I dropped my phone the day before leaving on vacation. Called another cell phone repair service and they said they could fix it but the drive would have been farther. So, I called West Hollywood iPhone Screen Repair and they explained their service to me. I took my phone to our local West Hollywood iPhone Screen store and dropped off my phone in their box. I received three emails from West Hollywood iPhone Screen Repair. One when they received my info from them at the store, One when they began working on my phone and one when it was completed stating the time I could pick up my phone. On top of that, they also called me to let me know my phone was fixed and ready to be picked up at the store. Everything was very easy and I saved $30 over the other repair place that I contacted. I am very impressed with their service.

Fixed my iPhone 12 Pro in less than 1 hour. Apple wanted 4 hours with a scheduled appointment for not at least another few days. James hooked me up and even offered to fix my iPad screen repair for half the price. Definitely will come back again for my girlfriends cracked screen too.

My son damaged my Iphone 12 screen and bent frame I took it to apple and Best BuyAnd they both told me the Iphone was trash that it couldn’t be fixed so I decided to call a couple Other places The cell phone guy told me to bring it in so I did and he was real with me told me that bending the frame back could damage the motherboard worse case but also could damage the faceid I took the chance and 3 days later he called me and told me it was ready to be picked up I was so shocked at how fast he repaired it AND EVERYTHING WORKED GREAT!! This is a very good phone repair shop. My iphone 11 was having some memory issue and it kep on ejecting the simcard for no reason at all. I took it to them and they managed to fix the sim card slot and now it works perfectly. The problem has not been there ever since.
