My first interaction with Ryan the owner and I am very impressed with the customer service.

Had to get a new transmission installed so I dropped it off at lynnwood transmission. It was cheaper than the next... I wouldnt argue paying 100+$hr for a job like that and I dont have the tools or the time. The price point I was quoted worked out. I paid upfront and before the job was done. Also got new brakes and rotors and a flush, for a pretty good deal. I could have done it myself but I wasnt too keen on the idea of renting tools and bussing around with them. Paying someone else to do it was a ton easier. The people were great and easy to get along with. Its also open later than other shops. The shop seems to have a decent amount of customers rolling through.I didnt believe I had been taken advantage of in any way. No problems to speak of and its not like they wouldnt have been able to correct any amount of error if there had been. It was a great quality experience.

The only experience I had was over the phone and I was asking if they would help me put in the transmission leak repair fluid is it absolutely not we will never do that I asked why he said because it will just ruin your transmission down the road and I said well Im poor and I dont have money to fix it does the best I can do and he said we have to figure it out yourself the worst customer service so I wouldnt judge the whole business but whoever answered the phone need to have a little more compassion and understanding

These jokers not only post their own reviews that are completely dishonest but they hold on to your car way longer than necessary, likely so theyre able to charge more. They had my car for 5 days and once it was released to me, the problem wasnt even fixed! Benito is an idiot who has no idea what hes doing and would be better off running a Quiznoes.

Fit me in same-day, but the front desk neglected to tell me my car would have to stay overnight until after I had already waited 90 minutes. The next day, she told me the wrong pickup time so I had to wait over half an hour longer than expected. Mechanics are very friendly, honest and will explain the repairs thoroughly.

Total RIPOFF place. Was quoted around $200 and was presented a bill for $580. My oil leak was worse than before and they refused to do anything about it. And the owner Benito Sanluis wrote his own 5 star review here, I guess because who else would? Very dishonest, no integrity.

Good customer service, had my fiances car fixed her and everytime were happy with the work done.

Took 3 hours more than promised time for simple tire change. They first told me they had them in stock then wen I returned at my appointment they told me they are ordering them after I had paid a deposit. On top of all this run around they added an additional 3 hours to my in store wait time when they promised it would take only 15 minutes. Quite disappointed as their prices are similar to discount tire but offer no added value

They listed $2000.00 of work needing to be done after most of what was listed was just repaired at a different location. Make sure you know what youre going to get fixed or get more than one opinion
