Tanya was nice enough to tell me that my Virgin Mobil battery was no good and she was correct. I went out and purchased a new battery and got my phone to charge. At first I thought the charger was no good until Tanya suggest that it was the battery that was swollen and no good. Thank you for being so knowledgeable.
