Went into the facility at 9:30am and told Brian I would like to have my rotors replaced considering they previously informed me that they needed replacement. Dropped off vehicle and Brian said he could get the job done. 8 hours passed with no update on vehicle. 6pm I called them because that was their closing time. I called them — they did not call me. After holding my vehicle all day they said they did nothing. Completely unprofessional.

I had been going here for the past month to have air put in my tire and they were so nice in helping me. When I needed to get my car ready for winter and get new breaks, tires, air filters, and transmission fluid and oil change they were the ones for the job. I was there at 7:30 AM and they had my car done the same day at 5:45. I highly recommend their services.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME PLACE ELSE!! I brought my car in because my A/C wasn’t working properly. They told me that it was my condenser so I paid $730 for a new one. I pick my car up and my A/C still has the same problem. So I brought it back in and when I went to pick it up they told me they it worked fine for them so they couldn’t do anything to fix it. Of course I get it back and it STILL isn’t working right. Warm air still blowing out. I went BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME and just requested my money back. They gave the run around, gave me a managers number, and when I talked to him he said he couldn’t give me my money back and continued to argue with me over the phone. This business is set up to be able to scam you and there’s nothing you can do about it. So now I’m out $730 and my A/C still doesn’t work. If I could stand outside this place and direct customers to another business, I would.

I was new to town and went to the Broadway location because it was close to home. Customer service was great, so I went back again. The gentleman at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. He made the experience more than pleasant. Highly recommend.

Always satisfied with the services provided by the staff at this location. Courteous and professional. Once needed repairs are identified i recieve a phone call as well as text and email notification along with photo documentation. Needed service is broken down in order of priority. All my questions are answered in easy to understand answers. So glad my son directed me to this location. Four family members no get repair work done at this location. Cant recommend them highly enough.

This was my first time having to use a car shop service, and Meineke was closest to me. I dropped my car off, went out of town, and it was ready in just 4 days. The staff, or Brian I should say that’s who I spoke with the most is very professional. He assured me that everything that needed to be fixed was fixed, didn’t charge too much and I believe what I paid was a great price! The business as a whole was very clean, neat and organized, I didn’t have to wait I was in and out w/ in 5 mins. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Whenever I need service I’ll be taking Snow White to them to get fixed up.

Very helpful and friendly. Great communicator. The manager (not sure of her name) at the front desk, was tremendous. She provided me with excellent customer service. The mechanic (forgot his name) was a life saver. He came to the rescue on the spot. My wait was not long at all. I scheduled an appointment and was taken care of within the hour. I definitely recommend. The quality is immaculate.

Stacey and Brian were such a great help!!!! My car got repaired in less than 48 hrs! The price was less than any other shop was going to charge. They were very helpful and explained everything to me! I would recommend them to anyone everytime!

This was always my favorite shop. Only issue I had is I dropped off my vehicle no scratch and somehow I now have a scratch which it’s small they did inform me as soon as they seen it. I had scheduled an oil change to be done at 8:00am, actually one of only 3 total customers inside the entire location. There wasn’t any other services needed or required during this visit. I had expected that the visit would take approximately 30 minutes, maybe less since I was one of the first to arrive. I waited at the counter for approximately 10 minutes before the gentleman was able to get his computer working. Things happen like this so I wasn’t too upset thinking that I would be leaving there now by 8:45am at the latest. This would still leave me plenty of time to make my next appointment. After sitting in the lobby patiently for the next 1.5 hours and very frustrated I walked back up to the desk to inquire as to why a simple oil change was taking so long. It was then that I was informed that one of the employees of the location had not arrived on time and came in late. Everyone else was working on another vehicle at the time so therefore no one could complete the oil change. By this time I had already missed and had to reschedule the next appointment and needless to say I was very upset. My vehicle was finally serviced and ready to leave at 10:40am. I thought I was saving money by choosing to allow Meineke and he opportunity to earn my business, however I can say with certainty that I will never do business there again. Over 2.5 hours for an oil change is ridiculous and quite frankly unacceptable.

Do things more timely for a better rating.

I had a scheduled appointment. I was taken in a timely manner per Covid restrictions. Oil change completed with no problems. I was out in 20 minutes. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Had appointment for an oil change at 2p.m. At 2:45, I announced I never had an oil changed that took an hour. At which, time I was told Oh yeah were alittle behind. There were no other inspections done. Do not recommended their services. My keys were given to me at 3:05p.m.

It was horrible my appointment was at 10 am I got there a hour early an they took my car an I left an they said they would call me when my vehicle was ready I didn’t receive a call until almost 4 o’clock an then I pick up my car an drive down the road an pop my trunk to put sumn in my trunk an the roof of my trunks carpet was ripped jus hangin with the clips still up there someone ripped it down. An claimed they didn’t. An said I was screwed. I also made sure I closed my port an lifted up my cup holders in the middle of backseat an when I looked the port was back down an the cup holders were down an you could see my amp an speakers which is why I closed it. Let me remind u I was only there for a routine oil change which means someone was goin through my car an they had no reason to be in my backseat

I never doubt their expertise and they always provide solutions to all of my vehicle problems. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing spot to take my car to. I was in from out of town so they really could’ve taken advantage. Instead it cost me about $4000 LESS than I was expecting.

Started out at the location in Watterson Park. Ended on Broadway. With the teamwork from both stores, I couldnt be more pleased with the efforts from Bill and his crew. Also Phillip, Zach and their crew on Broadway. Both parties were thorough with my problems as well being very prompt when it came to fixing them. The day I was told my car would be finished, It was finished the day before. I would highly recommend either one of these two stores if you are in need. Straight to the point and the best way in finding the solution. Thank you all very much!!!

The work they did on my car was fine. But when I got it back they had thrown fast food trash in my back seat.When I mentioned that they said maybe it had flown into my car through a window while they were driving it.I had to take in again and they looked at it outside. A homeless man walked up to us and the mechanic bought a brand new pair of shoes from said homeless man. Then the mechanic walked inside the shop for something and the homeless man shouted things while i was left standing there by my car. Some people didnt wear masks.

I spent a lot of money at this place and my vehicles was not repaired. I will not be going back or send anybody to them

I came here looking to remove my whole exhaust, but they did one better! We talked about a bunch of different options and ended up getting a sidd exit exhaust. I cant think of one shop that would have even touch the car, let alone weld and fabricate a whole new exhaust all for a great price and it only took one hour!

I’ve never written a review good or bad but I had to write to explain what I experienced here. Initially, I drove my car to this meineke asking for an oil change, tire rotation, and an evaluation of the status of my brake pads last Friday without an appointment. I was told that I would have to wait because they were busy which was totally fine. I was eventually asked if I would like to make an appointment for 8 am the following Wednesday and agreed. When I brought my car back the following Wednesday I dropped it off at 8 and when I walked back from work to my car at 4 it was sitting in the same exact spot. I asked the manager Zach if they had gotten to my car and he said no and apologized, so reluctantly I agreed to reschedule for this morning at 8 and he assured me that it would get done. Lo and behold I dropped my car off this morning and when I came back at noon during my lunch break they were “just starting” to examine the car. I waited for another hour and a half as the car sat unattended on the car rack in the garage until I told them I couldn’t do this anymore. If you are debating going to this location please reconsider. They will be very nice and reassuring but nothing actually gets done here. Please don’t waste your time as mine was wasted as they clearly have no intentions of providing customer service. If I could give zero stars I would.

Poor management led to my vehicle being damaged and not repaired properly

The only negative aspect of my visit is that it took much longer than estimated. I understand that estimates are just that, things come up, and people always low-ball wait times (I mean, I do it too), but it did take significantly longer so I have to mention it.I liked the staff, though, especially Richard, who I dealt with most. He was courteous, explained the repairs and costs, and answered my questions. Overall a positive experience.As far as quality of the work, seems fine to me. I had a tune up and oil change done, so pretty normal things for mechanics.
