Great dealership. Unfortunately we didnt buy a car. However the salesman was great. He was not pushy. He answered all of questions and let us test drive 3 cars. Their prices were also very competitive. No complaints. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I interact.

On March 7th 2021, I Purchased a 2019 Certified Pre-owned Aura RDX from Carter Acura. I had the pleasure of meeting and working Radar Seiha. Radar was highly knowledgeable and very professional. He located the vehicle I was interested in, answered all of my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase, but ultimately we settled on a fair price with terms of my choice. I would highly recommend Carter Acura to my Friends and Family. Just took my new ride up to Stevens Pass for some skiing. The AWD RDX handled like a dream.
The air conditioning on my 2008 Acura TL did not seem to be working properly. While the car is old, it only has 75,242 miles on it. Carter Acura called me within 1 ½ hours to tell me that I needed a new A/C compressor assembly at a whopping $1900. I was pretty upset about the price and told them to hold off on fixing it. I decided to check with reputable independent repair shops for quotes. I spoke to three shops whose estimates were around $1200 or under. I called Acura back and told them not to fix my car and that I would come pick it up. I know dealer prices are always higher and I accept that. This was just too much of a difference. I use the dealer because I appreciate their knowledge of their brand. I like that they offer shuttles or loaner cars so I can take care of car matters without imposing on others for rides.I took the car to a local shop. I told them what I needed and they said they would diagnose the problem themselves as they do not accept another shop’s diagnosis. They called me with their assessment of the problem. I needed a new relay and some refrigerant. They looked for leaks but found none and asked me to bring the car back in two weeks for a courtesy check on the system. It cost me $280.As you can imagine, I felt like someone was trying to take advantage of me at Acura. I went back to Acura to speak to the service manager and I asked for my money back for the incorrect diagnosis. ($162.68) He defended his diagnosis and I was okay with that, I kind of expected that I would not get my money back. I would have been happy if they had offered me a portion back or a free oil change. What I did not expect was his maligning of the independent shop I ended up using. He said they didn’t actually fix the car, they did a “scab” fix, that my A/C would fail in six months, that they work on all kinds of cars so they can’t be proficient in any, and they don’t use the proper parts. He said they just buy them at the local auto parts store.The shop I went to has been in business for 70+ years, has an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, and is AAA rated. That shop, on the other hand, had nothing negative to say about the diagnosis I got from Acura. They actually said it’s possible a mistake was made, and they left it at that. My air conditioning is working great now.This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I own two Acuras. Both are older cars, but have been great cars. I was planning on selling them both and getting a new RDX that would better suit my needs. I will not be doing that now, as this experience has made me question my trust for this service department and this dealership as a whole.
So a couple of days back I took my car to the dealership (I have an Acura MDX on lease from them) for a safety recall. My car was with them for more than half a day, and when I got it back home, I notice scratches on the driver side window panel. So naturally, I call them and notify them about this, and they acknowledge that they have the incident happen to my car on video, yet cannot help me fix the damage to my car, and I would have to bear the expenses for it. Although I appreciate them acknowledging their fault (I am sure there are companies who would have said it never happened), I am disappointed that they are not taking responsibility for it.
This is my 4th vehicle I have leased through Acura of Lynnwood and my last two experiences with Dave have been wonderful. He is able to get me the vehicle I want at a price I can afford. He works his magic and never plays games. I’ll choose him every time I go to Acura.

I recently had to talk to service advisor Kat Cooper from Carter Acura. In over 25+ years that I have been with Acura, I’ve never experienced such a rude service advisor. I had to stop her in the middle of the call and ask for a different service advisor. She yelled gladly and said someone would call me back. No one ever called me back.

I was very pleased with my experience at Carter Acura. I was very happy with my sales person, Dave Moreno who did an amazing job at helping me. I was in originally dealing with Seattle Acura, but their sales manager James is far too greedy and didn’t want to make a deal. I called Dave with the numbers I was working with and they were able to make it work for me. Dave was able to walk me through every detail I needed to know about the car. Often times buying a car is very stressful but Dave made this experience less stressful. I would strongly recommend him and Carter Acura.
Decided to go with Lynwood due to the great customer experience with Greg. We had our last vehicle with a different Acura dealer but Greg was consistent, easy and fair. I will say we had a negative experience with the finance manager, so much that we considered backing out all together. He was extremely pushy with insurance plans and made us feel like idiots for only picking a small one. He told me how much money the company was losing by doing business with us and that adding more on to our monthly payment for insurance should not be a big deal, I did not appreciate that commentary and found it very inappropriate. That said, Greg made up for that experience and we are happy we chose this dealership.
After paying cash could not schedule buff job. Love the vehicle . But if you can buy your vehicle from another Acura dealer instead of Carter because theyre customer service really really really is terrible they might seem friendly but they dont follow through I would never buy a vehicle from Carter Acura again if I could give them less than a star I would
Before coming into the Carter Acura dealership, I had been to several other dealerships in search of a GMC Acadia and wanted to end my search almost immediately due to lack of customer service. Luckily, I came across Carter Acura who had received the car in a trade-in. I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. Excellent experience! I didn’t buy a new or even slightly new car either. I went in to look at a 2008! I walked in the door and was greeted by everyone. John Kim was our sales rep and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He was thorough, thoughtful, and I felt like he was in my corner. He went to bat for me on one questions I had about the price/ condition and got me a fair deal right off the bat!! NO NONSENSE! I went and got the car inspected by my own mechanic and it passed with flying colors. We moved through the paperwork and everything was explained perfectly, and concerns or questions I had were quickly put to ease. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I’m just happy I found them after weeks/ days dealing with shady dealerships and spending hundreds on used car inspections I finally found a winner! Horrible experience ever. Day before yesterday we made a deal with the salesman and the manager to get RDX car. We arrived at the dealership around 4 p.m. We test drove the car and by the time we reached a deal it was 06:30 p.m. They close at 6 p.m. The associate salesman repeatedly informed us that they close at 6 p.m. which made us quite uncomfortable that we kept them waiting even though we were ready to make the deal. Due to limited color options and time, we decided to close the deal the next day since they promised to get us the color combination from any other dealer. They specified how it would take a day or two, but not to worry about it as they do it all the time. The very next day they changed 180 degrees with us. The salesman was very rude with us. He met us by claiming that he had another customer whom he would help while helping us. We didnt see any other customers. Then he went back and forth to the manager. Once he knew that we went to another car dealership to compare prices, he became quite rude with us. He told us that the deal he gave us the day before was not valid anymore except for the inventory they have in house which did not include my color preference. He went further by limiting us to one single color. I told him that was not at all what he told us yesterday. Rudely again he said it is what it is. I wanted to tell him that he was a liar and we didnt appreciate his attitude, but Id rather write up a review so others know what kind of service they could face when they go to this location. We left truly offended. Weve bought several cars before. Weve never been treated so rudely by any salesman. We have the right to compare prices. They have no right to feel that we should be penalized for trying to get a good deal. That experience was quite shocking. A very negative experience. I dont wish it upon anyone.

I recent purchased an Acura RDX from Carter Acura. Marco was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what car I wanted in advance and was able to email with him to find out what cars they had that met my requirements. When I arrived the cars were there at the price they had quoted online. Marco was very knowledgeable about the RDX and the upgrades in the car compared to my current RDX. Overall the sales process was smooth, no surprises, with plenty of coaching on the new technology from the Acura team. I left with a great car and very happy with the experience!

Radar was amazing!! I have always driven Ford and recently was in a fusion. After a year I realized that I needed more space. I knew very little about Acura, but Radar was very helpful. He answered all my questions with no pressure to buy. I sent him the MDX A-Spech model I found online and test drive it. When we got to the dealership we were met with a smile. After test driving and asking a million questions comparing the MDX to the Explorer, I was ready to make the switch. Radar didn’t pressure us in anyway and was happy to answer all questions. My Wife and I were in between a few different car brands and had been searching for a SUV for our family for months. We spoke with Radar Seiha, Salesmen, over the phone to review a used RDX and Radar was able to schedule us within a few hours and provide us with ample options to test drive / check out. The communication and service we received from him was concise, informative and in no way pushy/pressured. When we arrived, Radar had a few used RDX models to compare/contrast and test drive. He also showed us used MDX models that ended up being a better size for our family and was close to our budget. Radar was helpful in educating us on the different models, trim levels, differences in transmissions, technology features and all the ins and outs of each car we looked at. He was very transparent, patient, personable and it was clear he is knowledgeable on Acuras and we were glad we got to work with him; he is a good listener, does not interrupt and professional on all counts. We have already referred him to family and would definitely work with him again as he went above and beyond to help us with the vehicle history, maintenance coming up, and answering all of our questions. Wasted my time... i called in with a recall concern.. I gave all the info possible to to the person i talked to and they scheduled me to come in the same day.. (45min drive) only to check in at service and find out there is no recalls for my car... Seriously?!? That couldnt have been found out over the phone?? What a waste of time and gas...

Buying from Acura of Lynnwood was my first time buying from a dealership, previously buying from private party I was skeptical of big dealerships. I went in with low hopes of finding anything to my liking within my budget and left with a perfect car for what i needed for less than I expected to spend. Jonathon was very helpful, first showing me prices on their tires (which they dont show you online, apparently you have to go in to the dealership) and then ordering them for me, also giving me a coupon for a free alignment. The service department was able to get me in on the day the tires will be delivered to the dealership, so that was helpful. When Jonathon checked my tires for size, he checked all four tires-I guess some cars do the bigger tires in the back-so he wanted to make sure I would get what I wanted. I was grateful for the level of service there. I have taken my car there several times before and always been treated courteously.

Of course, I have done the research, communicated prior to stopping by the do test drive and do the paper work, which made process bit faster.We arrived to the dealership around 5 PM, which was about an hour before closure. Roy was very jovial and worked backwards from what we want to get us a great deal. He wasnt pushy at all. I also appreciated him calling to check in after we drove off the lot.
I came in not knowing anything about anything. But the sales person John Kim was there to guide me through all models. He was extremely helpful, and although I didnt buy anything, I left the dealership more confident in what I was looking for in a car. I felt welcomed and was treated with great respect. 10/10 would recommend.

Best experience I had buying a car. Went there the other day to look at a few cars. I dont quite know what I want yet so I ended up looking at a ton of different cars. My salesman Dave, was very commodating of this and show me many cars without getting irritated and actually seemed to enjoy his job. I am still looking at more places cause I dont know what I want yet, but if I decide on an Acura, I will definitely ask for Dave to come help.
This was my first time bringing in my vehicle to Carter Acura in Lynnwood, WA. The front desk receptionist was kind and the only reason this is getting two stars and not one. Carter Acura charged $137 for an oil and oil filter change where in Spokane, WA the Acura charges $65 for the same service.My car is under a CPO warranty through Acura, I informed them of my blown speakers in the back doors, which is covered under warranty, they told me from both their tech and supervisor that the speakers aren’t blown... The catch is, I actually work at Car Toys and knowing whether a speaker is blown or not is what I do for a living. I’m not sure if they just weren’t trying to spend the five minutes to fix the speakers or what the issue is, but I won’t be going back again.
Shane was amazing to work with. He was honest and I knew he had our best interests in mind. Shane is down-to-earth and extremely helpful. The entire team was pleasant to work with and accommodating. I understand they have a business to run and need to make money but in the end we were able to meet on a common ground and we got our dream car. They are responsive and genuine and you get the small business feel with the big name brand.

Very slow and long process with the service team. Dropped my car off for what should’ve been a 2 hour max, vehicle service and check up. After that was done they called and asked if I’d allow them 2 more hours for a software issue they couldn’t diagnose so I agreed. Three days later I’m having trouble reaching anybody who knows more on my car and weather or not it’s finished... a one day problem has left me without a vehicle for two unplanned days.
Lynnwood Carter Acura sets the bar when it comes to customer service and client satisfaction! My wife and I walked in last Sunday looking for a new car. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and the sales team was super enthusiastic and very welcoming. We found the exact car that we had in mind and after a short test drive we were sold! Been trying to get ahold of service all day. Got a threatening call that my car would be impounded if I didn’t pick it up today. Trying to call to pay and arrange pick up but no one will get back to me. Communication has always been an issue with this dealership but has never been this bad
Don’t trust the service department they will steal your money. Every time you bring your car in for an oil change they will find something wrong. I did a brake fluid flush on my 2007 Acura TL type S came back after 5 months for an oil change and was told that my brake fluid was filthy. I was stunned because that is a closed system and was just flushed, ends up they never did the service I had paid for. The way they resolved this was to do it for free and waste more of my time waiting in their lobby, pretty funny that they say free when I already paid for it. DON’T TRUST GO TO A DIFFERENT ACURA DEALERSHIP!!!
