I needed a new phone and wasnt sure exactly which phone to buy. Luckily I had the most knowledgeable salesperson, Jeremy, who spent quite a bit of time going over the different phones so that I was able to get a phone that fits my needs. He answered all my questions, transferred all my data to my new phone and got me a better plan. Not only that but he was patient and kind. I really appreciated all that he did to make my transition to a new phone seamless. Highly recommend!!

Super helpful customer service at this location! Jeremy was very delligent in telling me what deals I qualify for. Definitely not a lazy staff despite very low foot traffic. Currently very hard to find due to the outdoor seating situation, which is unfortunate.

Disaster. Sales lady who was busy with her personal phone didnt know the difference on the plans the store is selling. I asked her for any information regarding plans she refered me to the webside, she said they dont have any printed information to show as well as they cant show it because on any device. What a joke 🤣😂 The only worker is female lady who has no clue what is she selling. And not even make an effort to learn. She said she has been working there for 4 years. And still didnt know anything. Why she is getting paid for sitting there I have no clue. Good luck to her.

The entire experience couldnt have been better, from the time the wife and I entered the store, till we left. Jeremy truly welcomed us as soon as we entered, as if he were a maitre d of an expensive eatery. He was friendly, courteous, helpful, answered all questions skillfully and patiently, took care of our needs quickly, and sent us on our way satisfied, all having gone right and without unnecessary expense. T-Mobile is a fraud!!! If you are doing automatic payments for your phone they add stuff to your account,with out you even notice,also don’t get a phone device from this company when they tell you buy one get the second half price is not true, you will be charge sooner or later and if you ended up taking an insurance good luck you are wasting your money $12 dls a month that doesn’t cover anything They will tell you that your phone will be protected,once you do the claim for a new one like I did after paying the insurance for 2 they will tell you that they need to do the claim not through the T-Mobile but from assured insurance you pay $90 dls for your claim then they will send you a phone that doesn’t work and they will add a new phone $595 dls to your bill,Question ? why paying for an insurance if there is not covered .......stay away from t-mobile .i will for sure will hired a lawyer to fight this since I talk already to different people and did not solve this issue.

The best service Ive ever received. My old phone broke and I went to get a new one. Cassandra helped me pick the right phone, but there was a problem uploading everything from my old phone. She and the store manager, Jeremy helped my figure it out. Jeremy literally helped me for hours until it worked, even though the problem was with my old phone. He was so patient, kind and professional. I honestly will never go anywhere else for my phone or service because this experience was so great. Thank you so much guys!!! You are wonderful!!!!

Staff is Knowledgeable and Friendly. Was greeted to the store by Oswaldo. Had a couple questions about switching my family account from Sprint to T-Mobile. He broke everything down and wasnt beating around the bush to say. He explained that there were multiple Plans for Families. He told me which one benefited me the most and got me switched over. Really went in there for information only but due to his confidence, thats what really got me to trust him and switch over that day. I can now fully say that Im part of the T-Mobile Family, and to top things off; they give free stuff every Tuesday - the hell!!! What other company does that for their customers. If anyone wants to go there and has questions, I heavily suggest to ask for Oswaldo. Hell take his time to explain everything for you and he keeps touche every week or so to see how everything is doing with the service. Talk about AAA+++ service.

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because of a special promotion they advertised. I got an additional line (a total of 4 lines), as well as two iPhone X purchases. During the process of switching to T-Mobile, the staff made a big mistake, and I ultimately was not able to get the promotion. After talking back and forth with T-Mobiles customer care for four months, this T-Mobile stores manager, Jeremy, helped me sort things out. And I truly appreciate his effort to help me solve this case. T-Mobiles customer care was honestly disastrous. Kudos to Jeremy.

When I called I asked if this was true they told that it is not true they can actually do more in the store, my guess is he was just lazy to do his job.

This T-Mobile store is pretty great. The space is clean, bright, and attractive, and the staff are awesome. Location is also good -- sandwiched among several tasty restaurants and coffee shops and just a block from Sawtelle. The best part is that parking in the attached garage is free!

I ruined my iPhone 6 while on vacation so I stopped into the T-Mobile Sawtelle/west LA location to pick up a new phone. I was greeted in a timely manner and found the phone I wanted. I cant remember the name of the girl that helped me but as we were going to ring me up she walked over to the cases and screen covers and grabs a random screen cover and case, I tell there that there is no need for that. I already have a case I can use so I didnt need one. This is where it went very bad. She began to insist that I buy the case and screen cover, saying that she wouldnt let me but the phone unless I bought the case. This escalated to where she was literally angry and yelling at me telling me Im crazy and that I cannot buy the phone without purchasing the case. I worked in retail at Best Buy for 6 years and understand that its her responsibility to suggest accessories but I have never been pushed to buy a product so aggressively in my life. She finally rang me up, being very impatient and irritated. She didnt even stick around to completely finish the paper work. She just said Im done with you and stormed off to the back. Keep in mind, apparently she is the Manager of the store. The girl that picked up after her seemed embarrassed by her managers behavior but was nice to me and finished the paper work. Terrible manners from the manager, I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with her and experience such an uncomfortable transaction.

This is a branded store and not a corporate store (owned privately). I bought an iPhone that is brand new the night prior for an important business trip to Canada from a corporate store in Santa Monica. I had a phone that didnt work the entire time away on business. I got back today and drove to this store as they were the only one still open after I landed and they told me that the only thing they could do is let me return the phone for a restocking fee (not refundable) as they are not a corporate store. They dont even stock the 64GB iPhone anyway. The staff had no idea what they were doing because of lack of training. Ridiculous.

Dealing with tech/phone stuff can be exhausting, yet theres nothing more refreshing than my experience with JEREMY! This man knows the meaning of customer service in ways that even the highest level leaders are missing. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I wasnt even purchasing anything! Not only did he help me with my upgrade decisions, I even got to ask him advice about DirecTV vs. Spectrum and so much more. Who does that???!!! Even when buying customers came in, he still continued to patiently assist me. Even with issues with my phone, he graced me with an amazing upgrade! Wow!I was in the store for over 6 hours because of lots of photos to transfer, but I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Cassie is so sweet and i was really touched by the way they both made me feel so welcome, way beyond just a business transaction.I think Jeremy is a true example of ultimate leadership and he has earned his position as manager by being humble, informative, kind and professional. I dont even live near this location, but I have made this my go to spot forever!Thanks Jeremy for meeting my cell phone woes!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I walked in to the store with the intention of moving my business from ATT to T-Mobile and buying two brand new samsung phones. Within 5 minutes, I turned and walked out because of how AWFUL Jose treated my fiance and myself. He was rude, smug, condescending and unaware of what T-mobile offers. This was honestly the WORST customer service i have ever experienced especially since all he had to do was write up a simple contract. Absolutely shocking how inconsiderate and rude he was.
