WONDERFUL, quick and best price in Lynnwood.I was able to wait while my screen, battery, and both cameras were replaced. Took about 30 minutes.I checked Best Buy and they didn’t even have the parts to repair my phone. They said it would have to stay overnight and the wait to speak with someone was longer than just the repair here. BB was also reluctant to do repairs with a broken camera, but this place had no problem with just fixing the screen and battery.I was reluctant to go to the mall but it was so worth it.Also, check for their sign, because there’s another repair store close to them, but Cellaxs’ booth is larger and presumably has better stock.The repair person walked me through all the choices and even recommended against my camera repairs. He warned me that the resale value of the phone was lower than the repairs because my cameras were broken. Instead of just trying to maximize revenue, he gave a breakdown of why it might not be worth repairing at all.The guy was easy to work with and overall process better than expected.

I called last minute. My niece need a new charge port and home button. I went to two places to get it repaired no one would help me and one place tried to over charge my niece because she was a teenager until I walked up. I was ready to give up until googled and found Riydah. I called him and he told me to come right in and he would take care of us. Thats exactly what he did at very reasonable price and the same day. I would recommend Cellaxs to everyone for their phone repair needs hands down.

PLEASE SPEND $50-100 more at Apple get your repair GUARANTEED.This place will make sure to not tell you that getting your phone repaired will void any water resistance that your iPhone has probably any phone has. They also will refuse to do anything to help you afterward. Wouldn’t even run a diagnostic to see if my phone could be fixed. Our tech just kept repeating that it’s our fault for getting the phone destroyed. (4 inches deep in a pool for a underwater photo.) literally was out of the pool for the shot!Thanks for taking my $170

We went to the Apple store and Best Buy to replace our IPhone X battery. They were only interested in selling us a new phone. We w ent to Cellaxs Phone repair in the mall. They installed a new battery and had it fixed very quickly. Fast, friendly, great quality service!!!

Unfortunately they do not use genuine Apple screens and unknown to me with newer iPhones this causes a ton of issues. They have offered 3 new screens still having issues. Over $350 spent to still have a non faulty screen. Apple lists the issues you can have with fake screens on their website.

Went there to replace my phone screen its Samsung A70, the screen didnt function well, the finger print is not working and the phone sensor too, the phone keeps blinking while calling, and timer scroll number didnt work too!!I went there again 2 to 4 times the store didnt fix anything and refused to refund the screen cost which was 135 dollars!!!Bad service

This is a scam, zero stars. We were over accommodating and understanding for over 6 MONTHS to get a screen replaced on our daughters iPod Touch. Some of the various lies we were told: they didnt have the part, the installer had covid, the installer was sick again, the part wasnt available (but no refund offered), a family member died, and finally....the owner claimed he had to leave the country (during Covid...hmmmm). We finally were asked to go to a random, private residence to pick up the STILL BROKEN Touch. If it sounds unbelievable, trust, we felt the same. Please pay the extra money and just go to the Apple Store or any other store. No refund has ever been offered - were out a $100 and our 10 year-old has now been educated in scamming.

I went in to their location in the mall under the name Smart Fix and they ordered a screen for my daughters phone, I paid for it in advance and was told it would be there in 1 week. I came back a week later and was told a few more days and so it went for 1.5 months. I decided I wanted a refund instead since $300 is a lot of money, but the person in charge that day didnt know how. I came the next day and the person that originally helped me was there and said that they refunded me, I asked for a receipt, since they supposedly did it without my debit card present, and they REFUSED! 2 weeks later I filed a complaint with the mall manager and that is when I found out these Kiosks were the same. Which I did ask them directly and they had said no.Not only did they not fix my daughters screen, they refused to refund correctly.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN. After a month of dealing with the guy who runs this place, I have gone through all of this:- He ordered the wrong screen 2 different times; it took 3 weeks to finally get the right screen. He had the audacity to tell me that I gave him the wrong phone model (he looked at my settings himself and wrote it down. He forgot to note that it is the plus version). Not my fault at all.- I still havent recieved the screen protector I paid for and it has been a month. He says the website that he orders them from are still out of stock...BUT WHEN I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK, HE WONT GIVE IT TO ME!- He finally got the right screen...but it has major problems! The touch screen is malfunctioning and clearly wasnt put in properly. I used snapchat as an example to show him what was happening but then he just blamed snapchat. No. Just no. It isnt Snapchat, it is the screen.- I saw him be rude to multiple customers. He would have his headphones on while talking to me and others and would keep saying what? Even though people were trying to talk to him.- Ive been in customer service and sales forever and this guy is one of the worst employees I have ever seen.- There is another phone repair place two kiosks down, go there. This guy doesnt deserve anybodys hard earned money.

I had my iPhone XS screen replaced here and after a few days the screen is constantly glitching. I had a friend come here too and they charged him more for the same phone and his screen also is constantly glitching. Would not recommend. Pay the extra $50 to go to apple

Got my iPhone 7 Plus screen changed. The front camera stopped working. They said the camera parts are not there with them and they are awaiting shipment and will be getting that in a week. After a week, they said they have it. Went to the shop to get my phone fixed, after reaching there they said they don’t have the parts. I was given the manager number and I called him and he asked to order the parts from amazon and being it and get that fixed. Being a phone repair shop, this is the worst ask to a customer. I did not have my camera working for 3 weeks now and I agreed to this. I went there on Sunday and got the camera accessory fixed. When I asked them to give the camera accessory cost, they said that they will charge for the fixing as it is not covered by the screen change charges.Being a customer, I am completely dis satisfied by their service. It’s written in amazon that if the screen is changed, the flex cable has to be changed or the camera won’t work. They knew about this and still accepted the screen change work with out having the flex cable.I am giving one star because that is the minimum I can give.

Will never be coming back here. They “fixed” my screen and 2 weeks later it stops working, the screen literally just popped out. They refused to give me a refund or fix. Horrible horrible customer service and some of their technicians should never touch an iPhone. Spend the extra $25 and take your phone to a REAL phone repair shop please.
