I have to say things have improved and we are still working on a engine light. This i have to say mike is very helpful and straightforward and I respect that!!!

Mike was super helpful made the who experience way better there was a issue with the first mechanic didnt complete the job so just showed back up a few days later and Mike got it right in and fixed without any more cost!!

The owner was very kind, professional, helpful and I’d use their services again.

Took my car in on 7/26/2021 and still no calls from them with updates. I’ve had to call them several times and keep getting the run around. Today is 8/25/2021 and still no car.

Carsons Auto repair has always done a great job for me. its not always in the time that I want it done but its always done proper and its affordable. The owner himself takes vehicles for test drive to make sure theyre ready to be given back to the owners. Really I dont know why they have such a low score. Ive used them now for three different vehicles and I guarantee you Ill go there for 4th.

Wow the Auto repair shop has really made a huge improvement, the new management and service staff seem to call me even a little too much to continue to give me updates on the repair process for my car so I always knew what was going on, and they are absolutely straight shooter with the information they gave me might on what’s going on what my options are and I feel they gave me an honest appraisal for what I could do to get my car on the road and for the least amount out of my pocket. You just don’t get that anymore usually it’s always people trying to stick their hands in your pockets constantly not try to keep more in your pockets for you.Seriously just give them a try even in something small like an oil change or a tune up at first and you’ll see the difference right away between them and the next guy and you’ll be the one writing the review for them!!!

Amazing service! Im happy to have found these guys, they take great care of me and my vehicle. Theres been times where I need immediate help and theyve always managed to squeeze me in, even though they are really busy. I can always trust their professional mechanics will get the job done right the first time and I really appreciate it!

Weve been servicing our cars and trucks here for years. Theyre family owned, have fantastic service and affordable pricing. Weve had them help with everything from oil changes and tuneups, to electrical repair issues and transmission repair. I highly recommend these guys if you want a quality auto repair show that you can rely on!

It was a nice benefit to have the loaner car while the service department worked on my car. Friendly and on time service. I feel the communication was great and up front so there were no surprises.

I bought a jeep from them which I told them was not road worthy. Its been in the so called shop two weeks now I have yet to drive it but still have to pay the bank and they told me they have cars that have been waiting longer. I plan on taking court action against them. I do not and will not endorse this place. It was family owned but now that Phil the dad has passed on it is horrible just horrible. The key literally broke in the ignition the car is at high risk for collision the fuel pump was not working the air bag check engine and 4 wheel light on which I was promised was all going to be fixed. They gave me a loaner car alright. One with a check engine light on and runs just as bad. Unfortunately this is not the same honest place my family would buy cars from in the early 90s. My jeep shouldve been top priority actually i shouldnt have added that extra insurance so they wouldnt have been paid. Now Snohomish County courts will have to correct them on what road worthy is and fulfilling empty promises. I told them i needed my jeep by Monday its been 2 weeks. I had plans. Of course another empty promise and the temp tag on loaner is expired if that doesnt sum it all up. Boy I wish Phil was still running the place because this is the biggest mistake I can honestly say of my life. Now money out to attorneys... great. Go to Bayside go to Right Choice anywhere but there to buy your car and if you need repairs on an existing go to BJs Automotive but dont I mean dont go to this nightmare place for either. It is so bad they went got a loan and didnt even ask me if I agreed with the amount when I left for 15 minutes. Horrible

Probably then worst experience i’ve ever had with a mechanic. i have a warranty with Carson Cars which includes a rental vehicle. my car that Carson cars sold me was undrivable within a month of driving it due to the complete lack of care of any of their vehicles on the lot. it took them an entire month to make available a rental vehicle. which was a 2000 dodge caravan, a complete embarrassment to drive around. i should’ve known all this would happen when the first car i tried test driving had a blown head gasket and blew plumes of white smoke as soon as started. the next car had a flat and the third a completely dead battery they couldn’t even jumpstart.it is now a month into them having my car in their shop. they are trying to tell me that the misfiring, the transmission slamming into gears when shifting and it being stuck in 4x4 is all due to one of the tires being the wrong size (by the way within a week of driving the tires were so old and cracked that i’ve had to replace two tires in just that time)

Great service shop. Customer service is fantastic and price wasnt bad for everything Ive went there for. 2-4 months ago, I was there for the following services: Oil change, new start up battery (since battery didnt hold a charge), and brake fush. A month ago, I was there for an oil change.

Be honest with them and they will be honest with you.

Used to be trustworthy. Took third car there in about 4 years and theres been a new service manager each time. They actually charged significantly more than it turns out the standard (no coupon or discount) prices at Acura of Lynnwood would have been for oil and transmission fluid changes. Id Asked the price first and they balked at providing, so I trusted them based on past experience -- and ended up shocked at the bill. Then I contacted the dealer afterward just to see what their prices were and will NEVER go back to Carson. Dealer was 100+ dollars less. I can do both of these jobs myself but am very busy. I KNOW IT DOESNT REQUIRE 2 HOURS OF LABOR TO DO THEM AND SO DOES ANYONE FAMILIAR WITH THEM. The hourly labor rate is ridiculous for this run down little shop and the mechanic stood there eyeballing me like an ex-con on meds when I asked about all of this. He and the service manager were tripping over their explanations and this was followed by that uncomfortable silence after someone lies and everyone in the room knows it. I actually checked my car to make sure they didnt steal anything afterward. AVOID THESE GUYS.

Leased a car from carson cars that was covered by a 90 day dealer warranty. i had the car for all of 6 days and the motor blew its been 4 months now and there still not done....Great Customer service though.

Helped me get my truck towed from out in Granite Falls and into their shop. Very helpful and they were able to figure out what was wrong with it pretty quickly.

They had people waiting 2 hours.The guy told me to come back next week. So well see what happens next.
