Went in to get my c-port on my pixel 3 fixed, instead, Kyle was able to clean around my port for my phone and check to make sure that the phone was charging and he was able to fix it all up for me. So I didnt need to get my c-port changed on my pixel. It cost me absolutely nothing. Fabulous work! Still feel like I should have paid for him to fix it.

The people at Lynnwood CPR are competent and helpful. They give advice that gets you out of trouble, and dont charge for it. If a real repair is needed, they look for low-cost options and then the work is done on time and on budget.

Just called to get info about my 2017 Mac and if it’s fixable. Robin provided me with a thorough plan of action with realistic expectations for my old computer. Kind, thorough and Not at all condescending. Unfortunately. That has happened when I’ve checked in about repairing my computer. I am long overdue but I have to give a shout out to Kyle!My OnePlus 8G t phone fell out a window. Long crazy story but it fell out of window and was smashed by a car. I was distraught to say the least. I took it to cell phone repair after shopping a few places and Kyle was the best! He was by far the turnaround point for my experience.The type of phone I have is apparently unique and he advised that I actually send it directly to one plus. He cared more about my phone getting fixed correctly. I recommend him if if you find yourself in need of a cell pone repair. Outstanding service!!!

This place is excellent, took my macbook there because it wouldnt turn on and they fixed it free of charge. Maybe it was something simple but it was above my skill set. Left it over night and picked it back up the next day and the issue on my macbook was resolved.

Customer service was great. They took my number as they didn’t have the part in, ordered it, and called me when it was in. Took little more than half an hour and my phone was like new again! Definitely will go here again if needed. Will highly recommend!

Brought a phone in with an audio jack not working. They tried cleaning it thoroughly first in case that would fix it; as it did not, they got it replaced and fixed at a reasonable price. Good time and communication. Happy customer!

CPR was the only place for miles around that had someone who would work on a Surface Book battery replacement (because of how difficult the repair is) and they did a great job. There was just some confusion of which laptop was mine on their part, and I nearly walked out with someone elses. But a good experience overall, highly recommend if you need Surface repairs.

They need to order a part for my phone just in case when they change my battery.Very knowledgeable about cell phones.I have a problem with the charging of my phone. They helped me the best thy could but it is a phone replacement issue. They suggested another company that might be able to help me. But after consulting with Verizon it is an issue the phone needs to replaced.Its so much easier working with CPR Cellphones (who actually work on phones) than with Verizon tech support team, who has to read from scripts.

Brought in an iPad Air 2 for a cracked screen. Screen replacement was fast and awesome! Had an issue where the adhesive for the new screen seemed to come loose and CPR took it in right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Super happy with the customer service!

Love this place! The guys are always so sweet and always go the extra mile! I have been there 3 times now and they were able to fix all my incredibly broken IPhone and iPad products!

Took my Dell Computer in because I had removed three keys and could not get them back on. The Manager, Nick, took the parts I brought in and worked for 10 minutes and fixed two of the keys. The third key had a piece under it that was broken. He looked up the replacement part: $59 + tax. He went into the back, removed the same key off of a Dell that was being recycled, and put it on my computer. I insisted on paying him and he declined. Who does that? I have taken my phone here twice as well, and had highly positive experiences. I had gone to Best Buy earlier to get the keys fixed. Despite having an appointment, I waited a long time in line, and when I got up to the front, they told me they could not help me with the computer keys!

Needed a laptop screen replace. Went to Best Buy. They said 4 to 8 weeks at referred me to CPR. Great price. They ordered the part. 7 days later they called and scheduled service. Took it in next day, maybe hour service time. So very very happy. Thank you guys.

CPR was AWESOME! My laptop wasnt performing, and I was sure I needed a new battery, I took it in, pre-paid for it (150 bucks), and then they called me the next day and let me know the battery in the machine was fine, and that it was probably a charger issue. They refunded me completely, and the diagnosis was gratis. Truly awesome to find honest service providers. They have my business for life now!

These guys are incredible. I spoke with multiple other repair shops, and CPR was by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating of my situation. Id ordered the replacement parts myself and gotten partway through the repair, but I had trouble removing the screen and decided to bring it in. CPR was able to use all the parts I brought in and only charge me for labor, with a lower labor charge than another place I spoke to. They also replaced the volume button cable Id damaged with one they salvaged free of charge, and when it turned out the replacement part Id brought in (a charging port) was faulty, they opened the phone back up, put in a new one, and only charged me for the new part, not the additional labor. I should probably bring them a keg or something, a five-star review doesnt feel like enough. Thank you again!

This Company was amazing. I was having difficulty with my grand daughters cell phone and they tried several tests and they found a faulty part...they immediately found a replacement part and got it ordered right away. Kind and caring is how I would say they were.

My phone wasn’t charging and I thought my charge port was loose. I brought my phone in and the employee took it and cleaned the port in less than 5 minutes. Turns out the issue was my dirty pocket lint. No charge, good people here.

Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed my experience.

They made my ipad screen repair experience feel so breezy and the cost was pretty low (not sure if I can say how much here). I saved about $100 going through here instead of going through Apple for a repair. They received my ipad an hour after I called in for an estimate without an appointment and it was ready to pick up the following day. Saved me a ton of time as well. They also sell refurbished devices at really low prices and I may come back to buy something as a gift.

Too long and painful. It was a terrible day. Left the phone on top of my car. Driving very fast to the emergency room, something rolled over to the back of the car. Two hours before I became aware it was my phone.I did found whatever pieces I could pick in the middle of rush hour in highway 99.No one newhow to recover the information in my phone. For security reasons not all vital was sync with the enail.Found CPR IN ALDERWOOD MALL.A young girl at tmobile told me:I worked there, if anyone can do it, they are it.This girl did tried for hours.At CPR, I purchased a second hand phone just like mine.They interchange all the parts and I received a phone just like mine WITH ALL THE INFORMATION.1 hour and 30 minutes$378.00 plus taxes.I am using the phone at this moment 2 years later.I have recomended COR to many companies and every person I know at King County, City of Seattle, Law firms abd of course,the U of W.I am going to see if they have and apple phone tomorrow.Thank you CPR.

I called 3 different places to have my Pixel 4XL screen replaced. This shop was the most cost effective AND the most professional. Nic was thoughtful, efficient, and overall genuinely a nice guy. If I have any phone issues in the future no need to call around...Id go back in a heartbeat. They say everyone wants, fast, cheap, and quality and you get to pick one. Not the case here. Excellent service. CPR Cell Phone Repair in Lynnwood replaced the battery in my Motorola cell phone after a competitor repair shop in the University Village said they were unable to get Motorola parts. CPR Lynwood got the part and repaired the phone on time as promised. Well worth the extra drive.

The Lynnwood office repaired a Surface 4 with broken display. When the part proved defective they promptly ordered a new display and replaced it. Very professional!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had my phones charger port replaced here and ended up needing extra service due to an issue with the replacement part. They took care of the issue no problem and made sure I left happy.

This place was my saving grace and saved me at least $200 if not more.I dropped my iPhone 8 Plus into a glass of water and immediately grabbed it out. It was working fine, but I immediately put it into rice and tried to clean it up. An hour or so later I tried to plug it into my charger and it wouldnt plug in all the way and the battery died. I’ve had something happen like this before and was able to get some stuff out with a paper clip. I tried to get it whatever was in there out for about 2 hours. The next morning I went to Apple which due to covid didn’t open until 12pm. I stood in line for about 15-20 mins until they could check me in. I gave a brief synopsis to them that it was dropped in water and they said they would look at it but there was a large wait time. I went to a few other places and about 1.5 hours to come back and was able to get in. They sat me down and the guy came over and asked me for a brief description and told him what happened. He told me that they don’t help with any water damage whatsoever and that id have to buy a new iPhone as the only solution. I left so frustrated and angry that they wasted over 2 hours of my life just to tell me they couldn’t help only if I gave them $400 for a new iPhone.I went over to this iPhone repair place as my backup and last hope. The guy working immediately was able to take my phone in the back and clear out the gunk in my phone in about 2-3 mins and brought it out to make sure it was charging correctly. My iPhone instantly started charging and working perfectly. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to fix it and how professional he went about it. I’m so tired of Apple acting as a cartel company and I wish there were more companies like this one to actually HELP people and to not to just get $$ out of people. I would have paid $50 to this guy after he cleaned my phone but he said it was free of charge. I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend this place to anyone and have told my family and friends about it. I will definitely be back!!!

Said I had to pay a deposit first and it is $50 just to tell me IF they can fix it. To fix it would be another $300 and half up front. This isnt drug trafficking its cell phone repair. Get it together

I sent an email inquiry about a price quote, received a reply in a timely manner.They remained true to their price quote. My phone was done within a few days (my S7 Edge screen had to be ordered). Just picked it up today. Looks good. Responsive screen.Plenty of parking near the store. They have their COVID-19 protocols in place.Definitely would recommend this place.

The staff at the site were great. The legal documentation that they have you sign is flawed. They say its a $55 bench fee, but then the paperwork says youre only committing to a $35 bench fee. Its a corporate office issue and I raised the concern of conflict w/ the manager at this franchise, but realize he is limited. Quick turn around and very helpful.

Dropped phone. Broke phone. Located Store. Store had property safety precautions in place. Intake clerk told me upfront what it would cost and when it would be done. Repair happened exactly as promised. While I was waiting another customer arrived. The new customer wanted to go to the front of the line for just a quick thing. Intake clerk politely explained one person at a time. When I finish the wait line, then it will be your turn. Phone call when phone was done. Easy pick up.

Brought in a Kindle Fire because it was not charging. Nick looked at it and gave me a couple of options as to what could be wrong. After taking it apart he found the problem and fixed it in the least expensive way. Total time from drop off till when it was fixed was about 4 hours, a lot quicker than I anticipated. Kindle is now working fine. Would use this service again without hesitation.

I had a small repair needed for a phone that was fixed very quickly. I was happy enough to schedule a screen replacement for an older family phone as they actually had parts in stock, but they knew where to order them if it wasnt on-hand. With a baby in the house, I fear more phones will be broken in the future, but Ill keep bringing them here for repairs.

Had a corrupt Google play store file that caused an annoying pop-up and rendered anything google or app related either slow or unusable.Nadia fixed it quickly and was delightful during the process! The service was excellent. The agent was helpful as soon as I walked in and right away started to order the part to fix my computer. He quickly came up with the solution fix our problem and the fee was very reasonable. When it was discovered that the computer had other issues that were not fixable, they refunded my money. Very pleased with how quickly they worked on the computer and with their service. We will be back with future repairs.

Great service..I brought in my broken screen on my M9T Pro phone to them. I also brought in my own replacement screen. They had no problem fixing it. They did a great job on it and it had no blemishes on the phone after prying it open. Some places in the mall here wanted my phone over night for repair and I couldnt let that happen since there are properiety information on my phone. This is my work office. I would definitely come back here for service of my tablet or cellphone in the future.

My phone had water damage and they were able to fix it! I was really happy with the service.

Broken screen on my Galaxy S9+ phone got fixed well and on time. Actually earlier than promised. Ive done some shopping around before coming to CPR Lynnwood and they seem to have the best prices in the area. Hopefully I wont need them again but, if I do, I will come back to this place again.

They completed the task in one hour and I was happy with what I think was a fair price. I was very satisfied with the service & professionalism I received.

We stopped by the Lynnwood CPR store to inquire about replacing the cracked screen on my husbands cell phone. Josh was very helpful and was quickly able to give us a price quote and an estimate for the amount of time it would take to replace the screen. We chose to hold off on the purchase and did not get the usual hard sell that any other place might have done. Josh also was kind enough to install 2 glass protectors that we had not purchased from him and he graciously did not charge us.
