Metro-By-Tmobile keeps sending me deals for upgrading, then when I go into a store to check out the deal they say its to switch from another Carrier. They should stop sending customers the notices if I dont qualify. Still get the best price for my service though.
Beware at that store, the other day i went to get a new phone, i wanted to switch from another company and this big latina woman, i believe her name is Trishia, at the beginning she seemed nice, she asked me for my phone number, account number and password from the company that i wanted to switch from,then she asked me for my id, so i gave it to her and then she asked for my social security number and then is when i started to get suspicious, so i said that i wont give it to her, because this is for a prepaid phone, but she insisted that she need to run my credit to see if i qualify for that cheap samsung A12 that they supposed to give it for free when you switch, so i said i didnt feel comfortable giving away my social security number, so her demeanor suddenly changed and then she started to became hostile, so i asked to speak with the manager and she told me that she was it, i asked her again why she needed my social and she told me that it was a new store policy, so i left without buying anything and i called Metro headquarters and explained them what happened and they took my information and they told me that they dont ask for social and that they will investigate, but i am worried that she got my name,phone and address, i hope this help others to dont fall for this scams.
The Service here was incredible. Everyone was resourceful and extremely informative. Particularly the employee Aaron,He was patient answered all my questions and secured my concerns. This is the place to go if u want exceptional service.

Great Customer Service. I was able to get a great deal on a new phone by switching to Metro PCS by T- Mobile. Employees Armando and Khalonnie were so patient and understanding. They explained the best plan that fit my needs. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend stopping by this Metro PCS location if you need any help with your phone, or phone service.
Even at 0 capacity the store wont answer the phones. Its hard I guess for them to answer the phone...
Had to get a second phone for a work number so went the cheap Metro PCS route and was pleasantly surprised. Christian, the guy who helped me out was extremely helpful and professional and did an excellent job of answering all of m questions. Overall I was there for less than 45 minutes and left with a nice Samsung smartphone at a very affordable price compared to other providers.

I hugely regret switching back over to Metro from Boost. It has been nothing but a huge headache. Should never have ported.Which, I thought would be avoided by going to a corporate store, as opposed to an authorized dealer, which, I know, tend to not follow all procedures and also charge more up front.And I ended up getting a much worse experience.Went to the store on 3700 La Brea in Los Angeles on Saturday 7/6, was greeted and checked in quickly. Cool.Then, the sales rep was too busy talking to the customers at the register over, not inquiring if we had any questions, nor giving us responses when we did.Okay, thankfully we knew what phones we wanted, so not many questions as far as that part. Had a few in regards to the plan, but nothing really responded. Whatever.Come time to pay, and apparently temp cards are not allowed, which makes no sense. Every other place does, so i ask for the manager, whom lies and states its policy. I ask to see it, he states to go see it online. Well, it isnt on the website, but, at this point, Id rather stick to what I have and leave.What these ignoramuses forget to tell me is that they have already ported my numbers over from Boost, thus, closing out my account and preventing me from going to an authorized retailer or other corporate location as the numbers belong to Metro.Lets also not forget that the genius sales rep also made up a pin and security answer.Unable to return that day due to something called work, I go to an authorized retailer the next and that is when I find out that the corporate store has taken my number but never activated my account. They say they are unable to give us porting credit as a result.So we drive the hour from the location to the corporate store and deal with a pretentious manager that does not even know how the systems work, nor has any customer service skills.Just obnoxious and condescending the whole time, showing zero empathy for his employees screw up, not even trying to make up slightly for the inconvenience.I point out the lack of the temp card being on the website, he gives me a cutout of the policies, none of which have to do with the temp card not being accepted......what the point was, Ill never know.After going back and forth, in circles, he tells us our only options are to pay at said location, Port out to another company or lose our number. Because of your mistake, Im put in a situation I do not want to be in. How does that make sense?Tired of dealing with his attitude, we decide that we will just pay them and let them take credit, despite royally screwing up. That takes another thirty minutes as they need to create new accounts and then migrate our numbers back.Whatever, so Ill deal with it while I wait for the store manager to call me tomorrow (Monday 7/8), which, I know isnt going to happen.Come one am, our phones are turned off for non payment.In what world does that make sense?

Hi I went to a metro on Vernon and Western the lady only helped me so much she kept telling me to go to the one on la Brea and rodeo so I went over there and one of the staff member she was very friendly she was patient she answer all my questions and she helpedme beyond her control and Im so grateful for her thank you I forgot her name but she was pretty African American girl with the nice little weave or whatever she was very helpful thank you
The manager gave me a terrible attitude. Didn’t even try to help me with. Don’t go to this corporate store. Go to the one on Alvarado instead.
They are the best there is period !!!About the long wait time, Its all about the time of day. During certain times like, 10am-1pm its busy, or 6p-8p its busy! But in between those its not. Great staff, knowledgeable and great customer Service. They have been the best store, promotions, deals and services thus far.On a side noteA bad attitude will only get the same response back, come on people, common sense is not so common now a days ...

Be careful this people are so nice before you buy a phone from them but later on when you have a problem with the phone they don’t care. The manager told me he would order a new phone and it would take 3 weeks. Today after 3 weeks I found out that he never did it. If you want an iPhone it’s better to buy directly to Apple store.

Went this location right before 3 oclock on a Saturday in Had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes. When I was assisted by Chris he was about to get off of work. But he took care of me, he didnt rush, he is very friendly personable.

Nice store, much bigger authorised retail stores.I went in for a new phone for my mom because her phone froze and wouldnt turn off for 2 days. Pretty much they said they couldnt do anything.. which sucked but it worked our great because it was time to upgrade anyway!!We got a newer phone and they helped me set it up and provided nice customer service!My only disappointment was that I bought. A screen protector for the new phone and the guy said he would set it up for me. I was hesitant but I thought, egh this guy works here. He probably knows how to do t perfectly. Well, he left fingerprint on the screen and added the protector on top. When I pointed it out, he removed it and cleaned it and places the protector on again. He ended up taking it off and back on 4times. At that point he had already charged me and it was not the best job Ive seen. He tried using tape to get the small lint but didnt work..Next time, Ill make sure to just purchase and do it myself. OR make sure to speak up on it.Overall satisfied with the service the previous employee gave when deciding which phone to get for my mom

I give MetroPCS five stars because I have bought numerous phones from MetroPCS matter of fact I still have Metro PCS for my phone store.But there are MetroPCS stores that dont know about their products they just in there to sell them.
I need to let the entire FB that each metro its different and each store is a franchised own, now have you notice that each franchised owner do their own rules, like when you make a payment they charge you $6.00 more when you make changes on your phone is like $15 to $25.00 more for that service is the it right ? no its not when you question the young sales kids they do not have an answer . I could go in and on .
I get my bill on time and up dates on any changes for fast track lanes.
BEWARE OF METRO PCS NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY ON THEIR PHONES. ONCE YOU PURCHASE THE PHONE ITS YOURS WHETHER YOU LIJE IT OR NOT.I AM STUCK WITH A PHONE THAT COST ME ALMOST $200 THAT I CANT USE WITH MY SD CARD.When it comes to phones, I will never purchase another phone from Metro PCS. Once you purchase a phone you cannot exchange the phone. I purchased a phone and took it back the next day because it is not compatible with my 64gb SD card and I cant exchange the phone for one that will.

For being a corporate location they do not have enough workers and basically I dont understand why they exist since they cant do anything when phones are under warranty. Not even 30 days! Having someone wait 5 business days to get a replacement is beyond logic. Asking someone to go through the insurance to get it quicker and certain it will be new and not refurbished but pay 150 to get it when it has only been two weeks of having a phone. That makes no sense what so ever. This place is useless. There were 3 of us like that and one actually was having a customer go to the Samsung store to see if they could do anything for them. Really? Sad and place.
I just went to Metro PCS on labels/rodeo and Allan (whos transgender) was my rep. He gave me a phone said it was free and that the only thing I had to do is pay $60 for the first month bill I was so excited. Then he takes my credit card, swipes it, hands me back my receipt saying So the total amount charged to your card was $87.00 for the phone, the case and the charger) I looked at my receipt and saw the $24.00 that he secretly charged me for a purple case I didnt ask for. I said did I ask you for a case? And doesnt a charger come inside the box? Is this what corporate trained you to do when giving out free phones to just charge people credit cards for stuff they didnt ask for without asking? He quickly reverse the transaction. But Im still reporting him/her to corporate because theres no telling how many innocent customers there taking advantage of.
