Steel was AMAZING to work with. I came in last night because my puppy broke my phone. Steel made the whole process smooth and easy! He took time to address any issue I had or would have with my new phone. Even took the time to show me features I could use! Thank you again I love my new phone.

We came here after receiving poor customer service at Verizon. Ms. Liz Harris was happy to help us get new phones and even made us aware of an upgrade from S20 FE to S20 ultra at an even better price than the competitors didnt bother to offer. She answered all of our questions in depth and very clearly, wasnt bothered by having to repeat herself if we didnt understand initially, and joked around with us during the set up/payment process. Ms. Harris set up my moms phone beyond the basics even making sure her game progress carried over to the new phone. Awesome deal, stellar customer service.

My husband and I had to have some things changed around on our plan and Liz went above and beyond to help us out and make things super easy for us!!

I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone. Brian Hunter helped me get my new phone. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I love us cellular and always have. Brian helped get all my information transferred over to my new phone and he was very nice. He put on my screen protector and everything. I really appreciate the great service they provide.

The call service is the worst I have ever had. Calls drop constantly. My wife and I cant keep a conversatiin going without losing the connection. Leaving this wretched company as soon as my contract is up!

U.s. cellular on Wards Road was absolutely no help to me Ive been with them a long time my phone was broken all they wanted to do was sell me a new phone and not help me at all they told me I had no insurance on my phone and I do call customer service and they helped me out a lot they really saved me from going to another company
