Highly recommend R & W Automotive. Went in today without an appointment due to an urgent issue with rattling noises under my car. Scott was able to squeeze me in, and his team were extremely professional and polite. They fixed the issue, which was luckily a small one, quickly and didnt charge me anything for it.This small act of professionalism and kindness has earned my familys business!

R & W Automotive is great! I find them very trustworthy. Ive never felt misled when Scott would tell me you need whatever done - be it big or small. He always explains why its needed. He also is upfront about whether the repair is needed now or can wait a while, non-urgent. Great service, friendly staff and knowledgeable personnel.

Replaced my serpentine belt that was a bit squeaky.They found that my Thermostat housing had a slight leak causing the issue so replaced that. Good service Id go back.

I recommend this shop to anyone I run into needing work done. At most shops, representatives are usually pushy or try to oversell. At R&W, this isnt the case. I was really impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was each time Ive been here or spoken with anyone on the phone.

Got oil change, tire rotation, and ac repair. Tire rotation was free and oil change went well. The AC part was defective but they replaced for free. It was a pain to go back twice, but they fixed it and at no additional charge to me.

They were great! Kim was super nice and helpful. They worked with me while I was going through a difficult time. Price is great and the service is even better! I went here for the great reviews and I was not disappointed. Thank you everyone at R & W Automotive!!

I have called them about inquiring on some pricing to have some transmission work done. The gentleman said he would call me back. It had been 3 weeks and no reply.

My first experience and my last!! Brought a car to the shop and asked them to diagnose the problem . I received a call not even 30 minutes later talking about an alignment. The next day came about and he called me giving me a price for everything he wanted to fix, plus what I actually needed to get my car running again. They not only gave me more than two prices, but also did not handle my car situation in a timely manner. It took 3 days of going back and fourth with R&W.Let me also say these guys were very shady from the first day I met these guys. When I finally decided to just pick the car up and take it somewhere else, he proceeded to tell me more of his intentions. We then had a small disagreement on the whole issue of me taking the car somewhere else. He then tried charging me 120 dollars for the diagnostic test and “labor” . He took it upon himself to look for other issues that I was already aware of! He also admitted that alignments was something they did not do and he was going to take my car to keelings auto shop up the street and have them do it. HE ALSO said he would charge us what they charge him plus and extra 10 dollars for profit!! How Pathetic!! This guy is a rip off and TRIED charging me double for what the job was worth!
