I wanted to unlock my phone since I moved to another carrier. I checked the Cricket website and it suggested going to the store for a faster service. The ladies in the store changed their attitude when I told them I had moved to another company and I wanted to unlock my phone. They told me to call to Cricket service because they could not do it. I am glad I moved to a different phone company and will never set a foot in this store. One star it is too much.

Very disappointed with their business model. I was charged for earphones unknowingly, I didnt realize until I went through my receipt when I got home. I was given the earphones as I was walking out on the day of my purchase, But I was told it was a gift just for coming in. The next day I was refused the refund for the $35 earphones even though I am within the 7 day return period. I went to 3 other cricket stores, explained my situation, and was given the same answer from all... I was over charged. Its really bad business not to be upfront with your customers, not being honest, and try to sneak hidden items into the sale that the customer does not need.

The guy Guillermo has worst attitude and worst customer service, I really needs to get fired, initially he told me the girl will take my payment after few seconds he interrupts conversation and then lets me know their system is down and cant take my payment with any type eletronic payment, recommend s me to to go seven Eleven and take out cash and makes emphasis to bring exactly exact change 62, with arrogant attitude, after I come in tells me he cant take my cash payment, I asked why did he go make take cash and pay a fee of 2.95 if he initially couldnt take my payment at all. Not only he didnt apologize of his inability to handle situations but after I asked him he said it was my fault I payed the fee and couldnt refund me the money, I asked him for his manager contact number he gives me this brochure of the store number... ? When I know they have group text when they make a sale they have too let his manager know.. he laughs sarcasticly and I let him know very upset how incopentent he was so I told him to screw himself and he told me as I walked away to f*** myself. And continue to laugh. Never will go and after this incident i have decided that after this month I will cancel my service. Only reason why I walked I away is because I had 2 and 5 years old with me in the front parking space . He needs really get fired and wont take his offense lightly will do reasearch to get to corporation and really gets some action for all done today.
