My Samsung Note5 died unceremoniously a few days before my husband was scheduled for surgery. At TCC, Christian checked our account and found that, if it could be repaired, it would be worth $600 as a trade in. He gave us the contact info for a trusted cell repair establishment. We spent 24 hours trying to get the phone repaired, to no avail. I went back to TCC and Matthew walked me through choosing a new phone and what changes to our account were possible and to our benefit. He was so helpful and very patient (because I was flustered and without a phone on which to receive emails to conduct the necessary Verizon business to make the transaction go well). He made calls on my behalf and worked hard to have things come out great for me. A week after my husbands surgery, we went back in to trade in his still working Edge6 for that $600. Christian was a great help to us in that. We might have been able to buy the same phones for less elsewhere had we researched, but the customer service and set up assistance in my crisis was worth it to me. Both Matthew and Christian are great.

Christian was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and informative and professional. He took care of two of us and was great at multitasking. Lastly he had a great personality and was a real pleasure to work with.

Customer service was very good. However, I found the same phone at Best Buy for $300 less, on a $420 phone. I ended up returning my phone and getting a phone from Best Buy. Beware of a $30 set up fee that wasnt clearly mentioned and showed up on my final bill. Bottom line good customer service but better deals elsewhere.

Went in because my phone was having issues charging not knowing if they could help me. However Ryan, the nice guy that he is, was able to set me up with a warranty claim to receive a new phone because it was an issue I couldnt have created! His help didnt stop there! He was able to back up all my photos and contacts into the cloud, that I didnt even know about until he did so! I asked if he would be able to help me set up the new one when it came in, and that was absolutely no problem to him and he even told me when he worked for the day I thought I would receive the new phone! I ended up getting the phone a day early! When I went in, Anthony, also a nice guy, helped me to completely set up my new phone as well as get the cloud all figured out on it too! Ugh! I cannot say in words how helpful these two were to me! Lisa was super friendly too! Someone else in the store on my second day greeted me and was being friendly as well! Super super nice and genuine people! Great team working there! Not only will I come back with any issues or questions on my devices, but Ill always recommend them to anyone with phone questions too!

Stopped in 10/28/19 to get new phones. Anthony was experienced, helpful, not pushy and took his time with us. He ordered a phone for me that would arrive a few days later. He set up my husband’s new phone and revamped our account to our liking. Only 2 days later, my phone came in and I received a call from Cathy. She spent a good deal of time with me, persistent with the computer that was being temperamental and really knew what she was doing!! Cathy was also very nice, professional and knowledgeable!! She even helped me clear up an old, dysfunctional email address! She did all this while training a new, very nice employee, Ixchelle. Over all, a very good experience!We also love our new phones!!!

The tech, Anthony, was smart, knowledgeable and patient, very helpful. I did, and still do, take issue with their charging me $19.99 to transfer data to my new phone. It was not by choice that I got a new phone; it was because the old one died--and it was only 7 months old. That should not have been my expense. But I will have to take it up with Verizon. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my experience.

Very helpful and wonderful knowledge, no short cuts. Also used the Shoreline store, recommend this store no hidden fees.

I had an upgrade available and had lost my phone so I used the upgrade because I thought I would spend less money. Wrong!! While I was in store I also canceled a 2nd line that hadnt been used in months.. fastforward to months later and the paperwork wasnt done so Im still getting charged on the 2nd line and no refund for a phone that doesnt exist. Back to the upgrade..I ended up with a phone less nice than the one I had before ( it was paid off and I shouldve just replaced since I had insurance). All together in fees that day I paid just under $200 ( the same I wouldve paid to get a new phone of the previous model). So now Im paying more on my monthly because I have to pay this phone off over the next 22 months. Whereas if I just wouldve replaced the model instead of using their bogus upgrade program I wouldnt have this problem. The service is no better than any other company and they are ridiculously expensive. Its advertised as a free upgrade yet there was a an additional $40 charge in my next bill named upgrade that I had to call to get taken off.

Had a great experience. This is not a tradition Verizon store - it is run by TCC which in turn donates back to the community. Staff were extremely friendly.

I went in to this store because I was having trouble with my I-phone and I had read a couple of good reviews on line about this particular place. Joe George was the young man that helped me to resolve my issue. It turned out to be an easy fix as it was an operator error on my part. To his credit he handled it professionally and never at any time made me feel embarrassed for not understanding how to work my phone. He even showed me a few more features about which I never knew. Since I was there, Joe took the time to look into my account and saw that we were overpaying as the status of a couple of phones on our account had changed. He was able to update our account leaving us with more money in the bank. I can not recommend Joe highly enough and I will be sure to tell all my friends about what a great experience I had at this Verizon store...and Joe if you read this, thank you again for all your help.
