Came back to the states and had an 8 hour layover. Phone wasnt working Diana helped out and solved the problem. Gave me a new SIM card and my phone was fix for the 8 hour wait I had. Very helpful. She also answered all my husbands questions.
Excellent AT&T location with all the latest phones to browse and trade in for. Depending on the service you need, it could take a quick minute or an hour. I came in to switch out of Verizon, and Holiday was super helpful and patient with the process. She made it easy for me to walk out with a brand new phone that same day, and I was able to use my new service right away. Really friendly employees who truly value your time.Bright, big store with nice large windows that face the street outside. Clean interior space with plenty of comfortable seating areas.Parking is easy, you’ll find parking right outside the store front or just around the same corner.
ATT in Supelvada by the airport is highly recommended to customers looking for cellphone service. The store has professional staff who meets the needs of customers in a timely manner. Give them 5 stars for great service.
The staff is accommodating! I’m having trouble with my passport verification, but the staff here took a lot of effort and got me through the process magically!!
The staff was having a full-blown conversation before I walked in not wearing masks. When I did walk in they barely acknowledge me while still having the full conversation not wearing mask. I could barely hear the conversation that I was having with the representative as the two other employees loudly spoke over us while I was trying to get my phone service. If you have concerns regarding COVID and prompt service choose another location.
Had a wonderful experience and was helped TREMENDOUSLY by Brittany who was very kind and patient with us. She sorted out all our issues and answered all of our questions. She was able to set us up with a new cable and internet package that will save us money and includes a lot of great features. Keep her around!! :)
Diana was great at transferring data from my broken old phone to my new one. When my phone was dropped earlier that day it was so badly damaged that it seemed to be possessed. No joke. It was calling numbers of people I hadnt called in years! Diana was able to figure out how to get past the hurdles to link the old and new phones to my google account so everything could be transferred. Everything! Diana is very tech savvy and provides excellent customer service!

Went in to purchase an iPhone today and had excellent service. Unfortunately they did not have the phone in stock but ordered it for me and told me it would come in 2 to 3 business days. 15 minutes after I left the store I got a text message that the phone would be delivered to me within the hour. Amazing. Gareth was the delivery man and was super helpful. So impressed with them
Ill definitely be coming back. The employees William and Britney work so hard to satisfy every costumer with their problem even if it takes hours. As I was activating my phone I witness so many costumers come in raging about their problems as if it were the employees faults. Either way I was impressed at how well they would handle high pressure situations. Much respect for these workers they definitely dont get enough credit. Straight problem solvers.
The service was awesome, they didn’t pressure me into any extra charges or anything as some places do, it was super friendly and for what I was there for I was taken care of and on my way pretty fast, Britney especially and her DM were extremely awesome while also extremely professional

Sheree helped me with my business needs by educating me on what I needed to do to get connected. Unfortunately I had some issues with a new device and I spent ~8 hours dealing with multiple reps over the phone with no resolution. I decided to go back to the store to find Sheree and she was able to resolve my issue. Shame on AT&T, but praise for Sheree. AT&T needs to invest in their people so more of their staff can be on her level.

Beware of this store. They use the old BATE and SWITCH. My daughter went in to upgrade phone (with a trade in as offered on AT&T sight). When she arrived they said they could do anything with her phone and started a new purchase on a new phone and used my upgrade. Now, I can not upgrade for another nine months and she is paying on two phones. She was only to pay $110 to upgrade and that would have cleared the balance of old phone. What is even worst about the whole thing is that it was the manager who assisted and they never told her about using my upgrade and the $6.99 monthly insurance. Many years ago I went to the store and had another bad experience. Wish I had know this was the store my daughter was going to. I feel it is always best to deal with a corporate store. I called and explained to AT&T and they said they were sorry but there was nothing they can do, I would need to go back to the store. AT&T not problem, it is this store.

The employee who eventually helped me was very nice and helpful, but it took quite some time for someone to approach me, even though there was only one other customer in the store at the time, and there were about 4-5 employees there.

Perfect for travellers from abroad who need a local SIM card to avoid exorbitant roaming fees. Just snag a prepaid plan, make a single up-front payment right there are the store and youre good to go. Close enough to the airport as well.
Brought a customer here a couple of days ago. My customer was from out of the country and he didn’t speak any English so I had to go translate for him. We got there like 30 minutes before they closed. I work in customer service and I understand that it can be annoying when customers come before the store closes but at the same time you have to learn how to hold in those emotions and not take it out on the customer. The person who helped us out clearly wanted to go home already so she was assisting us with a bad attitude and seemed to be very irritated with us. She was being impatient with my customer and even wanted us to go back and connect his phone the next day instead. I didn’t catch her name but she was short with blonde hair.

Blake was a very competent representative. We felt very comfortable working with him however, The phones we wanted were out of stock. There is evidently no way to pay for the phone up front or even make a large deposit without going through a billing cycle. We had additional questions about additional plans but felt bad taking more time as Blake was the only representative working the store and potential customers had been waiting a long time with no service.
I would like to say that Brittany was a great help to me. Brittany had patience and knowledge and made this easy for me.

The only AT&T store to go to in the Los Angeles area. I had them set up multiple Business Lines for my Company. Management was very helpful and solution oriented. They were professional and well-organized. We will definitely be coming back.

Holiday Muhammad is the best ATT Sales Associate ever!! She is knowledgeable, friendly, smart, and a true treasure!! Holiday was able to assist me with adding a line, getting a free apple phone for my nephew due to a great promotion, pay my bill, add a line, buy a case for his new phone, and get out of the store in under an hour!!Holiday is the best, Sheree--her boss was also a huge help!! My husband and I needed to separate our joint AT&T account and that could only be done in person at a store. I dreaded the idea because we are seniors and my husband has Parkinsons. Alvin was the nicest, most helpful and patient employee, considering that we were kept on hold for OVER 70 minutes by the direct line to obtain the confirmation for my husbands telephone number!! When the AT&T operator finally answered, it took only five minutes to finalize the operation since Alvin had everything ready and in order. Thank you Alvin for your help.

Not sure if I caught them on a bad day, or if she was confused, but the sales associate I talked to was less than helpful and wouldnt get to the point of selling me the phone. I have a business account with them and need a new phone (not a new line, not an upgrade, just buying the new hardware). Britney kept using telco jargon, which was frankly confusing me. It is understandable that she might have been confused as well, but the point remains that I wasnt able to buy the phone and now need to go to another location.
Great service. It was fast and empty. I dont like how they charge for SIM cards. If you want a free SIM go to a corporate store like the one on Lincoln and Washington in Marina/Venice.

We came to the at&t store to get a prepaid plan. There was just one person for all the costumers that kept coming (Around 10 a.m.)Anyway, the guy was very friendly, gave us all the necessary informations and and helped us to activate the SIM card. I would recommend this store, but expect some waiting time in the morning.

Waste of time. Dont even bother trying this store. They have no working models to check out and a clueless staff. They tried to charge me $50 for something that ended up costing only $25 at a different AT&T store. I guess I was lucky that their credit card service was out, though I suspect that anyone else who tries to spend any money there will feel differently. Just avoid this one.
I traveled to The US for 10 days. This store is terrible. If I go back to the U.S., I will never use AT&T. The clerk lied to me. The clerk indued me to pay by credit card, so I could get a discount if I paid by credit card. I only needed 10 days and I told him I dont need call and text. I need network service and I dont need Auto pay. And next month, They charged to me for an Auto Pay. I called AT&T and they said you cant refund it. This is a fraud. They swindled a tourist.

Worst AT&T store Ive ever been to. The staff are rude and dont seem to know answers or care about customer service. Its a authorized retailer, so dont try going for AT&T support. I went in to add a line of service but they told me they only had large sim cards which I find hard to believe since most new phones come with either a micro or nano SIM. Hit up the store on Washington for a much better experience.
Employee said me that i need to pay 50 dollars for unlimited extra, but now i have bills to pay more than 100$ each month

I had driven specifically to this store from LAX to have an eSim set up. The store was not open when I arrived twenty minutes before closing despite signage and Google closing hours stating that it was meant to close at 7pm.
