The people here are nice enough but something about this Verizon store is weird — its not like a normal Verizon. Its super small and bleak. They also have no phones on display which was already a red flag. They did not have the iPhone I wanted in stock and could not tell me which Verizon stores did, which was annoying. The guy kept trying to convince me to get the latest iPhone, which I did not want.Luckily for me, I took a risk and visited the Pasadena Verizon store off Lake, which was a real Verizon store with tons of phones on display and options in stock. The sales people were also way nicer there. I left with a new iPhone 12 in the color I wanted. Go there instead.

Avoid this location at all costs! I was mislead into thinking this was a corporate Verizon store when in fact it’s an authorized dealer that provides far inferior service and has a much stricter policy on exchanges. After being warned about “authorized dealers” I searched google and found this location which was simply labeled “Verizon” as opposed to other locations which were labeled “Verizon- authorized dealer”. Upon entering the store I asked the sole employee to confirm that it was an actual Verizon store and not an authorized dealer and he told me that it was a Verizon store. This was explicitly misleading. I would have left immediately if I knew it was not a corporate location.I wanted to know about the difference between the iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 Pro and he incorrectly told me that the pro version has a wide angle lens and then regular 12 does not. In fact, the pro has the zoom lens which I would have wanted. I couldn’t compare the phones for myself because they did not have floor models of both. I purchased the 12 based on incorrect information from the employee.A few days later I wanted to exchange the phone for the pro model. They informed me that they didn’t have any iPhone 12 Pro in stock, which I found strange, but they said they’d order it from “their other location”, which also sounded strange. The employee told me that it would come in tomorrow and I would receive a call to let me know it was ready. The following day I received no call. I called later in the day and was told it hadn’t arrived and that I should “just call back everyday after 4 to see if it came in”. The next day I called again after 4 and was told by a manager that it still hadn’t arrived. He also noted that I would have to pay a 15% (of the price of the ~$800 device) restocking fee. This was contrary to what I had been told when I had previously called Verizon customer service to ask about exchanging the phone. Only then did I find out that this had been an authorized dealer after all, as the manager made that excuse for the exorbitant cost of the exchange.I am extremely angry about being mislead by this business and I urge anyone reading this to avoid this location. I have reported their false advertising to corporate Verizon and they made a report on them so hopefully they won’t be around to mislead and provide poor service too much longer.
This verizon location in my opinion is the best in LA. Their employees truly help you.Josh, the assistant manager, is a great a person. He goes above and beyond with patience to solve your issues. He truly cares about people.This is my Verizon location. I truly recommend this place if you would like to get a new phone, upgrade, or solve any issue with verizon.
I cant express how thankful I am for Josh. My phone was stolen today and I was panicking. I went to a few other Verizon stores but they were dismissive. Josh, however, was really kind and supportive. He spent a couple of hours taking care of me and a few other customers. His calm and friendly demeanor made us all at ease. He ordered my new phones after answering my endless questions. Then he leant me a loaner phone THAT IS HIS PERSONAL PROPERTY. What an absolute gem of a human being. Really, you cant find a classier person.
Started our business account here. They gave me really good options and switched 10 lines from T-Mobile. The reps stayed open an hour after they closed to help me on a weekend which great customer service. My phones arrived as promised in 2 business days. Thank you. We will be going back to this store.

Great customer service. Rahul was so helpful. I was having issues with my iPhone and he spent a great deal of time trying to get the issue resolved even though I didn’t buy it from him. Most of the reps I’ve dealt with didn’t want to help unless I was buying something. Definitely recommend this place.

THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE LOCATION. It isnt labeled as Premium Retailer on maps, but thats what it is. Dont make my mistake, go to an actual corporate location like the one in Pasadena or Glendale if you want anything serious done. The employees at the corporate locations know a lot more about what theyre doing and there are less fees for everything. This store is probably fine if you just want to buy a phone case or do something simple.

Hours are listed wrong, and no hours are posted in the door of their location. Sat here for 30 mins waiting for someone to show up, but no one ever did. Listed phone number doesn’t work either. Would highly recommend going to another store
My Air Mac was stolen from my car. I was beside myself. Jostly Ting who was at the counter found a better billing plan for me, replaced my Jetpack, and gave me a break on my bill. Thank you Jostly for turning everything around.! I actually left feeling good! The next day I found a better computer!

I walked in and the 1 employee behind the desk sat there and didnt greet me. I looked around for a new phone for exactly 17 minutes and the employee didnt even move once or even say one word. I was the ONLY customer in the store the entire time. They probably wonder why this store is doing horrible and has no customers.

I strongly recommend not shopping at this Verizon Wireless - AUTHORIZED RESELLER store. I made the authorized reseller all caps, because I did not realize it was not a regular Verizon store when I went there last year. This store scams when it comes to promotions. Be very weary of any promotion that involves receiving a rebate after the fact. Please do, what I wish I did, and just go to the Glendale Galleria to the corporate Verizon store to purchase, not this authorized reseller. This is personal first hand experience. I also encourage you to read the yelp reviews before you decide to shop here.

This store is a SCAM. This is not an actual Verizon store, its an authorized retailer. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told by the manager that as a promotion I would receive a free tablet. I was told with these changes my bill would go up $3 from where it was before. When I received my 2nd bill (after initial one time fees of $80 on top of the normal bill), the bill was $30+ higher than I was quoted. I found out that though the tablet was free, I had to pay insurance and activate another phone line, something that was never explained. I questioned the manager about incorrect billing and purchase information, and he was thoroughly unhelpful. I told him I wanted to void the contract with the tablet (as it was very much not free) and return the tablet, to just walk away from the whole thing.The manager explained that it was out of his hands and above his authority. I had already spoken with Verizon directly, who informed me this manager had full authority to return the device and void the plan. I asked for his boss, who the manager described as a district regional manager. He told me the regional manager doesnt have a phone. When I persisted and asked to speak with his supervisor, he told me (after stepping away to send some texts) that his supervisor was in a meeting. It was a Saturday morning. Mr. Manager has now lied to me twice. He gave me the guys name with no way to contact him. I left the store without a solution.Do not go to this store. I have filed complaints with both Verizon and A-Wireless (parent company).
Be aware. Staff dont provide accurate information. Any additional fees are not discussed. Before signing read through all the information. Nevermind the staff stating, oh, its just stating youre upgrading. The additional fees are noted on the next bill. #verizonwireless #dishonest

I went in to upgrade my phone and was told by the manager Byron that as a promotion I would receive a free tablet. I went home and called Verizon to get help setting up the tablet and I found out that though the tablet was free, I had to pay insurance and activate another phone line, something that was never explained I went back to the store the very next day to return the tablet that I did not wanted or needed to begin with and to my surprise. The manager was not there and NOBODY had access to receiving a return/cancel or change anything in my plan. I was also promised a $200.00 credit if I turned in my old Samsung Galaxy 6 and turns out the credit was applied towards accessories that the manager said were free! The accessories were returned with the tablet and still they did not want to give me the $200.00 credit or my old phone back. After returning the tablet to the store they still did not credit the tablet and did not wave the cancelation fee. I showed up to the store many times to get the same story I am covering at this store and I have no authority to make changes I even made an appointment to see the manager, showed up at the scheduled time and he was not there. I got a hold of the regional manager spoke with him on the phone, he promised to take care of it and NOTHING!!! The phone was also received without headphones and apparently they had to go over their cameras to see what had happen since they had encounter two robberies in the last three weeks. After weeks of going back and forth with the store and Verizon Wireless the manager that sold me the phone was moved to another store, which I had to now start from zero with the new store manager. It has been 4 months and the store has done nothing to fix the scam.Joshua is great!! he was new to the store a few weeks ago and he was able to replace the head phones, other than that the store is a SCAM!Verizon Wireless has been trying to fix it for me but it is has been a hassle going back and forth for hours and days!Do not go to this store. Went here for a billing question. Now I have checked reviews and realize they are just a retailer. In that case, they really were patient with me seeing as I had no intention of buying anything. A curvy Latina woman and a distractingly good looking white dude with Justin Bieber hair helped me. Im pushing 33 with 4 kids, so I felt like a pedo checking this guy out. As soon as he cuts that hair, if he isnt already slaying with the ladies or whomever hes into, he sure will. So this review is for both of their patience in explaining the answer to my billing question 4x while I stared at his lips.

Plenty of parking. Not busy, easy to get served. As an authorized retailer for Verizon they dont carry as much Verizon stock as a company store, but easy in and with parking is a good thing.

Such bad service. The store hours on Google show they open on Sunday at 10:am, so on our first visit, they were closed. We searched on Google Maps to see that they are supposed to open at 11:am on Sunday, so we came back at 11:15... still closed, with nobody in the shop. We came back again at 5:pm, where the assistant (Rahhule?) asked us what we wanted. I told him I need a new iPad Pro, so he asked if we already have Verizon service, which we do... I have multiple devices, and for many years. He asked me for my phone number, which I told him, then for my pin... I have no idea what my pin is, as I have never needed it, at least for some years, so he asked for my SS number... he searched and told me he could not help me without the pin... It was very short and felt rude and dismissive, as if he had no desire to sell me anything. My wife and I just said, O.K. Then, and left. Someone should look at the way this shop is operated, something is wrong there.
Bad service. 1st visit manager was sleeping in the car. 2nd visit was to return my Samung Note 7. The only employee working had no idea how to help with the return. Had to call the manager for instructions who never picked up his phone. I had called yesterday with the assurance that everthing would go smoothly and please come in before 9/30. I will take legal action if my phone wants to blow up or decides to burn up in flames.
The young Armenian guy is racist. I asked him if they had SIM card adapters. he laughed and said we dont carry that east l.a. stuff. True story. such a douche. mr worker...you cant make fun of the ghetto if what you drive is ghetto (we saw him get in his bucket when he was leaving the store)

Terrible! Friendly staff, but very unprofessional and irresponsible!I had them put in a order for a specific phone and I was never notified when it arrived because they had already sold it to someone else!?It was only after I got it touch with Verizon directly that they informed me of what had happened and when I confronted them on their mistake they didnt even try to fix the problem they just left me hanging!
Worst costumer service ever!!! They charged $225.00 for a returned jet pack. Dont ever let them get you into getting it. It swallowed up the data. Also, the sells person will tell you that it is free.IT IS NOT! Such a bad experience. Everyone kept telling me that they would solve the problem but nobody did. I have to pay otherwise they will send you to collections and ruin your credit.
