Great experience of buying a new phone. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Next time I need anything from the Cricket store, I would drive a few extra miles to this location. Hopefully, by that time the city will finish the roadworks chaos in the area.
Chris was a wizard! She had the phone I requested over the phone ready to go as soon as I stepped into the door. She also flawlessly transferred my files, apps, and info while I just browsed around. A stress free experience!
Chris did a GREAT JOB salvaging my dying phone, set me up with a new phone and was able to save my key data!! And helped me with the inevitable follow up questions, as well. Great experience 👍
Chris at this location is the best. Rockstar service every time! I lost my phone and it was put on a national block list and she was able to get it removed in a couple days. Something that I had had to call cricket customer service every couple days and could not get it done in more than a month. She had it done in a weekend.
Chris was the best, she deserves a raise for being the most outgoing person I’ve ever met.

The women working there were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me a great recommendation for a new phone and patiently went through the transfer process. I called twice with questions that they answered and invited me to come back in if I needed help. Thanks ladies! Also, Cricket is an excellent choice for phone service because it is cheap (i pay $40/month for unlimited) and no-contract so you can opt out any time. Also it uses AT&T service so my service is just as good as anyone elses.

My wife and I were trying to port our numbers to cricket from our previous provider, we visited some other cricket dealer Multiple times, staff there told us our numbers are not legible to be transferred in so they couldn’t do anything to help.We went to Sabrina and Chris, they met the same issue when trying to port our numbers in the system, but they made phone calls to porting department and talked to backend customer services, patiently tried every solution they can think of and finally successfully transferred us to cricket. Obviously stuff in this store are better trained and more knowledgeable. It was a really great experience!
Im a current Cricket customer of 3 years, went in to get a new SIM card for a phone I had on order as it used a different size than what I currently had. Was told I couldnt buy a SIM card without the device it was to be used in present. I explained I had done exactly that on my current phone. She still refused, saying if I wanted to activate it myself I need to have Cricket mail me a new SIM.I walked out and called Cricket. Asked if I could buy a SIM card in a store so I could activate my phone as soon as it arrived. They told me yes and to purchase it at ANY Cricket store. Gave me the address of the store I was parked in front of that denied me. I explained they wouldnt sell me one and the kind rep on the phone simply said I could go get one at Target as well.Went to Target, bought a SIM card there, activated it on my phone just now after the phone arrived via FedEx and am posting this from my new phone now with no problems after a no-hassle activation.Id stay away from this Lynnwood location, clearly they arent familiar with Crickets policies.
Just started at this location the end of August and have had a great experience meeting all the new and current customers. Great location and awesome customers.
We showed up to add a second phone and walked into the store to find no one in it. We called out Hello...Hello and no one came so we looked around the corner in the back room and found no one. After waiting 15 min for someone to show up my wife went next door to see if maybe they were getting food. Long story short my wife had seen someone sleeping in a car out in front of the store and woke the person up and they quickly came in to help us. The service was fin once we got someone to help us. I was actually embarrassed for the rep. All in all we got what we needed done but what an interesting experience.

Went here today to set up new service for two lines with existing phones from AT&T. Phone number port was quick, setting up service was painless, and we are happy with our service so far!
Liz is awesome. I am not a cell phone person and broke my galaxy s4. She told me about samsung smart switch and offered to set up a $20 temporary phone for me at no charge (other than the $20 for the phone). then she said once I had my replacement, she would switch it over at no charge, which she did a few days later. She also offered to help me with and issue since she is a Samsung tech.Set up my new S5, used smart switch to transfer all data from my borken (dead screen) S4. worked like a charm.Awesome customer support. Not all Cricket locations are created equally. Keep up the goo work Liz!

The help at the stores is always horrible, they only care about sales. The actual phone service has been better than expected!

I am in the process of obtaining an attorney to sue this store location for fraud they knowingly withdrew a phone number to my account with out my permission from 5 lines to 4 lines casing my bill to go up 20.00 a month to 120.00 per month i was told by the salesperson that she needed my pin number to look up some phone numbers which was a lie i will be seeing them in court this is the worst cricket store in the seattle area
