My van died and after verifying it wasnt the battery or any relays, I took it here to find out what was wrong. After a few days, they called and said it was due to after-market alarm system (which I had no idea was even installed) and that they couldnt help- it was beyond their knowledge and they simply didnt have the time to mess around and figure it out. While I appreciated the honesty, I come from a family of mechanics. Anytime something was beyond my fathers knowledge, he always took the time to recommend another trusted mechanic who could help, offered to tow the car there, etc. Not the case with these guys. I took my van to another place who said they could figure it out and after a few days called me to let me know it wasnt the alarm system, but rather a faulty ignition switch- a fairly simple and quick fix. So not only did they not even try to fix it, they completely misdiagnosed the whole thing. Do not recommend.

I was leaving on a long trip and just a few days before we left the airbag fault light came on. Centennial automotive took my car in the first thing the very next day, found the problem, fixed it, and did an oil change before 5pm that day which is when I needed it. They also accommodated a contactless pickup without a problem. The price was also really reasonable. I thought they were great!

You should pay attention to this review. I had a repair to my power steering bracket that had been estimated by an out of town mechanic at $800, (and also by Centennial). When I took it in for repair, they found a way to repair it for about half the price. I would have had no idea that they were able to repair instead of replace the original parts, but they did so and were honest, saving me hundreds of dollars. If you want honest mechanics, that do the job right, then come here. They fit me in the same day I brought it in and got the repair done that day. What else are you looking for in someone with whom to trust your car? I left a $900 pair of aviator sunglasses and cash in the car and it was untouched. Honest, friendly, and competent. They deserved the five stars I gave them.

They did absolutely nothing to fix my car, told me it was fine…. it has trouble starting, I told them this, they handed me my keys and said we’ll come to you if there’s any problems… same day it dies in a parking lot while I’m trying to get home. Today they said there’s nothing they can do unless I tow it back… poor communication poor service… why didn’t they do anything to my car when I had it towed to them with an appointment?

I’ve never had a more positive experience with an auto repair company. My partner brought her 2006 Honda in when it was failing and Centennial kept it for two days trying to diagnose and fix the issue. When she went to pick it up, she feared the bill would be astronomical for two days of labor. The bill was $60. They only charged for the few items that they replaced, and told her since the car was basically D.O.A. they wouldn’t charge for not fixing the problem. (Only solution was a new transmission worth more than the vehicle itself). The entire time they were calling to communicate what they thought they could do and were completely transparent. I’ve gone in for routine maintenance and they are always friendly, timely, and fair. No upselling or taking advantage of two young women who know nothing about cars. They’ve earned our business for all our vehicle maintenance in the future.

My daughter hit a curb on a snowy morning and did damage to the right side of her car resulting in her being unable to drive it. We had it towed into Centennial Auto Repair and within only a few hours we were called with the estimate. We payed for the repairs and they finished it a day and half later.We were very pleased with the work and their rates are competitive! We would definitely use them in the future.

After I picked it up, I realized they put in the WRONG OIL, probably thinking I wouldn’t notice. Centennial does not know how to take care of BMWs or female customers. Never ever going back.

I dropped off the car to get fixed and centenial auto repair stole my catalatic converter Then told me someone must have stolen it we are not liable for it. Charged me 800 to fix the car and returned it vandalized with no shame, service and no responsibilities. Bunch of theaves work their and they take advantage of people. First they told me I am not the first that this happen to. Then tried to put it on me that I must off brought it like that.Answer to your Response.My car was towed there. With a snaped timing belt. And it came in one piece. now I have a $1200 of catalaric converter bill. You guys Worked so hard on my car that you even forgot to lock the doors. Or roll the windows up. If I am Lying check your video footage. I was told you dont accept responsibility of the parking lot. Even though I gave my keys and cars in your technicians hands. So as far as I know it was your responsibility while its being worked on. if a customer hand their car keys to you youre responsible for reasonable safty of that car lock the doors roll up the windows at lest nope. if anything got stolen it is your responsibility to fix it. But instead of that all I got was excuses didnt even let me look at the footage and i was told I am the not the only person that it has happened too. So hide behind your words all you want. Worst service worst business conduct and shamless behaviors with customers is what I received other then the vandalized car.

Fixed our car up quickly, and the estimate was a couple dollars more than what they charged, so it included tax which I did not expect! The diagnosis they sent me even had short video clips showing the exact problem! I chose Centennial because co-workers spoke highly of them and I will definitely go back!

My car didnt start so I had it towed here. They gave me an estimate of $700 for a busted starter. Had a second opinion look at it and the battery cable was loose. Tightened the cable up and the car runs fine. Service was rude as I tried to take my car back and unfriendly. I feel I would have been taken advantage of here. Not going back.

They charged me for a diagnosis that was completely wrong, probably not expecting me to get a second opinion. The diagnosis they gave was a grossly more expensive job than the actual issue. Similar to previous reviews, the guy at the front was rude, curt, and didn’t offer information after checking my van out that I’m sure he would have issued to say, a man. Everything you don’t want from an auto repair service when you’re in a bind.

My wife was visiting her family in CO had an issue with her blinker not working. I called and asked if they could get it in around 3pm in the after noon they said that they could get it in the next day. Dropped it off they got to it fixed the issue and was more than fair on the price. I Would definitely recommend this shop.

I used this shop because it was the closest AAA shop to my home. The oil change and tire rotation plus 4-wheel alignment costs were in line with the estimate given by the shop. However, I asked the shop to replace one of my fog lamp bulbs, which I provided, while the auto was on the lift. The shop did that, but charged me $40 plus... really!? The AAA shop in Arizona change the other fog lamp bulb (which I provided) this past summer at no charge during their oil change of my auto.

I have been using Centennial Automotive for 15+ years on multiple vehicles and they have always given me professional customer service. They always perform the work properly and on time. During the Covid-19 season they always wear their masks, practice good hygiene and maintain social distancing, which makes me feel very safe.

I came into Centennial and talked to Billy. I told him my 07 Tundra just quit running and it was most likely the fuel filter or fuel pump.Billy got it towed to the shop, diagnosed the problem and performed an oil change I requested.He called and informed me that the aftermarket air intake tube I installed had come loose and wasn’t allowing the truck to run. I know that was true because I pulled it loose.The tow cost me $125 and I’m here to let everyone know that spending $125 is the cheapest way to find out if a new mechanic is honest. He could have done the unnecessary work that I suggested, or made up something else. He was honest he didn’t overcharge me and did excellent work in a short period of time.Centennial has a new customer with multiple vehicles.Thank you Billy for being honest, doing great work in a reasonable amount of time, and unknowingly participating in my honesty test. My experience at this shop was mixed. In the end, Im left nervous about the quality of the work they did based on a basic lack of care and attention that I found after I got the car back. I will not return to this shop.Initially, I had a great conversation with the owner, after which point we set a competitive price estimate and went over it in detail. My husband and I had done some of the work ourselves, so didnt think theyd need to totally replace the clutch linkage hydraulics. When I towed my car to their location, the desk guy tagged $300 more onto the quote, and I had to explain the detailed convo Id had with the owner to bring it back down to the original agreement. They had a fast turn around, and for the first few hours the car drove fine, then we started having issues.The clutch master cylinder was not properly tightened into place through the fire wall, and it gave out in the middle of traffic. We definitely tightened it down. I can only think that they started to loosen it, stopped because wed said it didnt need to be replaced, and never tightened it again. There was an obvious leak on the hydraulics line that they chose not to notice or address (and that we didnt see because the clutch assembly needed to be replaced before it would build up enough pressure to leak). Though the leak was our fault, Im shocked at the complete lack of care and attention paid to our car. If you have any sense of craft, youll review an amateurs work, and let them know you need to charge them more to fix it.The icing on the cake was when I popped the hood, I found theyd left nitrile gloves and pieces of the seal off an engine oil can.I will not bring any of my vehicles here again.

I hit a very deep hole and part of the undercarriage of my car came loose and was dragging on the pavement, thus making my car undriveable. I had it towed to Centennial Auto Repair and they fixed the damage in one day. They were very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround and the fact that they didnt find any other issues with the car. As a female I have had experiences where I take my car in to have something fixed and then they find more things that need to get fixed costing hundreds of dollars.... but in the end it really didnt need those repairs. I would definitely use Centennial Auto Repair again and would highly recommend them.

I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times. They complained that it was really hard to change the oil on my truck. In the past they’ve installed parts for me as well but after telling me they would install new brake components I ordered the parts and went to drop my truck off and they said oh we won’t install parts you bring (which they’ve done for me in the past).This shop is quite unprofessional and don’t stand by what they say. I will never bring my truck or my wife’s car here again.

I brought my car to them because the check engine light was on. They ran the diagnostics test and found it had something to do with my exhaust system. They looked into it further and could not find anything wrong. Because of this they gave me half off. I appreciate their honesty as I know nothing about cars.

I went to Centennial Auto Repair in Louisville, Colorado on July 15, 2020. During which I made an appointment to use a coupon for a free A/C inspection. At the same time, I also requested them to quickly look at my brake pads to understand their current conditions and if any maintenance needed to be on them. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am, for which I promptly dropped off my vehicle. Again, only brought my car in to get the free A/C inspection. Fast-forward to around 1:00-1:30 pm I receive a call that my car is ready and, to my surprise, that the bill would be $196 and some change. I asked them why I was being charged and what had been done to my vehicle. The employee said that in order to understand the problem they had to recharge the system. From the recharge, they determined that a couple of valves needed to be replaced. Services that were charged and acted upon without getting approval first. I received no phone call between the time that I dropped off my vehicle and the phone call to say that my car was ready. They did not notify me about any updates or get any authorization from me to conduct such services other than the free A/C inspection and the quick inspection on my brakes. So, I was unexpectedly being charged almost $200 for an appointment that should have been free. When they realized that they had to conduct services that would result in me being billed labor or parts, they did not take proper actions to acquire any such confirmation or verification on actions. When I brought this up, they said that they “thought I would want cold air coming out of my A/C” completely disregarding their faulty and sneaky practices. They also attempted to make me feel like my concern and inquiries was an overexaggerating saying that they didn’t charge me for the $20 brake inspection (a service I knew I had to pay as it was separate from the free A/C inspection). Eventually, after going in circles the employee said that they could reduce my bill to $145.27. In order to get my car back, I had to pay $145.27 dollars for an appointment that should have resulted in a free a/c inspection and a $20 labor fee for looking at my brakes. NOTHING ELSE!!!! When they found out that they needed to do anything else that would result in charging me they took it upon themselves instead of contacting me, the client, and informing me of any updates. I have never experienced this type of professionalism when getting my car serviced before. IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE CHARGES BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES DON’T CALL TO INFORM ME, YOU CANNOT GO AHEAD WITH REPAIRS AND THEN CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU THINK I WANT.

Timely services and good prices. Cheaper than most other oil changes and they include a general inspection of car. They update you on things that need attention but arent overbearing.

I stopped by for help getting an old, rusted license plate off. They drilled out the old screws and attached the new license plate with better bolts. No upselling or pushing for other services. I appreciated the efficiency and friendliness!

I have a 2004 Ford Truck with close to 300,000 miles. It developed a pretty bad vibration at highway speeds and some not so good noises in the front end. I dropped it off for an oil change and to diagnose the other issues. Centennial found the problem and fixed it, changed the oil and set me up with a new set of tires because the vibration cause some bad uneven wear. Honestly, this is the best my truck has driven in a long time! The price was very reasonable, they talked through all repairs and got it fixed fast.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of service from Centennial Auto Repair. We were visiting from out of state for Thanksgiving 2019 and I noticed a fluid leak on our Lexus SUV. Luckily, Centennial was open, despite the big snow storm, and was close by our hotel. They provided courtesy drop-off and pick-up from the hotel, had the car ready within the promised time frame (a couple hours), charged less than one hour of the technicians time for the repair, and recommended a good nearby restaurant. Im a typical auto repair customer who fears being taken advantage of, especially in situations like this (out-of-town, bad weather, in a hurry, etc.); so, i was extremely happy with the service and would recommend this shop to anyone for auto repair.

These guys are great. When I bought my car, I tried a few other well-reviewed mechanics before finding Centennial. They always take good care of my car, seem to do a very thorough job without trying to oversell unnecessary repairs, and they explain everything thats going on in a way that makes me feel confident about their work. Despite being an inconvenient place for me to get work done compared to where I live, I still take my car here because they do such good work. They have even loaned me their errand truck when they had to keep my vehicle longer than expected. Always good friendly service!
