My niece and I went in to get two new phones. The associate helping us was very knowledgeable and helped us choose phones that were right for the level of interaction that we were looking for. There were no hard sell techniques, awesome! The representative took the time to explain the difference options as well as helping us to transfer data from the old phones to the new phones seamlessly. I would go here again for my next phone for sure!

The girls in the store seem to know their product. They are energetic and happy. I was not in a good mood (problems with product) and they had me fixed and smiling before I left. Wish more companies and people were like this place and those girls. World would be a better place.

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Sr. Asst. Manager is condescending, rude and lost my business after driving 30 miles to do a phone upgrade. Customer service is not important to this stores reputation it seems. After 8 years as a customer I am seriously rethinking staying with this service provider! I switched over to Verizon phone service today because it has a much better signal wear I live. I met Caitlin who helped me do that. I am not exaggerating when I say she is the BEST person at her job that I have ever met. Her boss should know he should give her a raise so she stays with him because if I had a business I would try to get her to work for me. So fast, friendly and covered everything I needed. I’m pushing 70 and not the tech kind of guy, but she made the transition painless. Actually she made it fun. I would highly recommend the Longview store and especially Caitlin!!

I went to this location in Longview today and attempted to switch over from UsCellular and Caitlin was assisting us in trying to order two Samsung Note 20 ultras only to find them out of stock and she also tried to order us S20ultras which were ALSO out of stock. As for her fabulous customer service, I cannot say enough great things about how accommodating she was and apologetic she was regarding the major inconvenience. If I was to rate Caitlin, she deserves this 5 star all the way, but the fact that the ONLY phones we came here for, sold out and I’d prefer to do business with her going forward. Your store gets a 2! So until you have the phones available that my husband and I intended to switch over for, we will just stay at USCELLULAR.
I went into the Longview WA store very stressed out. For some reason I could not plug in and charge my 4 month old phone. Then I met Abbi. She said something is probably lodged in the port and looked inside with a flashlight. Abbi found a small piece of plastic that comes adhered to phone lodged inside. She removed it and the problem was fixed. Abbi was so kind and patient with me. Then I asked about something called wireless charging. Abbi patiently explained what that meant, and then I purchased the wireless charger.

Love verizon. This store however, lacks some professionalism. Caitlyn and Abbi were working when we came in to upgrade our phones. Unfortunately we forgot that Washington state has taxes, as we live in Oregon. So we backed out. I apologized, we explained taxes. Forgot. Our bad. Attitudes changed real quick when we said no thanks. Guess we arent worth their time and courtesy if we arent purchasing through them. They never reactivated our old phones. Tried calling the store...no answer. We had to call customer service the next day to get the phones back on. Not professional at all. Watched several people come in and out with issues on this store while waiting. No thanks. Giving Verizon a bad name ladies.... FYI, St Helens, OR Verizon Wireless store was more than courteous, got our new phones, same day, no fees. I would recommend St Helens store anytime!!!! Have a good day all!
BUYER BEWARE, never buy accessories from this location if you can avoid it. The tell you the will sell you a screen protector for twice the amount other verizon stores sell it for, with the premise that it has a lifetime warantee on the screen. When you go back to have it replaced, they make some story up and say that there policy can change at any time and you no longer are allowed a free replacement.This is not a verizon store, they sell verizon products and once they sell you something they dont care anymore unless your buying more.

Once I got help after about 20 minutes it was great. The wait is ridiculous to get help with 2 people working and 12 customers in there. After the wait Mary and the store manager were great in helping me get my new phones and tablet, very knowledgeable and great employees when you get help. Prices could be more competitive though, I could get the same at At&t for much less but do like the coverage of Verizon.
I took the buy one get one phone free deal but they did NOT tell me that was ONLY with unlimited data plan !! So I am making payments on a FREE phone. Had I been properly informed of course I would have gotten the unlimited plan who wouldnt ? Abby set me up with the manager tomorrow to hopefully fix this problem. Will keep you posted.

Service was poor. The staff was not knowledgeable. They offer no senior discount plan. Hard to believe they are so popular. They must have very good coverage. Very happy with T-Mobile. Senior plan $60 two lines unlimited 4 g. Includes device for in-home to guarantee 4 g connectivity over Wi-Fi.
Dustin was very helpful. He went out of the way to greet customers coming in on a busy day while he continued to help the customer in front of him at the time. I came in with a few different issues that needed resolved and he took the time to resolve every one of them with ease!

Store assistant manager was rude and assumed I wanted to do things with my account that I didnt. When I asked her if she could fix it she basically said she couldnt. Called customer service and they did it easily. She has been at that store for years and knew how, but simply didnt want to spend 5 minutes of her time to do it. I like Verizon service but this store has hired the worse customer service ever.
My experience at the Longview Verizon has been outstanding. I am not very techie and they guided me through the process of getting a new phone all set up very expertly. They were helpful courteous and pleasant ! Fun group of people while being professional and efficient. Carissa and Darren were positive and helpful. I can recommend this store with pleasure !

Extremely disappointed with this store. After trying to trade in my old phone the manager was giving me some deals that sounded super good. But when I got my receipt I realized I was getting charged for several things I never asked for and also I got charged for things I specifically stated,” I DO NOT WANT”. But I still got charged for them. So for the deals he offered me I ended up paying back with payments I never asked for. Also after contacting that store about my problems they acted like I was never there so I’ll be contacting the district manager. SO IN CONCLUSION CHECK WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR. They add random things you don’t ask for or they sneak things on you by word play!!
After a poor experience at a different Verizon store, we decided to try this one out since it got such great reviews. Totally worth it! Amelia (our rep) was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. She was helpful and took the time needed to get us all set up and on our way. New phone is working great, and the help we got during our time at this shop with Amelia made this painful process a lot less awful. Give Amelia a raise or a bonus!

We went to the Verizon store in Kelso unfortunately the had some of the worse customer service Ive been around. I spent hours in there never again. Went to gowireless in Longview,wa was taken care of absolutely awesome service thanks Caitlin & Daren thanks so much fast wow.
If I could give a lower rating to this place I absolutely would. They do not stand behind the phones that they sell. They will also sell you life time replacement items and then never have them in stock. Definitely take your business else where.

I was worried about going in from my previous experiences of feeling like I left with stuff I did not need or want. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and professional. He met me at the door when he greeted me and asked me my name. The whole time felt more like a conversation and not a sales pitch the whole time. I am very happy with my new phone and cover in which I had a choice to buy. I said no to things that I didnt want and he didnt make me feel bad about it. Let me start off by saying that I experienced the worst customer service of my life going through this retailer. My husband and I had AT&T and we did not have service at our home, we decided to go through Verizon and we were promised that we would have service through them where we lived. When we got home the first day after getting Verizon we did not have service like they said. I had returned the product and went back to AT&T the following business day. I made a full return and 4 months later our first bill is being turned into a collection agency for nearly $2,000 because they did the return wrong. Having a receipt and proof of a full return they still did not fix the issue. Almost four months later the problem is still not resolved . After going in and talking to the store manager, the assistant manager and multiples sales associates along with calling the 1-800 number for customer help through Verizon the issue is still not fixed. They say oh, we will call you, we will have it taken care of or we will call you back itll be taken care. It never is taken care of. After the 10th time on confronting the store manager Darren he told me that it was my fault and I needed to leave his store. I do not recommend Verizon or GoWireless or to anyone, not even my worst enemy. They are rude, they do not take care of problems that need to be fixed in a timely manner. They act you dont matter as a person, they dont care if your credit score drops down 82 points (which mine did.) When you call them. They either screen your calls or hang up on you mid conversation. As of right now, guess what the issue is still not fixed after going through them multiple different times after they promise that it was fully taken care of and I would be getting a letter in the mail that my account had been credited back what I am supposably owing. Darren has no right to be a store manager he is extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful towards costumers. Im told that I need to take responsibility and its partially my fault when I was responsible and returned the product within the three days. How about you guys take accountability for your actions and learn how to follow the procedure on doing your return. Maybe you guys should have a little bit more extensive training on your store managers and your associates so they know what the f*** theyre doing.
