After going here Ive decided it would be best to change carriers and you should too. They do not care about you as a customer or to help you as a person. Maybe they dont know what theyre doing but either way the service sucks. Save yourself some time and energy by reading this. Youre welcome!

I went the store because one of the App was not working. The assistant manager showed me how to fix. That was fine. Then he proceeded to tell me he can give me a tracker for free. All I need to do is to pay $6.30 tax and signed the dotted line. I said: OK. That was the only conversation. I found out after printing out the term of agreement that I will be charged $10 per month for the tracker! Today I returned and then he said to me I will be charged$45 for restocking fee. The is a total scam. Why would I pay to return an item Sprint gave me for free? Never use this store again. Be careful if you decide to go to this store. The assistant manager kept saying I will be charged extra for higher fee. I will pay any price to get rid of the stuff I don’t need!! I am thinking of changing to another carrier. Very bad customer service.

I keep going to this store because the other T-mobile stores “don’t have the sprint system yet” and every single time they mess something out, I went to pay off a phone and now they charged me twice and I still owe them money. Horrible service

I went to this store because my daughter needed a new phone. They were great in helping me out with that. They then said that, with my new upgrade, I can get a Galaxy Tab A for free. I specifically asked if my bill would be any higher with the promotion and they said no. They then mentioned, oh, by the way we have to add a line in such a way that sounded like it wouldnt cost anything. Again I asked if my bill would be higher and they said no. So, I figured why not? Fast-forward to the next month, and my bill is now $50 more/month because of the extra line. I was able to get T-Mobiles customer service to cancel the additional line, but that caused the free tablet promotion to end. The store would not allow me to refund the tablet, so now Im stuck paying for a tablet I didnt want and dont need. They basically lie in order to upsell you. If you use this location, do not let them upsell you or set you up with free stuff.

Was in there the other day and Melani was so helpful she went above and beyond to explain everything to me. You could tell shes been doing this for a while because of her knowledge about the Google Pixel and every little detail. When its time for me or my family to upgrade we will be going back to see her.she knew about all of the different phones and listened to me and what was most important to me which was taking amazing pictures of my. If there was a way to give her 10 Stars I would.

I went in there to try and get an iPhone 11 Pro Max that was advertised 0 down and the guys that were in there had no knowledge about that promotion and tried selling it to me cash price, I do not recommend this place.

I have always enjoyed services at this store, but the new employees I found there do not deserve working in an place with human traffic. They would perform better working with wild animals. There is a guy who is not human at all!

These guys are always on fire! They take care of customers like best friends. And they treat their visiting reps (LIKE THE LG REP) like hes apart of the family! Highly recommend visiting for your cellular needs

Went in to have a couple problems solved on a new S9 that a different T- Mobile site couldnt fix. It took almost an hour plus a call to their tech support but Ashley got my phone working like its supposed to. Five stars for excellent service.

Literally the worst customer service imaginable. The customer service people appear helpful at first, but they are deceitful and you dont end up getting what you thought you were going to get, or you end up getting charged mystery fees that you didnt know about.Ive had too many specific problems to mention, but the most recent is that I have paid for the extended warranty every month on my Galaxy s2, and then when it finally broke and I tried to have it replaced, they told me that they didnt have any in stock and I would have to wait till they get some. I dont know about you, but I use my phone pretty regularly, and just waiting indefinitely for a replacement is a pretty crazy thing to tell a paying customer they have to do without any other options.Save yourself while you still can, go to Verizon.

Wow the store manager told me that she didn’t know how to put a screen protector on an iPhone 7. It’s unbelievable that she’s in charge of a store and she didn’t even ask other employees who were just standing around. Very unprofessional and lacks in customer service. I’ve always had a very good experience in other stores and I’m very disappointed with this store. No wonder this store has a very low grade.

I bought a new phone. I didnt have many questions. None of them were answered. The staff couldnt transfer my contacts onto my new phone which I spent 600 dollars on. Instead they kept trying to sell me stuff I didnt need or want. Horrible lack knowledge staff and the other staff member was swearing when describing items very unprofessional. Wont ever return to this store again!

Upgraded to an LG Stylo 4 this weekend. Aman was super-helpful in every way, setting us up with the best suggestions for a screen protector and case. When we ran into some trouble transferring the contents of my phone to my new phone, Aman was extremely patient and managed to bypass our issues quickly. She spent extra time applying two separate tempered screen protectors, when the first one bubbled. The second one still had a few minor bubbles on the side, so she encouraged us to return in 24 hours or so to see her for a fix if the bubbles didnt resolve. They didnt, so I returned. Aman and an assistant manager tried two other tempered glass protectors several times for me, including one from their mall kiosk they called & went to get. Dont get tempered glass protectors if you go for LG Stylo 4 btw; it bubbles on the sides. They gave me a plastic one instead, then offered to put on any tempered glass protector we find online. If you go, ask for Aman. She goes out of her way to help.

Terrible. I walked in the store waiting to be helped and got skipped 3 times. The first time, I was like, mistake happens and I made sure to be in the vicinity of the next person available. In walks other customers and they were helped first. Third time, exact same thing. I guess I didnt seem like I was the type to buying customer so I was ignored. Too bad I ported over 8 lines over at the kiosk inside the Alderwood mall.

Staff at T-mobile usually are nice but when i got a new phone here they made me purchase a new sim card for $15 although the phone already comes with a sim card in it and they included the phone insurance although I said no. Disappointed.

Zach (and the manager), sold me a non function phone. When I returned it, I was charged a $50 restocking fee. Im not super happy about paying almost a thousand dollar phone, being unhappy, and paying to have them restock it.

Sitting in the store for over 20 minutes. 4 employees 2 customers . My transaction would take 2 minutes. Pissed poor customer service. When I asked an associate if I could pay my bill. Was told, while he is typing on a computer, that he could not help me because he did not have a computer available.
