Came into this store for some accessories… as soon as I walked in they all greeted me which was awesome because every other store I visit they never greet & the service is not always the best. (I understand the wait times but at least acknowledge your customers)Long story short Tay helped me out & she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable & not pushy at all. The manager came over, Marquise, & offered me an accessory coupon for being a long time customer & explained everything very thoroughly.Will definitely come back.

Tai at the Lynnwood store is a gem. She greeted me and the other person entering the store behind me with a warm, genuine smile and both of us were served immrdiately. She helped me with a scanning issue, and walked me thru the process and other related issues until I was comfortable with the process. I went in to the store with my very handsome boyfriend because he needed to start a new plan using his same phone. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and still walked out right on time with a new phone number and an unlimited plan for $75/mo (with no contract). It was completely hassle-free. The manager, Sean, helped us through the process, even waiting for us to run home to grab my very handsome boyfriend’s social security card right before the store closed. Thanks Sean for the excellent service!
Very helpful staff! Went to get a new iPhone and they were able to help me get a new one without raising my bill so much. They also helped me transfer everything as I have no idea how to do that.
AT&T, in general, seems like a decent phone company, however I wont be going back to this particular store. I went in at the end of March to buy myself and my mother a cell phone. Marcelo helped me and when I told him what I was looking for he started telling me about one specific phone. Usually when I go into a store to shop for a phone Im shown a variety of phones but I thought Id just roll with what he was telling me. I had my toddler with me and she started getting fussy so I was having a difficult time concentrating on what Marcelo said and at one point mentioned maybe coming back. Marcelo mentioned it wouldnt take that long to set up the phone and so I stayed. After he had me pick out a phone number I started looking at the other cheaper phones. When I mentioned getting a cheaper phone he informed me hed have to charge me a re-stock fee for the phone he was setting me up with. He mentioned I had 14 days to try out the more expensive phone. I knew I couldnt afford the more expensive phone but they were going to charge me the re-stock fee no matter if I used it or not. I ended up returning the more expensive phone for a cheaper phone at a different AT&T and when I mentioned what happened when I went at the original store they were saying that maybe I could talk to the store manager to see about getting the re-stock fee refunded, as I hadnt been informed of a re-stock fee and they were going to charge me a $55 re-stock fee when the phone was still in the box. I went into the original store and was told the manager was out but I could contact corporate and they may re-fund the fee. I contacted corporate and they told me they couldnt refund the fee and it could only be refunded by the manager of the original store. I called the original store on 2 different occasions and left voice-mails with my name, phone number and a message for the manager to call me. BOTH calls were not responded to. I decided to try again today and spoke with Sean/Shawn who claimed to be the manager. After I explained everything to him he said that any re-stock fees couldnt be refunded. I mentioned to him that I had never been informed about a re-stock fee prior to getting the phone. Then he mentioned that it would have been in the paperwork ‐ IN TINY PRINT, I assume. When I told my bf about my experience he said he had been hard saled by Marcelo as well and had cut him off mid sales pitch. So my advice to anyone who is thinking of visiting this store is to find a salesperson that will show you a variety of phones, if youre not completely sure of the phone youd like dont sign anything before youre sure of the phone cause once you sign these guys will charge you $55 for a re-stock fee, even if the phone hasnt been touched! I had better luck at the downtown Seattle AT&T. If youre in the Lynnwood area I would recommend visiting the AT&T in the mall. Honestly, after reading some other reviews on this store on other websites and after my own experience I would avoid this particular store altogether.
I would agree with the previous poster about customer service being difficult to work with. Its hit or miss with 611. Sometimes Ive gotten help, sometimes Ive been passed around for over an hour trying to get to the right department and sometimes Ive had to hang up because Im not getting anywhere with the agent. I think AT&T could do a little more training. And make it easier in the automated system to reach a live person.

Went there to get a new sim card because my old phone was stolen and the guy working there was super fast and knew exactly what he was doing. he helped me set up my new phone and sim card as well as suggested some good phone cases and screen protectors. im very pleased and will come back to this store in specifically if i ever have an issue with my phone again!
Wow. The entire team at this location is SO helpful! Came in for the usual upgrade and was promptly greeted by both the manager (Alex) and a representative (Marcelo). He was very knowledgeable on both Android and Apple devices as I had a ton of questions. He helped me put on my screen protector and transferred my data flawlessly. Overall my best ATT experience so far! Thank you guys!

I was in there today and I guess they are short staffed. The one guy in there ( cause the other one was in training) did really well in helping those in the store. Im guessing they have to wear their mask. I work retail, I still have to wear a mask. But my question is, why you gonna wear a mask if its just gonna hang off your mouth and not be worn properly? Cause your boss ain’t there? Im vaccinated and still wear one to protect others. Some ppl cannot get the vaccine yet. Just dont wear your mask if u dgaf.
Had an amazing experience visiting this store. Very welcoming staff. Was helped out by Scott and Marcelo. Both wore masks and had a great attitude. They quickly helped me out with what I needed and even held the door for me as I was leaving. Scott was cute.

After months and months of major frustration with AT & T management from another location, after they completely messed up our business accounts and devices, we stopped in to this store to get our account straightened up. we were so pleased to have the amazing service and knowledge provided for us by Dante. He was able to delete 7 numbers that we shouldn’t even have had attached to our bills, reassigned numbers that were all mixed up, and he helped us with a new phone purchase. What a relief to finally get excellent service and with efficiency! We are so relieved we will no longer be getting billed monthly for ghost accounts. And now we can breathe! Obviously we have additional phone calls we’ll have to make to customer service for some reimbursement, but we FINALLY got this mess straightened out that started at another location. He is smart and knows his stuff. Thank you Dante at the Lynnwood AT&T store.

Terrible. Ran by customer service reps who enjoy wasting your time. Went in at 1PM to do take care of simple things like trade in a phone. Left at 1:52PM and the reps were unable to take care of it didnt know how to do it. Word of advice, do not come to this store go to the one in the Alderwood mall.Edit: when asking the customer service rep if we can wait in the car while they try to figure out how to do their job the guy said no we must physically be in the store. Kid forgot it is COVID season.
I prefer AT&T over other carriers however, just like all of them the main goal is selling service and the few limited devices that they push on customers. Customer service is outsourced to Malaysia and Tech support is privatized to an outside provider. Neither offer much help after the fact.
I had the BEST experience at the AT&T store in Lynnwood with Tyler! I dont review often but I couldnt resist.. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while inquiring about a new phone (not tech savvy) and TV. I HIGHLY recommend going to this store and asking for Tyler to help you with all your needs.In the midst of a pandemic, I was a little hesitant, but masks were being worn and all necessary precautions were made that I felt safe. This store was VERY clean compared to other stores I have been in. A true sense that employees go above and beyond and take pride in their store and safety for not only themselves but for customers too.Tyler wanted to make sure that my questions were answered and even took the time to make sure I knew of all of the cool features of my phone. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner and didnt make me feel like any of my questions were dumb.Its been a couple of days since I was there and I just cant get over how my good my experience was and my interaction was with Tyler. Thank You!

Im not an AT&T customer but I bought a charge cable from a different store yesterday. It was the wrong size, and I didnt have a receipt. They had to jump through a few hoops, but they still did the return for me.
Jimmy was super helpful in setting up both of our new phones. He took the time to add the screen protectors that we purchased and was super patient answering all of our questions. Highly recommend working with him to get your AT&T serviced phones upgrade!

On January 4, I come to this store I see have only two customer. I was waiting for about 15 minutes and asking where is all the staff. One staff come to me and take my name down, he says someone coming to help me and I waiting about another 20 minutes. I saw in the back room have at least four staff hiding in the back there, no one coming out to help me. It really bad customer service. This store needs to retraining all the staff and need better store Manager. If anyone needs help on phone service coming to Edmonds store. They have excellent customer service there. I came there asking for them to add two line and they get it done in 20 minutes.
The employee Johnny was no help what so ever. He was saying false information and we knew it wasn’t right. He was not friendly and his attitude was horrible. Ended up just leaving and going to the Everett mall and the lady helped us out super fast with no hiccup and she didn’t bring up any of the false information like he did. Wouldn’t advice going there

I love my iPhone6 I got there never have any billing or customer service issues and Ive always had great service anywhere Ive went. Whenever I go in the store I am totally welcomed and feel as if Im part of the AT&T family. Ive had services from Sprint T-Mobile to Verizon and I have to say AT&T is by far my favorite. Thank you everyone at this location for making my experience wonderful. I will come back and I will recommend others to visit here!

Un-valued customer going to Verizon. Sold me the wrong phone and wouldnt even consider waving the restocking fee. If $45 dollars is worth losing a 12 year customer, Im pretty sure AT&T is going to need to hike their rates again. Manager called me a liar when I said nothing was gone over, and the phone turned out gold. Had I know it would cost me $45 I probably would have checked everything before I left, but simply opening the box cost me, and not only wasted my time but my money. Suppose I should thank them, since my experience led me to find out Im over paying by $65 per month.
Leaving this review at the recommendation of AT&T customer care.Watch out for the beard guy. He’s really unpleasant. He expressed that my choice of phone and plan were bad, and maintained an angry look at me for the duration of my visit. I just left feeling bad. I wish I had bought the phone from the other salesperson.

Was on the fence about switching to at&t but a sales rep named Victor convinced me to give them a shot and haven’t been disappointed in the year or so I have had it. Will be going back to talk to Victor if I have any problems or for future purchases.

Not only did he do a flawless job but he was nice and gave us awesome customer service despite the fact that we werent there to spend any money. Highly recommend this location and Kyle! While I am upset with AT&T with pushing the Next program in order to make customers pay for their phone at full price when two years ago you got both a phone discount and a contract discount, the staff at this store was very helpful.I dealt with Mark, who spent an hour getting me all squared away with my phones and contract changes. I recommend this store if you need good customer service.
We were told that in order to get the buy one get one for $50 iphone XR, wed need to add a third line but that it would save us over $300 in the long run because the phone installment plan was $33 a month and to add a new line was only $20. Got the first bill. BS- the phone line is $37 something per month because of all the taxes & fees. That is MORE than the installment plan if we were to buy the phone instead. We absolutely do not need a third line. We just got screwed and will be going back to demand justice.

Horrible service every time we have been in! Tried to upgrade to a smart phone on one of my lines and ended up being told that it would be a different price a month then what I was told prior. On top of that we were still charged on our bill like we had a second smart phone and we didnt. We went back into the store to try to fix it and they had no idea what we were talking about! Cannot speak for the entire store+employees, but I am writing this for Jose, a sales rep who made my ATT experience great!Came by on an evening browsing for a plan to port out from another carrier. Jose approached us professionally and respectfully looking to see the various plans that could satisfy us. Although we were hesitant on changing the plan, we presumed with it as Jose promised that as long as we cancel the lines within 24 hours we wont be charged. He wrote the consent on a paper and stapled his business card, assuring us that we will not get charged. Eventually decided to cancel the new ATT line for personal reasons through the phone.A month later, we received a bill of ~$300 and received a warning that if it is not paid it would impact my credit. Went to the store to inquire about it, and the manager insisted that we would need to pay despite having written consent (she was not very knowledgeable and rude). Waited at the store till Jose came, and he figured everything out as he took full responsibility of the issue. In the end, did not spend a penny!Thank you Jose for knowing the situation, taking full responsibility, and being professional! Will come back to see Jose at this ATT location if I have to!

They talked me into a 99cent upgrade. I got permission from my boss because the first phone I got from them was not working well and froze up all the time and didnt get calls at my home or work ( both green, good service areas on their map). I burnt an upgrade, my new phone didnt work and I got in trouble at work because they billed us over $30 for a faulty phone. They are not helpful. They straight lie to your face.
Anytime you have to deal with AT&T is frustrating and the group of men I found here was typical..sit on their butts and be no help unless you want to buy new equipment and a new plan. I have an old plan and couldnt get help with a new phone. They suggested ordering online is easier. Lazy bunch of milllenials is all they currently have for staff
On sub-par for an AT&T store... went mid-day, expected some excitment for a customer, but was welcomed with more of great here comes another one. I am well above average when it comes to tech related topics include cell service (side example - person who helped me, didnt know AT&T was a GSM based carrier). Anyways, I felt like I was be spoken down to the entire time despite having legit questions/concerns... I know we all start somewhere, but dont treat customers who 1. Know a things or two about why they are there 2. Are coming in with a concern backed with facts/data to show 3. A customer for over a decade!IMO - Ive had much better luck at the Woodinville store or over the phone after you ask for a manager. They know what they are talking about...I hope this helps someone out there.

This place is a joke. Went to alderwood mall location Got on waiting list and waited for 20 minutes till every customer being helped left the store and no one even said a single word to us. Extremely annoyed. We finally just walked out. I would rather take my money elsewhere

I went in to the store because my Android phone was running slow and over heating. I was the only customer in the store. The gentleman who assisted me, Yasir K, first of all, spent the whole time trying to sell me various products that I did not ask about or need. One of the products, a discounted phone case he described, actually got me pretty excited, then he went back to grab me one, and they were sold out. Disappointing, but not a big deal. I told him I wanted to just get a larger SD card so I could move everything from my phone there to free up space. Instead, he did not seem to listen to me, but clumsily started moving my files around on my phone, but ended up moving stuff all over around my phone, and then laughed when he almost deleted 200 of my personal pictures! I did not find it very funny. Then he confessed to me that, although he had worked for the company over 10 years, he had an Apple phone so he didnt really know how to do some of the things. Finally, as he rang me up, I was asking him if I needed some of the Samsung apps that my phone came with, or if I could delete them. He had no idea. He claimed he had never seen any of the apps I asked him about, apps that come with every Android phone. As I was looking through my phone, a couple functions had stopped working after he had finished with my phone. I showed him what happened and asked him to help fix it, and he had no clue how to do it, so I ended up having to figure it out myself! Wow. At the end, I politely suggested he perhaps familiarize himself better with Android phones, or had someone familiar with the technology assist me next time, but he got very defensive with me, so I just left, extremely irritated.

This place is awful. My husband and I came in 2 YEARS AGO b/c we were thinking of getting iPhones and new accounts with Att. It ended up being too much, so we opted out of buying the phones and KEEPING THE ACCOUNT. Now my husband is in collections to pay a bill from them when we dont even have their service.
Waited 10 mins along with another woman they told us they would be right with us, then they help the first people to walk through the door after us. Very disrespectful employees

Absolutely the worst att store. I was shopping with my mom and the sales clerk tried to talk me into the iPhone 6. I said I wasnt sure. She told me I could try out the 6, at no risk to me. I had 14 days to return for any reason no questions asked. So I thought I had nothing to lose. So I signed up for the iPhone 6. I didnt want to pay more per month than I had been on my 4s and they assured me they had. Great deal going and my new bill would only be a little more per month. When I received the receipt email, I saw my plan was over 50% more per month, a $37 increase per month, not the $12 we I had been showed in the store. Then, I changed jobs and had no service for att at new workplace. That decided it. Att wasnt going to work. I only had the phone for 12days. I called the store and the assured me I could return it, but there would be a restocking fee. I said fine. I went in on the 13th day, again made sure I was within the return period, and I was again assured I was. So, I returned the phone. It went fine, easy. They charged me the restocking fee which I charged to my debit card right then, and said they I would be emailed a receipt. I received an email that my account status had changed and I could login for more details. 6 weeks later I get an $800 charge for the phone. Now Ive gone round and round with customer service telling me to contact the store and the store telling me to contact customer service. There is no record in their system that I returned the phone. I showed them the restocking fee charge on my bank account, but it (conveniently) doesnt show up in their system. What a load of utter BS. This absolutely reeks of a scam. I was surprised how easy it was to return the phone, and that was why I checked multiple times. I should have know it was too good to be true. Now, Im being told I have to into an ATT headquarters with photo ID to even have them access my account, this from people who used to access my account over the phone all the time. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!! And, to top it off, every time I call I have to listen to a message about how att won highest ranking customer service. Yeah, right. Their incompetence, their mistake, or worse, their thieving dishonesty and Im out $800.
