was expecting a nice ring to be similar to my original. But with only my description and a bad picture at the wrong angle, Carol made me a ring that is almost exact to the one I lost. I am so impressed and thrilled. When I got home I just about cried I was so happy and grateful. Thank you.

I’m always shocked that they remember my name whenever I come in!! Everyone that has helped me has been so knowledgeable and fun to work with. They work by appointment so I never have to wait for someone to help me. If you haven’t been to BR, you are missing out!

Got my wifes and my own rings from BR, great experience. They were great in discussing styles, what to look for, and the price was exceptional. The price was what I was most worried about but the quality products and services I got for what I paid was an excellent ratio.

Today, I was picking them up after they replaced the prongs, resized and cleaned them.They were beautiful, sparkling like the day we got them! I am heartbroken for what they did when they resized my daughters ring. When my daughter returned to pick up the ring and shared her disappointment they brushed it off like it was supposed to look this way. It took them over 4 weeks to ruin the ring, and they wait for you to call them to find out when your item is finished. If you are looking for fine craftsmanship this is not the place for you. Their jewelry pieces resemble more of a cheap costume jewelry look.

I went in to have my ring resized before Christmas. I was told my ring would be done before the new year and would receive a call when it was done. Neither of those things happened I picked my ring up now almost a month later. It looked horrible I was not made aware of the changes made that altered the look of my ring not to mention the ring was also uneven. They did very little to try and fix this ring and made me pay full price for the resizing even though it was not to my liking. I called back to get a refund because I now have to take my ring elsewhere to have more gold added to it because it wasn’t sized correctly. I spoke with Jo, she refused a refund, argued with me on what I originally paid for my ring, and told me the only way to fix it was to bring it back to them. I refused to do that because they already caused a large amount of damage to my ring. This ring holds a lot of sentimental value so I’m very heartbroken at the state it was returned to me in. If you are looking at this business to work with I would consider looking elsewhere as there are many other jewelers in the Madison area that not only know customer service but will make you pieces that they stand behind.

The prices are very competitive, and actually, for cheaper than pre-made rings we found at other jewelery stores that were close to what I wanted, we got to design EXACTLY what I wanted from scratch!! Jo has been so nice and helped make my ideas into a reality and had such good suggestions to really make the ring MINE. Such a fun, positive experience -- I cant wait to pick up my ring!

If you have never been here, then I recommend it highly. They do things by appointment only. Jo is amazing and so nice. She makes sure you are 100% happy. Jewelry is custom made and it is so breathtaking when you see your piece completed! Also, because it is by appointment only, they have less overhead and the cost is reasonable.

The whole staff has been professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had a custom piece made and I couldnt be happier. And they price fairly. This beats a big jeweler every time.

This company did an Amazing job for me! They take great care of you as soon as you walk in. I was able to get my Cushon cut diamond engagement ring for a fraction of the price of the other Jewelers in Madison who are always on the radio! Do not buy from them until you compare!!!! I had only given them less than a week to get it created and have it shipped to Vegas where I proposed and everything went perfectly. I am very pleased

Excellent quality products and great people to work with. My fiancee came here to get my engagement ring and said that they never pushed him to extend his budget, sometimes would even talk him down to save him a few bucks. They were very easy to set up appointments with, and came up with great designs (even with our lack of set ideas!). They still polish my ring for free and have even given me products to do it myself for free. It was not until after working with them that we had realized that my family has been going to BR for years they love it so much. Whenever I see the owner she continues to recognize me and remember my name. I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know.

This place is amazing. You cant do better than having Ron Yoss design and hand craft one of a kind pieces for your loved ones.

I have been a long time customer but it seems in the last year the quality of customer service has decreased significantly. I had two wedding rings resized and repaired and received updates to the original appraisals that were done when they made the rings 10 years ago. One appraisal was exactly the same as the original while the other changed significantly as expected. It took me a trip in to the store to convince them the appraisal was incorrect. That was 8 weeks ago and I still have not gotten the updated appraisal even with frequent follow up phone calls. Very disappointed and they have lost me as a customer.

Not a good experience. My heirloom ring came back after being re-sized with the center diamond crooked, and I had to take it elsewhere to get fixed. No guidance regarding how the ring should be sized.
